Nach einem komplikationslosem Check-In hatten wir das Vergnügen das sehr großzügige, mit allem notwendigem ausgestattete Appartment genießen zu dürfen. Die Lage ist sensationell innerhalb einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Zum gemeinschaftlichen Pool war es nur ein Steinwurf entfernt und für Eltern wunderbar einzusehen (der Sicherheit wegen). Der absolute Pluspunkt dieser Wohnung ist der atemberaubende Blick auf und über die Bucht von Carvoeiro - inklusive spektakulärer Sonnenauf- sowie Untergänge. Insgesamt gibt es nichts zu bemängeln... wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal Mieter dieses tollen Appartments.

Just returned from a fab holiday in Carvoeiro. Apartment was everything we could have wished for. Resort is wonderful, though need to be prepared for the hills. Communication with owner, very prompt and helpful. Have been to Carvoeiro before and will definitely be back. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment

We really enjoyed our stay, the property is minutes away from the town and the beach, (if you don’t mind a steep hill there and back) and the views from the balcony are just beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and regular clean towels and bed linen are a bonus. Beware the additional charge for the air conditioning in the bedrooms - this is listed in the details, but still took us by surprise!

The property is on a complex with several swimming pools, there were always sunbeds available. The apartment is excellent, the view from the balcony is fantastic, and the apartment is very well equipped. Carveiro is downhill with many restaurants and the beach

We had stayed in Monte Dourado a couple of years ago in a different apartment. This apartment was pretty much the same, perhaps slightly better equipped, but with far superior views over Carvoeiro beach and the sea. Temperatures a little lower in October than in July, and the pool was only just warm enough for a dedicated quick swim. The town was also a little quiet, and I think a lot of shops/restaurants shut down for the winter at the end of october, so we still had a reasonable choice.

Property was well maintained and in good overall condition. It had everything we needed. Disappointed that the air con in the second bedroom didn’t work but understand this was not the fault of the owner. Other than that, all good

Vorbildlich ausgestattetes Appartement mit fast 100 qm in einer Superlage, einen besseren Blick auf den Strand von Carvoeiro gibt es sicher nicht. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Top! Thank you John, we really enjoyed it

The separate shower room is an excellent plus when getting ready, I have had many a pleasant quiet drink on the balcony enjoying the view, prior to going out. The apartment has facilities such as, DVD player, lots of TV channels, board games and a music centre, that really help when dealing with restless children or when the weather is poor. For the first time this year we had a couple of problems with things that needed fixing, the Reception and Maintenance and especially the Owner responded quickly and very professionally and all was quickly sorted out to our satisfaction. As you wander through the complex it is clear the the standard of attention to maintenance is high. I have already recommended the apartment to my daughter's friends. Whilst there are plenty of good restaurants. Be sure to shop at the local Municipal market for excellent local fruit ; Veg and a very good butcher! .I have no doubt we will return for another comfortable break

Our family of five stayed at this apartment in July 2013 and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The apartment is lovely and very well equipped. The pool was excellent and very clean. Views from the balcony were great. The village centre of Carvoeiro was just a short walk away and had some lovely places to eat as well as a nice beach. Property owner was very helpful and friendly during booking process. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had a great holiday in Carvoeiro. Apartment is lovely, just as described, very comfortable and there is everything there that you need. Perfect for family holiday. Good location, short walk down to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shops available and a range of lovely beaches within a short drive. Would highly recommend.

Oh what joy to arrive at the Monte Dourado at around 7pm to the sound of families still splashing away in the gorgeous pool literally a few feet away from our apartment. Our 9 year old was immediately delighted with the choice of location. To add to this was the pleasure of walking into a bright airy spacious apartment with the most wonderful balcony imaginable, a view out to the sea which would make you relax so thoroughly you could forget all sense of time, nice big bedrooms and plenty of storage space everthing in light neutral shades all designed to make you feel like you're actually in an enormous luxury hotel suite! Anything we needed was right there, it is extremely well equiped. The staff are very helpful and really friendly, my only criticism is the lack of a pool bar of some kind, and a mini bus for trips in and out of town as the hill is very steep and must be a nightmare for anyone elderly or families with very small children. I feel people would be more than happy to pay a bit extra for both these services. Having said that we would love to go back maybe at a quieter time of the year and sat out on that balcony and dream and then dream some more and then ........................................

Lovely apartment with sea view, very clean with good amenities. Sky tv, ipod dock, dvd's, washing machine, microwave, kettle, 2 toilets, 1 shower and 1 bath. Cleaner came nearly every day with fresh towels. Pool area good with lots of beds and umbrellas, we didnt even go to the beach even though it is walking distance. We drove there so already had a car which was an advantage to explore the area. Great for families with teenagers, there are stairs and big hills but it didnt bother us, have already booked again for next year!

This is a great appartment in a great location. Beautiful sea views that were much better than we expected. It is well equiped and very clean with an excellent pool area that our 2 daughters loved. The village is a short walk where you find an excellent beach and a good variety of shops, restaurants and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would certainly recommend Carvoeiro and the appartment.

the apartment is very well equiped, immaculate and beatifully clean. ipod dock/speakers, big telly with some sky, dvd etc.pool area spotless, sun beds, paddling pool right in front of apartment. private balcony with view of town, beach & sea. easy downhill to town, huge choice bars/restaurants. not too tacky!! recommend car. owners extremely helpful. would recommend this apartment as the only one to stay in at monte dourado. great for sensible family or responsible couples. can't go wrong. book it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment, which was clean, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. It really is home from home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. The owner provided excellent customer service - my email enquiries were responded to very quickly. Carvoeiro itself is beautiful with plenty of fabulous beaches, as well as excellent restaurants to choose from. I have certainly recommended the apartment to friends, and very much hope to return in the future.

What a fantastic apartment you have. Super clean. Absolutely wonderful views, exactly as you said. Close to the village. Very well looked after apartment. What more can I say, except that we would definately like to rent again when in Carvoeiro.
