While the lady was really nice with us, the room was dirty and extremely old.

the stay was the most horrible I’ve ever experienced.
the room, the floor, the toilet; the bathroom - E V E R Y thing was dirty and has definitely not been cleaned before the room was given to us.
there were stains in the toilet, animals on the floors.
only because of this accommodation, we did not enjoy our holiday to the fullest.
hygiene is definitely a foreign word in relation to this property.

Absolutely nothing. This place is run by a horrible, greedy person. Travelers beware: it’s not worth it.
-Bedbugs in Room 4!! Absolutely gross.
-The mattress springs are popping out so it hurts to sleep at night.
-The owner charges you for a ceiling fan that’s already permanently installed, so it’s not like you can opt out of this option, plus it’s sweltering hot and mosquito infested.
-The whole property looks like a brothel. It is so poorly maintained and looks like it’s from the 1940s, not in a nice vintage kind of way

The staff were horrible And rude - we dealt with a middle aged poorly presented Russian woman. The soap dispensers were empty upon arrival. There was sand on the floor upon arrival. There was an almost empty bottle of shampoo left behind from previous occupants. We were charged 80 euro for being late when we had a 2 hour delayed flight - fortunately for us we had enough cash between us otherwise she threatened to make us sleep outside until we could gather enough cash. We were charged 86 euro for the city tax where it clearly states 33 euro on the confirmed booking details - which was also a compulsory cash payment. We had to ask numerous times for toilet paper, new towels and for the bins to be changed. The linen appeared dirty and unwashed. And to top it all off We were rudely asked to stop using our ceiling fan whilst we were in the peak of summer in 33 degree heat. This is not an unreasonable summary of the accommodation. Coincidently a local insinuated to us that this accommodation is not a pleasant place to stay and suggested we look for different accommodation.

Location was good, and just that.
Nothing like the pictures. Place is old and not clean. The worst place I've stayed in my life. We were lucky it was just to get a few hours of sleep. Place should be shut down.

Only the location is good, the rest is terrible and the place should be avoided at all costs. Should be closed for a serious reform by the owner, it's not possible to have a place like this in 2022 in Spain.

Nothing. It was a completely disaster in there.
The guy in charge was quite disrespectfull and unpolite.
Apart of that, we visited three rooms before selecting the one where we slept. Once inside, the bathroom's door was broken and didn't close.

The only positive thing I have to say is the staff was flexible when our arrival time changed.
The room was filthy, WiFi didn't work, and it was unbearably hot. We paid for a fan and it was broken with blades exposed and disgusting. We were shown to our room and told we would have to move a couple days later. We left after 1 horrible night.

It’s close to cala figura and to a couple of small supermarkets.
The building looked like an abandoned one, everything is pretty old. It definitely needs a renovation. The shower curtains were old and dirty, I only got half roll of toilet paper for the whole stay and I arrived when supermarkets were closed. No soap on the bathroom. The furniture was painted on blue with an inappropriate painting (probably water based), so when you tried to clean the table, the tissue got stained on blue. Wallpapers were falling off, paintings and heaters were not straight. The towels were stained with bleach. While I was there they were doing construction work right below my room.

The receptionist was nice. We were able to change room, because the first one was under standard (like a camp room from the 80', the one on the shared photos)
The place is very old, unmaintaned, somewhere unclean, poor quality, even for the price they ask for it.

It was dirty, smelly and grubby. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows stank. The shelf in the bathroom fell off the wall. The decor was extremely outdated. The tv wasn’t working and there was no pool as shown in the Booking.com advert or near the beach as stated.

There is place to park a car and a balcony.
They never cleaned a room and changed sheets. There is mo air-conditioning. Room is very small and old.

The bed was comfortable, it was nice that we had our own bathroom and a small balcony where we could sit out. The room itself was also pretty big.
I think the furniture in the room is a bit old which makes them have a weird smell. That was a bit unpleasant.

The room was not ready for us. We had to make the bed and some bedsheets were not clean. The mattress were too old and pillows were yellow, full of stains. There was not A/C, the weather was very hot due to a heatwave and the room was very warm. Hard to sleep at night and just two fans (they charge 2 euros per night for each fan) for five people. Found hairs on the wall of the shower, toilet was not clean.

It was very dirty, very uncomfortable, very warm and We need to booking a fan that was broke, they don’t provide toilet paper, soap, we need stay asking for that and the bed clothes and towel was very smell bad, doesn’t any hand sanitizer and nobody to clean the apartment and change the towels. When we asked for the soap to washing our hand he gave us a big bottle with little bit soap that was in his toilet, it was very disgusting and impropriety.
The host is not amazing.
