The property and adjoining cottage have been totally renovated to ensure excellent accommodation. If you like peace and tranquillity along with total privacy this is the ideal location for you. Casa Rosa is a house and cottage combined allowing many families, in laws,friends to live in perfect harmony.Parking for 3 cars. Clean Pets welcome. Babies catered for with high chair & travel cot. Casa Rosa is a beautifully presented, quirky house. Lots of space both indoors and out, with a good sized pool, table tennis & darts to entertain. Joana the house manager is very informative and helpful. It's a good base for exploring the area though we found it difficult to drag ourselves away. The pool area and balconies feel very private although there are quite a few cars passing by and the dogs in the valley seemed to have choir practice every night!

The house is very charming and well decorsted with nice rooms and pleasant common areas.
The beds were comfortable. The pool is definitely a key asset, large enough and very tempting to just laze around.
The terrace is perfect for meals, protected from the heat and the sun - it should be assumed by the owner it will be used as such abs hence equip it table/chairs for all the occupancy capacity.
D. Joana, in charge of check in/out is the most friendly and professional person, very reliable for any support or advise one may need.

A fantastic property with great amenities. The whole family enjoyed Casa Rosa and the host Joana was wonderful and had so much information for us about everything in the surrounding area. The house was clean and well equipped and the kids loved the pool and games provided.

This property was fantastic! There was east access to everything on site and the pool was fantastic! We wish we had booked to stay for three weeks not just 10 days! We want to return as soon as possible! 😀

We had a great time at Casa Rosa. The house was wonderful! The kids all had a great time at the pool and we enjoyed many home cooked meals on the beautiful terrace overlooking the Algarve landscape. From this location we weren’t far from all the wonderful beaches Algarve has to offer. Overall it was an amazing vacation.

Casa perfetta in Loule per rilassarsi.
Ambiente molto accogliente, grande, ben fornito di tutti gli utensili necessari (per la cucina, giochi, materiale per il mare etc.).
La piscina è il fiore all’occhiello, bella ben tenuta, l’abbiamo sfruttata molto specialmente con i bambini.
Grazie a Joana per l’attenzione, la precisione e puntualità.

Great stay
Nice property just fine for our needs. very good location close to good access roads. AC and pool were very useful. The best feature was the caretaker Joanna. She was fantastic, meeting us on the road there and helping us settle in and driving us to a great restaurant "11" which she called at 11:00PM to stay open to serve us dinner.. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

A casa está muito bem situada e tem muito espaço para um grupo de 8. Estava muito bem equipada, sendo apenas de notar que o equipamento de cozinha não se adequava ao número de pessoas (os tachos serviam para preparar uma refeição para 4, obrigando a grande ginástica para conseguir preparar para 8). A piscina é muito agradável mas necessita manutenção (foi-nos dito que já está prevista para outubro).

4 Adults and 4 Kids had a fantastic time.
The pictures can't transport the beauty of the house and the view. We had a fabulous week. The House was a big part of that as it has everything you could want. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for 8 people. The Pool was a dream come true especially for the Kids.
A big Thank you to Joana, who was always available if we had a question or needed a recommendation.
I will recommend the house to friends and family who want to visit the Algarve.

Two families with kids
Two beautiful houses with patio, unique arrangement. Really special place. Comfortable for 8. Kitchen well equiped. Clean and big swimming pool. Not far from the sea quiet house. Nice and helpful manager. The Beauty of this place was much more than we expected. We can recommend Casa Rosa not only for summer. We’d love to come back some time😀

Had a warm welcome with the lovely Joana who had a hamper ready for us! Showed us around the villa and said if we needed anything she is only a message away! She was so lovely!

Magnifique maison pour un superbe sejour
Nous étions une famille de 7 personnes et nous avons profité de cette superbe et très agréable maison pendant une semaine... nous l'avons quittée à regret !
L'accueil et le départ ont été parfaits avec Joanna qui est drôle, chaleureuse mais également très sérieuse et les mails échangés avec Tim ont toujours répondu à nos attentes.
La maison est confortable, très propre, très bien entretenue, bien placée, la piscine magique bref, nous reviendrons !!

Had a fantastic time at Casa Rosa, brilliant villa, plenty of accommodation for the 8 of us.
Joana the host was absolutely fantastic, she couldn't do enough for us.
Only very minor point, the pictures show a single bed in what is now the games room, but other than that looks exactly as we expected.
Would definitely book a return visit.

We were group of volunteers attending Portugal Masters Golf event. The property provided us with excellent access to local supermarket, ample space for our group of 5 & all the facilities you could ask for. Great views & easy to get around from. Ideal for large families or group of friends who want to be away from the major tourist zones.

Bon séjour dans un bel endroit
La maison est très belle et spacieuse. Très bien entretenue et les literies sont très bonnes. Côté électroménager, tout y est.. Les terrasses et la piscine sont très appréciables et font le bonheur des petits et des grands. Vue splendide.Tim, Kay et Trevor sont très sympathiques.
Petit bémol cependant, la route qui se trouve devant la villa est très passagère et donc bruyante, et cela, nuit et jour.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

A little Piece of Heaven
We are just back from our recent stay at
Casa Rosa. We are two couples with two teenage children wanting rest and relaxation. We got it 100%. all communications with Tim were answered timely and Trevor welcomed us warmly, gave us great tips on short trips, places to eat etc.
The house itself is what made the holiday. Its so quirky and unusual you felt your tourist experience was so Portugese. The views from the house were unbelievable. We spent alot of time at the amazing pool, we read, played ping pong and darts and ate way too much. We went for our daily coffee to the cafe 5 mins up the road and got real insight into local portugese life. The Continente supermarket with everything you could possibly want is 2 mins away and Loule is about 5mins drive. Will we be back? yes
