Run by a very friendly family. They attain to all out needs. Place is very clean and they have a kitchenette where you can make your own food and also they have a grocery store where you can buy all your needs.

too close to the noisy main road. little noise inside the rooms though. Mirissa is a Russian enclave (90% of tourists).

The rooms are closer to a travel home / motel level, not a hotel. The pool water looks dirty. Hotel wlan is slow.

Great value for the money. The hosts are polite, cheerful, their kid speaks descent english. Met us with ice cold juice :) they allowed us to stay longer than checkout time was. Breakfasts are huge! Every day there were 2 eggs in various forms, juice,coffee or tea, fruits,some local pancakes, local flat bread and something else. Conditioners are a salvation! No water or electricity shut downs, wi-fi was working (not great, but still). Location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beach where you could snorkel with turtles, 5 minutes from coconut tree hill, a lot of cafes nearby. The room was supplied with cloth drier, kettle, conditioner and moskito net. The pool was clean and warm. Taking into account Shi-lanka hotels this one was great

We travelled with my friend and stayed in Liyanage, Mirissa. We got two comfortable separate double beds, appartament was next to the pool. Staff wonderful, helpfull and always smiling. The whole family works there, from youngest to oldest. The teenager boy (name Sadew) speaks very good English and always helps even without askibg - for example, when it started raining, in a few minutes he brought us a very big umbrella. Few pets live in the territory (dogs, rabits, turkeys, ), monkeys and squirrels come to the roof but they are not annoying, do not come near people, the place is very clean and comfortable. There is also a kitchen, where you can borrow some cutlery, plates or bake something. Every room has a teapot, cups and glasses. There are air condiotioned and non conditioned rooms. Fresh and good breakfast, which will be made specially for you when you come (you don't have to worry that your breakfast will be cold if you come later, not exact hour). Fresh fruit juice, fruit platter, hot meal (eggs, pancakes or both), tea/coffee (milk if required), some dessert, lots of toasted bread, butter and jam. Free Wi-fi. I already stayed there twice during one journey and I have plans to stay there once more soon. Recommend and wish best luck for Liyanage family! ❤

The breakfast is just mind blowing. The people in the kitchen are soo kind and helped us with any request. One of the most delicious SL breakfast I have had. Wide variety and everything was kickass good.
