De locatie
Bed onder het raam zorgde voor ijskoude rillingen. Ontbijt is bij deze B&B niet bij de prijs inbegrepen. Was € 14 pp en karig met opgepiepte broodjes en vleeswaren uit blik. Parkeren was geen € 5 pd maar € 10 pd. Wel kregen we 1 dag gratis. Opzondag geen parkeerkosten.

The really nice host made us feel very welcome. The room was big and clean and the secret kitchen was a highlight 🙂
The B&B is right in the middle of the City
The bathroom was really small but ok.
For my personal like the bed was a bit too soft.

De ligging, hoe compleet het was en het contact met de eigenaresse.
Je moet via de douche naar het toilet. Dat is absoluut geen probleem, je moet gewoon even opletten dat je geen natte sokken krijgt.

Room not so big but equipped with everything: table with chairs, small kitchenette that includes fridge, sink, cooking plate coffee machine etc, ironing board and iron, phon.
Central position, nice style of the room decoration.
The owner was very kind, allowed us earlier check-in.
Bathroom is really small: the space that you use for the shower is the same that is used to stand in front of the toilet or wash basin. This means that after showering you need to dry the floor if you need to use the toilet.
The heating is available only at certain hours, in the remaining time is possible to use a small electric stove but the place doesn't get very warm (fortunately the bed sheets are very warm).

The room has its own private entrance; the owner lives in the house with a separate entrance. Comfortable room in the centre of town. Very homely, with personal touches and a nautical theme. Easy access through a secure box with the key inside. Parking opposite is free overnight.
TV is small. So is the bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful host. On arrival offered coffee and cake. Excellent breakfast (too much to eat) served in room.
Great location for visiting old town centre of Kampen.
Small kitchen area supplied with teas and ground coffee (plus coffee making machine). Fridge full of wine, beer and soft drinks at very reasonable prices.
Great use of space for a small area. Seating outside on pavement (on two sides of the building). Can sit in sun or shade and watch the locals walk and cycle past.
Shower/toilet area bit cramped.

Didn't have the breakfast but locals we met somehow knew it was superb clearly we missed out.
. Room slightly cramped in terms of bathroom/washing facilities - minor point.

Excellent room comfy bed and great share. Host friendly and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast Xandra was attentive and not intrusive. So close to town centre and parking . All in all a great stay and we will defiantly stay here next time we in Kampen.
