The apartment is located on a second floor with no lift. Undoubtedly, the terrace of the apartment is the biggest attraction of this accommodation. In it you can enjoy the go and come of the people walking through the beautiful Paseo de la Ribera or simply watch as the wind caresses the nearby palm trees while enjoy a glass of fresh local wine. During the last months of the year, sunsets from the terrace of the RIBERA PETIT apartment are a privilegeavailable to few privileged guests. Once inside, the central space is decorated with a sober and functional style. It has a sofa, TV, a table with chairs and a compact kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare some light meals. The room is adjacent to this area and has a double bed and a wardrobe. In this room there is an AC unit that, due to the reduced dimensions of the studio, is enough to acclimate it properly. Also the property offers free wifi access for our guests convenience. Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
