Suitable for dual living this three bedroom accommodation is on two floors and has the added convenience of a downstairs studio with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and private deck while the second floor offers two bedrooms, a stunning bathroom, beautifully furnished lounge and deck situated amongst trees with amazing ocean views. Rented as a complete 3 bedroom house. Take in the panorama as you sit on the deck or lounge and relax with a cocktail or your favourite book. The lounge is decorated with paintings and art collected by the owners on their travels through the Middle East, Africa and Asia. TV in every room. Tasteful, top class furnishings and fittings. throughout . Quality kitchen appliances including dish washer, microwave, ceramic cooktop and electric oven and cookware to suit the style of cooking, espresso coffee maker, huge fridge upright 2 door fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled water. Free Wireless internet available. Whale watching from our front deck during the whale migration season is a spectacular site. The whale numbers have increase considerably and will come 100 metres and closer to the beach. Board games and books for mum, dad and the kids. A secure fenced area at the rear of the property is suitable for a small/medium dog if you wish to bring your four legged friend. BOOKINGS ARE WEEKLY Saturday to Saturday during peak periods e.g. SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. Easter stay is as detailed on our booking calendar. Otherwise 3 nights minimum stay are available. LAUNDRY AND CONSUMABLE INVENTORY provided: Products to get you started with Cleaning and Laundry. BEDDING CONFIGURATION. 2 Queen bed and 2 singles with 1 trundles if requested provides sleeping for 7. We had such a lovely time staying at this house. Everything was clean, view was beautiful, the sound of the birds were wonderful and the owner is very friendly and lovely to deal with! Also, close to everything you need!

My partner, dog and I had a delightful holiday. The home is charming and easy walk to a beach and along the boardwalk to cafes and Surf Club. It’s quiet and you can truely see the sea. It’s clean and comfy, has great TV and internet. We hope to return.

Steep access

Steep access

The extreme steep access is not manageable. This was omitted in the description of the property. We were told the key was beside the garage which I mistakenly assumed we would have access to - I had to leave my brand new car out in the weather unprotected. But there was no way anyone could safely use that driveway anyway! The garden stairs are homemade, different heights and cannot possibly be council approved. Getting a suitcase up and done was extremely difficult for anyone not well. Even though the beach and cafes were close we reluctantly left the house because it was such hard work getting back up to the house. The instructions on the fridge said to clean up around the pool. What pool? There was a secluded area at the rear for a bbq but no grassed yard at all for our dog. While the house is lovely, I felt it was misrepresented on the site. I will be put ‘wheelchair’ access in my search filter next time.
