Bad

I have been robbed at the property. My money was stolen from the apartment. The worst service ever. The receptionist didn’t even bother to help us. I am convinced that this was inside job.

Quiet location, close enough to the heart of Nikiti.

The beautiful garden sourrounding the apartment is also source of insects, especially ants 🐜🐜 that enter even in some rooms. Definitely, the garden need a sanitization!

Passable

The stuff was very polite and ready to help.

On the arival, seemed like room was cleaned 10 days before we came, there was dust everywhere. Even on the fifth day when it was time to clean again and change sheets, the room wasn't clean as it should be. We had 2 balconies, neither of them were cleaned during our stay. I had to ask for broom to mop since the cleaning ladies did not do it. Every day we missed hot water and I had to complain for 4 days in a raw in order to fix it. Then I quit complaining and showered with cold water. Things that are listed that we will have on disposal were not true. I chose this place because of good reviews, but it is not worth the money we paid for it. I am dissapointed.

the location

the room next to the reception had no balcony, we were basically in the entrance, everyone passing by our table. we asked a change but they were totally not helpful, even if rooms got canceled and we had a long stay planned there. also there were ants and the bathroom was dirty and smelly. we had to shorten our stay as the conditions were dreadful

You want relaxation, you want value for money, you want to enjoy... This is the place...

The communication with the owner, the best experience, and everything that was communicated was solved really fast. The apartment was lovely, and the best part is that besides the apartment you can have some time on building roof top, it is well equipped. We did not utilize everything that was available by the apartment, but I would recommend this apartment for anyone who likes to be close to the beach (500m - 700m), also there are around 1km - 1.5km two markets ( and Lidl) so everything is close. For those who plan to work from there, or need internet to handle some urgent stuff on their jobs, I can say taht internet was pretty much good, and suits the needs. Apartment is really close to the town beach, and the beach and the sea are pretty much clean, transparent water, you can see through it. There is also fridays farmers market where you can find really good honey for really fair price, and Nikiti is known for it's honey, as well as whole Sithonia region.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Even if you have some minor issues, like you need more blankets, or similar, just contact the owner or ask the lady that was by the reception and everything will be solved within a minutes....

Every thing you need for a great holiday

Two minutes walk to a beautiful beach and bars and restaurants.Ten minutes walk to a very good supermarket and a couple of minutes to a bakery.Very nice balcony overlooking the garden which had a good play area for children.There is a large roof terrace with chairs tables and sun loungers.There is a large bar-b q area for guests to use.The appartment was clean and well decorated.The kitchen was very well equiped and even had a microwave.Very good shower (unusually for Greece).There were also lots of electric sockets.There is a basement games room with table tennis,pool,table football and lots of children's toys.The owner Pavel,was very helpful and did us an amazing deal back to the airport and let us keep the room until we left.(he is also not a bad table tennis player)Ask Pavel about car hire before you look anywhere else.

Exceptional

The location is great: the beach, shops, restaurants are within a walking distance. ( although it is worth having a car to visit beautiful beaches nearby) The staff very helpful. The apartment was cleaned every day, fresh towels and bed sheets changed regularly. :)

If you want to enjoy the tarrace and the garden in the evening, remember to use mosquitos repellent:)

Did not meet our expectations

The location is great, very close to the beach and the main street of Nikiti. The girl on the front desk was really friendly.

Walls are pretty thin, so you basically hear everything around you. There were ants in the room. We thought that they are drawn to food, but they were not only in the kitchen area, but also in the bathroom as well as in the bed of our friends in the other apartment. The bathroom did not have a good ventilation, it was damp and there was mold which we could smell in the room as well.

good, but expected better.

Nice yard, nice roof terrace.

Rooms is extremely small. Looks like property builded to have much more possible separate rooms, they didn't care about comfort. Two people if stay longer could not breath. Also every night barbecue smoke from the yard of the property, looks like they didn't solve good smoke exhaust through the chimney.But from other side host are very good and polite. Very nice green yard.

Superb

Really nice host, clean rooms, decent size rooms, pretty well located, when we had a problem with the bed we were offered a bigger room with no extra cost (and better beds :-))

We had to change the room because a bed in the first room was really really bad, could not sleep all night. After the change of rooms, everything was good. The water pipes make a lot of noise (we could hear very well when any of the neighbours was using the water).

Marvelous stay in Marvelous place...

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Chalkidiki. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Excellent place for summer vacation

The rooms are great and well-designed to offer best value for the price. The hotel is located like a block away from the beach which is quite convinient. Although, we were 4-5 hours late, because crossing the international border turned out to be more of a challenge than we anticipated, the host showed understanding and waited patiently for us to arrive.

Exceptional

The location is perfect! Near the beach but not on the beach(aroud to block away) which was perfect as it was quiet! The room has everything you need! There are enough towels, the A/C saved our lifes during the hot summer nights, the terrace was amazing - super big, comfy and quiet. There are enough parking lots for the cars. There is a terrace on the rooftop, which was super big with sofas, chairs and coffe tables. The host was super nice, answered all our quiestions, helped with everything he could and he made sure that we had a great time. We will definitely come again!!

Reasonable stay

It is a very small place for a family of four, there was no shower gel or soap, a little to far from restaurant S area, all at a price a little to big.
