Situated in Lake Delton, this attractive house for R 9,931 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to the New and Improved Chocolate Moose Lodge – now under new ownership! The Chocolate Moose is located on a quiet cul de sac next to the 6th hole of the Spring Brook golf course and only a short walk from the Spring Brook Clubhouse. Within the clubhouse you will find indoor/outdoor pools, a fitness room, playground, golf pro shop and the famous Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill! The home is a massive 4300 square feet, featuring six large bedrooms (all in which have TV's), three separate living room areas, a dining room with seating for 10, and a fully-equipped game room! The serene outdoor space features two large decks with tons of seating, a gas grill, a large fire pit with custom built in benches and an ample lawn with space to play. Whether you are looking to bring a group together or have a little personal time, this home is designed to meet your needs! The main level features two queen bedrooms and one king master (which includes an impressive suite with Jacuzzi tub for two and walk in shower), two full bathrooms, two living room areas (each with large flat screen TVs and DVD players), a laundry room and a fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen has all the comforts of home; including a breakfast bar, small eat in table, and easy access to the spacious dining room with gorgeous banquet table. The kitchen is at the center of the home and open on three sides – making this the perfect property for entertaining large groups! Enter the lower level to find a fully equipped game room featuring ping pong, foosball, and air hockey and 2 arcade games. Not in the mood to play games? Enjoy movie night in the theater room with an 85" smart TV and theater seating! With three additional bedrooms (all king size beds), a full bath and two futons the lower level will not leave you disappointed. The Chocolate Moose has wi-fi throughout and is fully decorated to help remind you that you are on vacation in the North Woods of Wisconsin! The home sleeps a maximum of 16, with rates based on 12 people over the age of three. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required. Please note that although this is not a pet friendly home, the owners do bring their dogs on occasion.

We had a group of 13 adults (ages 25-55) for a bachelorette trip, and the house was awesome! Very spacious, with two porches to sit on and a great fire pit! It was clean and cozy! Will be booking again!

Perfect home for my family

The house could use some updates/TLC and a deep clean. It may be a nice idea to offer a late check option or move checkout to more of a standard 11-12 pm. Overall, the layout of the house was ideal for our group and we enjoyed the space it afforded us. We all had a very enjoyable stay.

Spacious, reasonably amount of furniture, beds and bedding okay, BUT desperately needs dehumidifier in basement bedrooms, 1 stove top burner did not work, mirror broken, towel rack broken, ping pong table, paddles and air hockey game poor condition, had to buy ping pong balls, inadequate lighting in family room, obviously no reinvestment in property to keep it in top shape.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Chocolate Moose. Kitchen was the best stocked one we've ever had at a vrbo. Nicely updated & great bedroom layout for our big family including infants & toddlers & teens.

When we arrived at the property we were beyond thrilled with the home. We had 3 families staying 6 adults 7 kids. We let kids stay in basement and it felt like they had their own home while adults enjoyed the upstairs. The two bedrooms on the main level were small if we had planned differently would have taken the basement rooms they were big! The house was perfect I loved the layout of the two living rooms with the kitchen between. The main level shower drain was slow so we ended up showering in other showers. Did I say I loved the layout of the kitchen and the living rooms it was sooo great! We also enjoyed the fire very much! The pool space at the resort was FANTAST, the only down fall was the pizza. (We personally did not like it). Overall the place and experience exceeded expectations! We would for sure visit again!

The basement carpet needed cleaning. The blankets were too thin for the cooler basement. The large table and gathering spaces were great. It rained for us so we enjoyed the games in the basement. The log furniture is great and we all liked the WI Lodge feel. There wasn’t enough TP or Kleenex in each room, nor dish towels as we cooked all but one meal there. Under the basement bedroom there was a mess. One safety suggestion is to keep the knives higher for groups with toddlers.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the location, including the golf course and restaurant on the property. Home was clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Game room was a nice distraction during breaks from all the other fun WI Dells atractions.

We meet here with our children from all over the country. It was a wonderful place to come together after a very long time apart. The managers were very accommodating. There is lots to do in the area as well.

We stayed for a long weekend over the 4th to celebrate our parents 80th bdays with kids/grandkids, a total of 14 people. Game room was enjoyed by all, and golf and fireworks were a bonus. Shopping outlets nearby kept us busy as well. Overall great weekend.

We found the property and facilities perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The house was wonderful, lots of room, plenty of space and housewares. However, this house sits close to the interstate and the noise does interfere with being able to sit outside and enjoy a conversation. The resort is in a great location, the pool and pool bar are very welcoming. We did call in advance of our 4 pm check-in and after arriving at 1:30 pm couldn't get in until after 4:20. I wouldn't mention this except upon check out the desk told us they had new arrivals checking and encouraged us to leave before the 10 am checkout. Property is great inside, pool is good.

2019 Wisconsin Dells Vacation
The Spring Brook cabin rental that we had during this vacation was a good experience in all aspects, including reservation making, check-in, payments, check-out, etc. Our whole family (13 in total) enjoyed the cabin stay immensely.

Wonderful fun multi family vacation
We loved our stay at Spring Brook Chocolate Moose Lodge. Our stay included 3 families with 6 children total. The house was very clean and easily accommodated this large group. Our kids ( age 1-8) loved all the games in the basement, the fire pit, indoor and outdoor pool. The staff at Spring Brook was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our group that wanted some fun Wisconsin Dells adventures, but also a little quiet and privacy. It was an easy 15 minute drive to some of the indoor water parks ( where we purchased a day pass for one of our days) and the down town area. The resort was very close to a Walmart we used for our shopping needs. We ate at the Spring Brook restaurant twice and enjoyed both meals. I would highly recommend this house and Spring Brook resort. We will definitely look to stay again.
