About this condo rental

Our picturesque holiday home is located in a quaint pedestrianised cobbled street in the very heart of historic St Andrews. It is within a few steps of the University, Cathedral, coast and a nearby array of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars - not to mention a Sainsbury’s grocery store. The famous Old Course is also within a convenient 5 minute stroll. The property itself dates back to the 1800’s but has been completely refurbished and moderised to a high standard and has an exquisite BBQ/outdoor dining area in its own private secluded courtyard. The property is equipped to the highest standard with high-speed fibre broadband, international satellite 4HD entertainment and Sonos sound system. Within the compact kitchen there are all the usual requirements including dishwasher, microwave, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, washer/dryer etc. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom and patio doors onto the private patio. The second bedroom adjoins a bath/shower room and can be configured as twin beds or a kingsize double - just advise on booking. The beds are all prepared with fine Egyptian cotton bedding. A fifth member of the party can be accommodated in the sofabed in the livingroom again with double patio doors leading out to the courtyard with dining facilities. Our stay could not have been better. The flat is homey, decorated nicely, furnished well and within walking distance to St Andrews Golf Club, pubs, restaurants and shops. If we make it back to St Andrews we’ll definitely book again! 5 star experience.

This flat was perfect for our family while attending my son’s graduation from St. Andrews. Very convenient location. Flat was well appointed and comfortable. Stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Wish the weather was nicer to enjoy the outdoor area! Amazing stay!

The location was perfectly situated near pubs and restaurants on Market St. We were a short walk from The Old Course and sites such as the Castle and Abbey. Property very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could need, including a much needed dryer after golfing in rain for two days! We would definitely stay again!

The place, location and accommodations were great. We enjoyed the home and would return to this property again. The only negative would be that it was possible to lock someone inside the property with the current locking mechanism for front door. Not sure why this can happen but it occurred during our stay. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks for having us. Regards

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our trip to St. Andrew’s. It was two adults and one 7 year old “aspiring” golfer. Being able to do laundry at the house was a game changer, allowed us to pack light. Having the kitchen was great for breakfast, amazing coffee maker. We didn’t have a chance to use the patio, but it was such a pleasant feature of the house. There’s a grocery store just around the corner, perfect for breakfast foods and picky kids! Many great restaurants within walking distance. We must have picked a busy season, most restaurants required reservations for dinner. We caught on quick. Overall a fantastic stay, highly recommend, our 7 year old says “5 of 5 stars”.
