Modern, ziemlich neu. Unsere Gruppe wurde in einer Etage untergebracht. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Einzig, dass es beim Frühstück nur EINE Kaffeemaschine gab, welche ziemlich lange für die Zubereitung benötigt und immense Wartezeit verursachte. Nach Rücksprache mit Personal erfuhren wir, dass schon eine 2te bestellt wurde. Es scheint, dass bei der Anzahl des Personals sehr gespart wird bzw. fanden wir, dass 1 Person für das ganze Frühstücksbuffet / Gäste zu wenig ist. Sie tat uns schon sehr leid, aber blieb immer freundlich und nett! Beim Pool könnte eine Wand nützlich sein, da immer sehr windig. Indoor gibt es leider keinen Pool oder Tauchbecken (wegen Sauna). Der Weg vom Nebenhaus bis zum Pool oder zur Sauna führt über den Parkplatz. Mag nicht jeder in Badekleidung so weit rum laufen. Bei Schlechtwetter zur Sauna ist eine Herausforderung. Liegt meiner Meinung an der Planung. Aber, wie schon erwähnt, uns hat es dennoch sehr gefallen!

We loved everything about the property!! The room was tastefully decorated and had great views. The bed was very comfortable & the furnishings were good quality & the room was very clean. The staff were very helpful with planning outings in the area & booking restaurants for dinner (as the hotel restaurant was closed the days we were there). They provided taxis to restaurants for dinner, to save driving on the windy roads in the dark & after having wine for dinner. There were plenty of options for breakfast. We were able to charge our EV car. And the views in every direction are incredible!

Ladies working the front desk were PHENOMENAL and so helpful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the views unbeatable. Breakfast was also very yummy and good service.

The bright ming point was Melita, she’s such an amazing person that assist us and giving us the feeling of more than welcoming, absolutely will go back ! Thank you Melita, hope to see u very very soon :) ❤️

The view is to die for from the rooms and from the restaurant.

Nothing

Everything was as described, there was construction going on but we were aware of it and honestly we were lucky not to have heard any noise coming from it even though the room and the balcony were directly facing it. The view from the terrace / restaurant area is beautiful, really breathtaking and the whole property is very nicely taken care of :) we’ll for sure come back!

There were some small inconsistencies that were swiftly resolved by the team / reception, but the only thing I would have loved to have a bit more of was information about where to eat and how to get there. Especially since we traveled on a day when their restaurant was closed, we struggled with getting a good recommendation. It was also not clear to us that we had to pre-order from the “small menu” before our arrival if we wanted to dine in the hotel on days when the restaurant is closed. The missing thing was really just helping us with personal recommendations beyond the small Gamlitz booklet you get that explains the area :)

Frau Melita was outstanding and took care of every need we had. Eating at the Restaurant is a great idea. The view from the terrace and our balcony was breathtaking.

Staff: super friendly and attentive. They organized a birthday cake for my girlfriend. Really appreciated their service Room: big, modern and clean
