The appartment was all that was promised,. spacious ,airy spotlessly clean and with a superb balcony giving views of the beach the sea and wonderful moon gazing. We had a great stay in Antonio's apartment. The location on the pinewalk is perfect, delightfully quiet but only a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. Communication with Antonio was easy and he answered any questions straightway. We would love to stay again.

This apartment is in the ideal location on the beautiful Pine Walk. The view is truly breathtaking and it is a short walk to all the amentites of town, whilst being quiet at night. The apartment itself is perfectly functional and benefits from a very good sized living area and bedrooms. The awnings on the balcony are particulalry useful and a nice touch, allowing you to remain completely in the shade as you eat your lunch, looking over the beautiful bay of Pollenca. Antonio was very helpful throughout the stay and great communication. The perfect spot for a beach holiday, as a family we would not hesitate to recommend.

En plein hiver (janvier) un peu frisquet, beaucoup de restos fermés mais il y a de quoi trouver le bonheur... seuls au monde dans le Nord est de l’île , entre mer et sierra ... une large vue de l’appartement directe sur la baie ... MAGNIFIQUE et MAGIQUE !🐟🦞🦐👍

Hyrde denna pärla tillsammans med våra barn och deras respektive. Vi blev helt betagna av den underbara altanen med utsikt över hamnen. Ett bättre läge kan man knappast få! Var också nöjda med lägenheten i stort. Stora sovrum med gott om utrymme i garderober, nära till kontakter vid sängen för laddning av telefoner. Helkroppsspegel i ett av sovrummen och tillgång till hårtork och strykjärn/strykbräda. Värden var trevlig och hjälpsam och fanns snabbt tillgänglig vid behov. En av våra favoritcafeer ”Cappucino” låg nära lägenheten (tips för fika, lunch och drinkar) ett annat tips är ”Amaso” för middag. Nära till fina badvikar (Cala Formentor och Cala Vincente). Vi är supernöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka och rekommenderar till andra👌�🏻�😀� Susann med familj

3generations stayed in this ideal location. Had everything in the apartment that was required. The views were stunning and it was a quiet area. Antonio and Maria were lovely and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this apartment and love to return.

Just what we wanted and just where we wanted to be everything we needed and management was there if we needed them which we didnt, if you dont want to watch german tv take dvd's or someother means of watching movies, we weren't bothered but some might be

Nice block of 6 apartments. Great view of the bay, nice airy living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen fine. Could do with soundproofing if you have clodhoppers above you. Antonio, the Manager is friendly and helpful.

My wife and I both in our 50's, wanted a quiet week in an apartment near the sea,and what we got was perfect! Imagining waking up in the morning and having breakfast (fresh produce bought from Pollensa market) on the first floor balcony overlooking the beautiful blue sea with small yachts in the harbour and watching the sun rising. Heaven! The apartment had everything, that is everything for a self catering holiday. All we had to provide was the food and drinks. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one each so no arguing or waiting), wifi, TV, a/c etc. The location is on the Pine walk and a few metres from the sea, with all the restaurants within a short walk. Local market on a Sunday is well worth a visit. We shall definitely be returning next year, maybe more than once.

As per the title, this is an excellently situated apartment, with superb views of the bay/marina. Only downside is that one of the bathrooms is rather 'bijou', nonetheless, functional. Holidayed with partner and in-laws, and encountered no problems with the partment whatsoever. Antonio met us just after arrival, and was extremely genial and was open to being contacted at any time if required (we didn't need to), however, this was an assuring touch of friendliness. If you are unfirm, the stairs are not too much of an issue, and the apartment is nicely secure to the main entrance. All furnishings, inside & out are of excellent holiday standard and assume are renewed on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend for families/couples. Once you get over the people walking past the balcony, it's great fun.If you want 'club central' this resort is probably not for you - head for the south east of Mallorca for that. The town itself is perfect for a relaxing vacation, with numerous bars, cafes, restaurants etc. The bus service is also superb, so if you don't fancy (expensive) car hire, thats your answer (beware the full tank of petrol charges). All in all, our return to Puerto Pollensa after a few years hiatus was most pleasurable. Enjoy.

The apartment is beautiful, the view is to die for and the location is second to none. The apartment as everything you could possibly want from an holiday apartment and more. A wall safe in the main bedroom for valuables, plus fabulous security into and out of the grounds from the apartment block. Right outside the back gate is a small beach - really small, with brilliant bathing/paddling for even small toddlers. All the beds are really comfortable, especially the Kingsize/double. The main Bathroom does have a shower - over the bath - and it is excellent. On the downside, the seperate shower room is on the small side, but adequate, with another great shower. The view from the balcony is stunning, although you do have to get used to passersby staring at you - the apartment is so wonderful. A huge picture patio window which opens up for the sea breezes to blow through. People watching is a must. Satelite TV does only have limited English channels - News. So maybe worthwhile taking your own DVD's/electronics if you require home entertainment. Although the large flatscreen TV can take most electronic devises. Location wise the apartment is excellent, 50 metres from the nearest restuarants & small bar. 100 Metres from a small Supermarket. Local restaurants are good but Coral can be expensive for some dishes. I would highly recommend Trio and La Parra - ask a local for directions. Booking at La Parra is recommended - we booked on the Saturday of arrival and the first day we could get in was the Weds. We highly recommend a visit to the tourist office at the front of the harbour to find out all the places to see and things to do in the area. It is located behind the Bus Stop. The local buses are excellent and on time - always. On market days there are special buses direct to the markets. Pollensa Old Town - Sunday; Alcudia Old Town - Tuesday; Inca - Thursday. Most buses seem to start at around 9am - very civilised!! And very cheap. We really could not fault anything during our stay and we are already looking to re-book for another holiday - possibly later this season. This is a real home from home apartment, I cannot recommend it highly enough. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did.
