Excellent property, clean, well appointed and directly downtown on the beach. Great location, close to restaurants, and amenities. Direct oceanfront view, right on the boardwalk. Parking a challenge for larger vehicles, but Margie made it work for us!

My wife and I like to try new places on our March Break. For budget reasons we try and stay in places we can get to in one/two days by car. The trip to Virginia Beach for us was just over 12 hours, so a perfect distance. We did some research so we knew temperatures would be cool but we had a couple of really nice days at the end of the trip that were a great way to wrap things up. The property was everything we'd hoped for. The outside of the building was a bit old and weathered so we were worried when we first arrived, but the condo was beautiful. Newly renovated, clean and the location was amazing. Right on the beach and the boardwalk with an incredible view of the ocean. Each morning we woke up to watch giant ships passing by, dolphins playing in the surf and the occasional fighter jet swooshing by on training runs. We were centrally located, so many restaurants were close and within walking distance. Our culinary adventures were fantastic...finding delicious food was certainly not a problem and we were really impressed with meal options, although there was a full kitchen if you wanted to cook your own. I can only imagine what a summer trip would be like, but if you are a beach bum you couldn't get a better place...literally 10 steps to the boardwalk from the building and 20 steps to the HUGE beach. Thanks to Margie, the property manager, who was in constant touch with updates we needed to know in order to maximize our stay. I highly recommend this property.

This is the best of the beach and the city mixed together. Love the space, the views, and the people watching. You cannot get closer to the beach than this!

This property exceeded our expectations. The open concept living/eating area was only exceeded by the spectacular ocean view! It’s so convenient to be steps away from the beach, which is well maintained each day. We saw dolphins in the ocean on our morning walks and enjoyed the street performers complimentary of VA Beach in the evening. Atlantic Ave is very active but our condo was very quiet. Margie responded to all questions quickly and kindly. We would definitely consider staying here again if visiting VA Beach.

Every year we rent this condo it gets better. Not only is the location great but the condo has everything you could need. Relaxing on the beach all day and being able to run back up to the condo for lunch or other things is very convenient. We feel very safe here and have met some very nice people that rent every year also.

We booked 10 months in advance to ensure we had a good spot to a place we had never vacationed at before. We arrived in VA Beach around 4pm on a Saturday, picked up our keys after texting the number provided and received a phone call with one of the weekend people who walked us through the whole packet contents. When we arrived at the condo, we were greeted with a full window view of the beach. The condo was quite inside. There is a nice patio where you can sit and enjoy various parts of your day. I highly recommend this condo to whoever is looking to have a great place to stay.

Daily watching the sunrise, dolphins swimming by and all the activity happening on the beach from the balcony once we came back from the beach was super convenient. We really liked the condo, it had a great balcony and easy access to the beach. The condo was very clean and the property manager was very helpful. Parking spaces are small but it is still nice to have on site parking and they were upfront about the parking before we booked the condo. We would definitely stay in this condo again

It was close to multiple restaurants, very easy access to the beach and boardwalk, and felt like a home. It is a short drive to the aquarium, which was a hit with all who went. It was nice to be able to walk and bring back food instead of going out to all of the restaurants. There was a list of restaurants and stores around if we needed anything as well. If we plan on coming back to the area, we will 100% be checking to see if this condo is available!
