Perfect match Apartment, size and location

Beautiful rooms and bedrooms with attention to detail. Very clean and practically furnished. Water and snacks also available. Perfect location between cruise terminal and beach with old town. Very modern and digital

Very good value for your money

Modern, spacious penthouse apartment with big balcony. Cleaning services during weekdays. Very helpful staff. Good location, if you want to see more than just the beach, which is close by too..

New suites had just been added to the offering,which led to minor problems e.g. re our internet connection, but the staff sorted them out quickly. Some outside noise, but it did not disturb us.

Enjoyable, the staff is helpful, very well located with easy access to the market, beach and various restaurants.

Excellent location, stylish, properly equipped, plenty of room inside.

Bathroom is not separated from the room itself, so it’s not practical. The bed had two matrases instead of double bed, so over the night it was pushed apart a bit.

Stylish and beautiful, but rather unpractical and room for improvements.

Nice, modern, clean, centrally located property.

-Annoying check in procedure. Got a phone call from the hotel the day before arrival, with a question about arrival time, and what my email address was. I had already notified the hotel the day before that the arrival time was in the afternoon. This was followed by numerous messages and emails. The online check in link was partially in english, and partially in spanish. I had problems getting it to work. Neither do I like to send passport information to an unverified site. The office was open when we arrived, that was a bonus. -Maid came into the room at 0905 and asked if we wanted cleaning. We were still in bed. -Plenty of toiletries, but no hand soap. I asked office staff if we could get some soap, but they did not have any. The hotel is listed as «eco friendly», so why not replace the 10 mini plastic bottles with shampoo and conditioner with larger wall mounted dispensers? -Strong, unpleasant smell of «air freshener» in hallways, elevator and occationally in the room. -Lack of reading lights by the bed.

Location is 7min wslk to Las Canteras beach. General impression was good, now that you can have many property choices at your finger tips, you need to be clear what COMFORT actually means to you personally. Property is modern/ new, nice arrangement.

There is ongoing construction work outside, noise and dust is your daily host.. Pillows too big and really uncomfortable to sleep on. It is not a quiet area, always people below your windows, to be honest, really bright street lights would get through in case you wanted to leave a window opened during the night. Overall rating 8/10, for the lack of comfort.

The apartment was overall good, but it was a little messy and was missing some things, mainly in the kitchen. The locati

It was a great apartment. It was safe, the rooms were good in size and the living room and the kitchen were nice to hang around in. The staff was extremely helpful and showed interest in our well-being, giving us many advices on what to do and where to go.

It was a little unclean, especially the floors. The kitchen didn’t have many equipments and dishes, and it didn’t have an oven. The mechanical window shield in the other bedroom was broken - it didn’t close, instead every time we touched it, it stopped a little bit further away, causing light and noice during the nights and mornings.

Amazing apartment

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was very clean, big, with all the facilities. It was in the heart of Las Canteras Beach. Everything was mext to our apartment ( shops supermarket, restaurants and cafes)

Great, spacious and very clean place near Las Palmas beach

Two bedroom suite with spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Great location near the beach. Spot clean. Easy access. Great wifi. Everything was really well !

It can be a bit noisy outside as there are bars in the vicinity. But the street noise never lasts long. We had very good sleeping nights.

Fantastic location 2 minutes walk to Las Canteras beach, right next to the food market, lots of restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was fantastic, modern, well furnished with a very good air conditioning system.

In one of the bedrooms the street light was right in from of the window so there was too much light at night - it would be helpful to put some blinds at the window

A perfect stay

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite. It was almost as new, extremely comfortable and clean, and very nicely decorated. The balcony was a big plus. Despite the central location (near the beach, close by big supermarkets and with all necessary bus stops around the corner), it was quiet enough. The staff was very responsive and helpful. A special thanks to Elena for all her help, including but not limited to arranging our transport from the airport.

Nothing to dislike.
