NO VALE TODO. NO CONFORTABLE PARA DORMIR SOBRE TODO.

Prácticamente todo. Resumo: - Un rollo y medio de papel para 4 días entre 4 personas. - Sábanas con arena. - Sofá cama que de cama tiene poco (no se puede dormir, te clavas toda la estructura, no hay forma de dormir). Nos tuvimos que echar a suertes qué dos personas dormían ahí, MUY MUY MAL. - Menaje para cocinar insuficiente (el cuchillo que hay es para cortar pan ni siquiera para cortar verduras). Sartén enana para 4 personas. - Entra toda la luz por las cristaleras del local (porque es un local) y no hay ni cortinas que tapen la luz a quiénes duermen en el sofa-"cama". - Las almohadas bastante maluchas (la cama no es gran cosa pero puestos a comparar con el sofa cama...) NO VALE TODO cuando se alquila un alojamiento, si somos 4 personas, las 4 personas tienen por lo menos que dormir confortablemente.

Однозначно продуманное жилье. Остались приятные впечатления ! 💞

Красивая и удобная квартирка. Есть все необходимое. В стиральной машине быстрые режимы, это здорово! Фен для волос и кухня с полным необходимым набором! Очень хорошее покрытие полов и кристальная чистота при въезде ! Нас было четверо. Двое детей спали на просторном диване в зале -кухне . Отсутствие дверей в спальню уравновешивает грамотная планировка. Проживание было комфортным и весь необходимый минимум соблюден 🥰 Рестораны , берег и маркет в двух минутах ходьбы!

Все казалось бы минусы оборачиваются в плюсы . Ранний рассвет и окна без затемняющих штор помогал раннему подъему. 😍

Fajny apartament nowy i czyściutki.

Obiekt jest świeżo wyremontowany wraz z nowym sprzętem. Jednak wydaje mi się że ten apartament jest tylko dla 2 osób, ponieważ brakuje zamykanej sypialni. Przestrzeń jest w całości otwarta.

Mycket fräscht och nära till stranden! Kan rekommendera!

Det var en väldigt fräsch och stor lägenhet med mycket yta och bra faciliteter. Bilderna gör inte stället rättvisa! Fint badrum och bra AC!

Sängarna var i hårdaste laget, och jag skulle gärna haft ”riktiga” täcken istället för ett löst lakan och överkast. Varmvattnet i duschen räckte inte så länge heller, nog för att duscha men skulle gärna haft lite längre tid på mig.

Lo único que por la noche la luz de la farola de la calle ilumina el interior y no queda bien oscuro para dormir. Es cómo si se dejara toda la noche alguna luz encendida dentro. Pero de resto ideal.

Modern apartment, close to shops and the harbor.

Good lighting, roomy shower, good location.

The kitchen could use some more amenities, like paper towels, a toaster, basic cooking needs like oil and sugar. More toilet paper, face cloths. Noisy neighbors on Saturday night. The apartment was clean and bright, but somewhat antiseptic. It could use some decoration. There was noisy construction work elsewhere in the building and on the street, but that is not the owner's fault. Parking is a problem.

Quiet, clean apartment in a perfect location

The location is great, close to the beach, close to the mountains, close to the restaurants and a shop. There is a natural swimming pool in the ocean near by. Apartment was very clean. Contact with the owner was very easy. The closest shop (and a coffee) was located 2 minutes from the apartment, but the area was still quiet.

Windows are only in the entrance part of the apartment, and they are mat. The part dedicated to a bedroom doesn't have windows. It is as on the pictures, but I missed this information. If you aim to spend most of the time outside, it is perfectly fine. There is no door between a bedroom and a living room when the sofa is located which makes the apartment rather suitable for a couple with kid(s), than for two couples. Sometimes, it was difficult to find a parking place near by.

Spacious and clean

The studio is very spacious. Everything was clean. We were happy about the washing machine. The bed mattress was fantastic (hard). The Aircon works perfectly. It's really close to the beach. The price is really good. The north of the island is nice. More authentic, more locals. Less crowded. We did a lot of walks in the north half/center of the island. We moved to the south for a 2nd week of holidays.

It's a good apartment if you are happy to be outside a lot. It's very reasonably priced. And the reason is that you cannot look outside. It's a street with old shops that are renovated into these superb studios. There are windows next to the door (in an angle) for fresh air. But you are really shut in. We enjoyed our time here and for the price and location and cleanliness I am happy to give 9 points out of ten. The description and photos are correct. But next time I would rather pay more to have a terrace or balcony. Tip: need to park at the entrance of town. With the one way roads it was a challenge to find the apartment the first time. You can drive into the little road to unload (everybody does). After that it will be hard to find a parking spot. So just drive up the hill again and park on the right side. It's a bit more than 5 minutes to walk down again.

nice and spacy apartment in central location of puerto de las nieves, a short walk from the ferry terminal

Large apartment in mint condition, very clean, very well equipped with kitchenette, laundry machine, bed with very good mattrace, and everything we could wish for. Silent and practical, in perfect location, walking 5min to swim, 2min to supermarket. note that the apartment is at ground level, and all windows are milk/frosted glass.

we missed some warm light source to add som homey atmosphere.

Great apartment by the seaside in Agaete

Apartment was very clean and tidy, we found everything we needed for our stay. Location perfect - very close to the sea, hiking trails, restaurants nearby. Would definitely go back again.

The one and only minus is that it was not easy to find a free parking spot if you get home later in the evening/weekends. Everything else was superb!

Superb

The place was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and had everything I needed. The host was super helpful with my requests. Making the air-conditioning work, bringing an extra fan and helping with info regarding transportation.

As other reviews stated. For me these were no big issues just things to improve on property side. At night you can only sleep with the aircon on since you can't leave the windows opened. I could not manage to make the aircon start, the host had to start it. And stopping it was a hurdle too. The cutlery could be improved. The knifes do not cut very well.

Central location, the apartment is exceptional tidy and cozy, it was newly refurbished and looks very good. Would stay here again next time for sure!

Large, clean, in new building, well equipped, in the center of the village

The sofa in living roome is very uncomfortable for sleeping. Rigid ribs inside the upholstery. The folding mechanism does not work. There are no curtains in the room, all night from the street there is a bright light from the lighting. The bedroom has no windows, so stuffy. The existing air conditioner is of very low power and can’t even cope in February. On the windows that open, there is a mosquito net, but there is no protective grille. At the same time, a room with entrance from the street
