Lois and Scott are offering their guests lots of extras that come with this home. Only 5 years old, the home is all new throughout, new kitchen (fully stocked), new deluxe appliances, granite countertops, new bathroom/fixtures, and all new furnishings throughout. FREE WiFi, enclosed outdoor shower, washer/dryer, central air/heat, and gas grill. There is parking for 6 vehicles (private driveway), on a private street w/ semi-private beach access, approximately 350 feet from the beach, with no busy streets to cross. The crows nest and decks offer great views of the ocean and sound w/ spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Only a few minutes to Oregon Inlet and Bodie Island light house. PLUS.....Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, Corn hole set, 6 bikes, hammock, etc. all for you to use at no extra charge.

This house was perfect for us. Great location- an easy walk to the beach. Close enough to hear the surf and feel the ocean breeze. She’d in back had everything you would want for a beach setup.
We had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to and close enough to eat out at some great local restaurants. King size bed in master bedroom was very comfy. Great place to spend a week.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was fantastic. Can’t ask for a better location. Lois is a great host and the house is equipped with everything you could need. We hope to return for our 3rd stay.

We have been vacationing in Nags Head for 37 years, but have always used a rental company. Decided to give this VRBO a try and we were NOT disappointed! The property was located in an area that we love, on a fairly quiet street with great access to the beach. The cottage was exactly as pictured in online photos and was exceptionally clean. We were grateful for the use of the bikes and appreciated having the laundry room located in the living space (rather than outdoors). We will eagerly return to this cottage again! Thanks to both Lois and Scott for sharing your vacation home with us!

Communication with the host from the time of booking was exceptional. The house is beautifully decorated and if you look around you may notice that the host is an excellent artist! Short walk to a secluded beach and visits from a local deer family every night made it even more magical.

My family loved this home and it’s proximity to the beach. The owner was extremely helpful with instructive emails leading up to our trip so checking in was super easy. We had sheets and towels delivered and their cleaning crew even put the sheets on the beds and towels in the bathrooms! This is an absolutely beautiful home and very well equipped with anything and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!

Nice Property for family vacation
The property was very clean upon arrival. Comfortable furnishings. Very short walk to beach. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs if you prefer higher seats. All in all a good vacation.

Perfect Vacation
We had an amazing time at this property. The size and location of the house was perfect. The home was beautiful- such eye appeal. We were close to the Light houses that I wanted to check out. The beach is literally right there. The house was not only clean, but it smelled clean as well. We would definitely stay again. This was our first stay in OBX and I loved the quiet. The mosquitoes were terrible even when it was 50 at night- pesky little things.

This is the first time I used VRBO & wasn't disappointed! Lois was responsive to my texts. No issues at all. Pictures are accurate. Very clean place, included everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, short walk to the beach. Not a long drive from everything upper Nags Head/Kill Devil Hills has to offer, but far enough away to avoid the larger volumes of people in the summertime in the Outer Banks. We were less than 5 minutes from the Bodie Island lighthouse and many other attractions were within 15 to 30 minutes away. The house was clean and everything was as described. We will certainly consider staying here again!

Quick getaway
What a fabulous house, proximity to the beach and beautiful area. The beach was not crowded. My adult children loved playing four square under the porch! It was big enough for all 6 of us to have our own space. The best was the views from the crows nest. We will be back!
