Charming 3 Bedroom 2 Bath with two family rooms and plenty of outdoor space to relax. The Master Bedroom on ground floor has a Queen Bed and Full Bathroom. 2 rooms upstairs. 1st bedroom has 2 full beds. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and Twin with Twin trundle. Kitchen is fully equipped. Great Outdoor Space with Patio, Decks, & Grill. We love this location because your only 500 steps away from the Local Public Beach, Marina's, Restaurants, & Shops. Lake George Village is only 10 miles south, The Adirondack Extreme is 5 miles north. 30 minute drive to Gore Mountain & 40 minutes to beautiful Saratoga and the Saratoga Race Track.

We stayed with our adult children and had a wonderful week. The house was very well cared for and very clean, and the updates to the home really gave that high end feel. It was centrally located to anything we wanted or needed and the owners were available if we needed anything (not that we even needed them). Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

A very cozy house in a great location
We loved our stay in Bolton Landing! Chris was very helpful and prompt in answering our questions. The pictures don’t do the house justice. It was so cozy, spacious and fully stocked. We loved using the firepit for making hot dogs and smores. The location is great with 5 minute walk to Roger memorial park for the beach. Lake George village is 15 minutes car ride. We loved the restaurants in the area - Chateau on the lake, Tavern on the Lake, the Boathouse. In Lake George village we really liked Gaslight. We rented a boat in Chic’s marina. For those traveling with kids - Expedition park was great with dinasour trail and an old fashioned amusement park. We already miss Lake George and our vacation home! We hope to be back next year!

The kitchen is well stocked and has so many extra dishes and glasses. There are two porches with chairs and an awesome fire pit. Overall an excellant spot !! Very clean!!

Clean and comfortable, a very nice house. Park in driveway and don’t need car again. Walk through town for everything. Only need car to drive 2 minutes down road to Chic’s Marina for boat rental and Algonquin restaurant on the water. Five star happy

Hidden Gem in Bolton
The property was nicely decorated and maintained. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Short walk to town (although quiet due to off season and Covid19). Winter adventures were a short drive away. Owners were very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great accommodations, excellent location
The location was perfect for our family of 7 people. 2 minute walk to Bolton Landing for restaurants, shops, groceries and Rogers Memorial Park for fishing, tennis and swimming. We had a slip for our boat at Norowal Marina, also within walking distance. So convenient. The house itself is updated and spacious inside with lots of amenities for easy vacationing.

decorated and immaculate. Well stocked. Bolton Landing is a small village a 5 minute walk away. Beach, shops, restaurants. All well kept and staffed with friendly locals. A great vacation spot. The property manager is easy to deal with and always available for questions or local suggestions.

Bolton Landing-- beautiful house
Chris's house in Bolton Landing was gorgeous. So cozy and very spacious. We want to stay here every Labor Day weekend! Only a 5 minute stroll from the center of town, the house couldn't be in a more perfect location. We could even see the fireworks on the lake from the balcony off of the bedroom. Chris was very easy to contact with any questions. 10/10.

Bolton Landing Gem
This house was so charming, with plenty of room for Grandpa & I and our families, 9 in all. It was so close to town that we didn't have to jump in the car all the time and was very close to Pumpernickel's Restaurant and Chic's Boat Rental. Only 20 minutes from Lake George Village, too. We had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids and the owner was easily reached and in touch at all times. Highly recommend this gem in Bolton Landing! We hope to return again!

Great Rental!
My family and I rented this home in July 2019 . The home was perfect for our group of 10. It was well kept, clean and felt very homey. Chris was an excellent host. He responded quickly to our inquiries and went above and beyond for our family. We would like to visit Bolton annually and stay in this home.

The house was welcoming and accommodating for my family of 9. Great location for attractions both driving and walking. Chris answered any questions quickly and made sure house was clean and ready for our arrival. My family had a wonderful vacation and look forward to coming back.

This was the perfect location! Ideal for walking right into town and close to everything. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the benefit of having an outside fire pit! We had a great time! No complaints

Great location, spacious digs
The home was nice an spacious for the 5 adults and 4 kids in our party. Public beach within walking distance and downtown ice cream shop and restaurants too. We love being able to BBQ and use the fire pit to make s'mores with the kids. Having 2 bathrooms was great and plenty of seating at the dining table in the living area to hang out and relax. It was great that most rooms had ceiling fans. There was one air conditioner to cool the upstairs rooms at night for comfortable sleeping. The men in our family like it really cool when sleeping so we could have used 2 air conditioners.
We all had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Clean convenient and just 2 block walk to town park and beach.
Location is just off the main shopping and restaurants area of Bolton landing but, in a quiet area and secluded from traffic and noise. A great spot for kids. The public park has a nice sandy beach and a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. No need two drive anywhere in town.

We loved our stay in Bolton landing. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It is in walking distance from the beach and shopping. The house has all amenities we needed. The owner was great to deal with. He was very helpful, responsive and was very prompt to answer all of our questions. We have already recommended this property to family and friends. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay in Bolton Landing!
Our family of 4 (including 2 college-aged kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Bolton Landing. The house was clean and very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the location could not be beat. Quick and easy walk to restaurants and the park/beach but in a peaceful location. We made use of the brand new grill and enjoyed making smores in the firepit. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Lots of nice extra, thoughtful touches. We will definitely stay here again!
