环境地点早餐都挺不错，还给我煎了个蛋虽然不知道是不是每个人都有哈哈哈哈我提早入住给我单人房升级到双人。然后我出去玩一圈房卡丢了，又给我免费弄了一张新的，真的很好

Highly recommended!!!

BEST HOTEL in JORDAN!!! It’s all about the little details, the staff is highly educated, well manner, perfect English, when you check in they offer you a drink while they carry your luggage to the room, the attention to the detail it’s what’s the most important when you are tired after a long day travel! The hotel room is super nice, you know usually there are all this dirt marks, broken things, the room look very well maintained and with care to details! I been traveling from Israel to Jordan for a month and this place was like heaven! I even extended my stay for two days because I needed a nice place before continue my journey! Extras: they do free shuttle to Petra and they will help you with other things if you need seriously they really helpful!

Krásny hotel, veľmi príjemný personál, ústretoví, veselí, ochotní, nápomocní. Dobré jedlo, čaj pri príchode. Veľká izba pohodlná postel, deky hrubé navyše. Ponúkli ubytovanie vo wadi rum. Odviezli nás do Petra a prišli po nás- zadarmo. Ľahko sa s nimi dorozumiete. Skvele. Ďakujeme. Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, helpful, cheerful, helpful, helpful. Good food, tea on arrival. Large room comfortable bed, blankets thick extra. They offered accommodation in wadi rum. They took us to Peter and came after us - for free. You can easily communicate with them. Brilliantly. My best stay in Jordan!

It's a family run hotel. The customers are given personal attention by the owners themselves. They take due care to provide all assistance to the persons staying in the hotel. Ali and Mahmoud were exceptionally great in their conduct and dealings. Free Shuttle to/from Petra visitor center was a bonus and actually the best part of the hotel. The dinner experience was also great, with great menu and ambience. Highly recommended.

Maravilloso!

El personal increíble, todos muy atentos desde el momento en que llegamos! Habitación muy linda, bien calefaccionada y cama cómoda. Desayuno variado y taxi gratis al visitor center de Petra. Lo recomiendo al 100%!

Estadía en Petra

El personal muy amable y atento y te ofrecen un rico téy datiles cada vez que llegas. La habitación comoda , limpia y bien equipada. El desayuno es muy, muy bueno, variado y el restaurante tienes unas lindas vistas. El hotel esta bien ubicado. El hotel tiene shuttle para ir hasta la entrada de Petra.

perfect location and perfect stay

this property surprised us, being a 3 start hotel we didn’t expect much, but honestly it was amazing. It was very clean and the staff were lovely. The rooms were very spacious with a minibar that was complementary, the staff was lovely and being 2 min away by car from Petra makes this hotel the perfect one for enjoying Petra. The breakfast is great and the dinner menu is super full filling!

Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Petra, met zeer behulpzaam personeel

Mooi hotel met free shuttle naar Petra. Gratis drankjes uit mini bar. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij kregen tips voor Petra en restaurants in de buurt van de manager. Wij hadden problemen met reservering van volgende bestemming van de rondreis en manager is proactief gaan zorgen dat alles was geregeld voor ons.

Nice hotel in the heart of Wadi Musa.

The staff was extremely nice. They treated us with an orange juice and tried to help make the best of our stay in Petra. They also gave us an upgrade to a larger room. The minibar was complimentary, which is always nice.

Some items in the minibar were expired. The hotel has no parking (street parking is easy to find). Some of the food at breakfast was a bit old and the selection lacking.

Very good

great staff, very helpful. they arrange free daily shuttle to the entrance of Petra which allows you to stay close to all thee good restaurants without having to pay for overpriced taxis every day back and forth.

Fantastic stay in Wadi Musa

The hotel was lovely, very nicely done inside and rooms felt luxurious. Staff friendly and allowed us to check in a little early. Great free shuttle to Petra and also free mini-bar is unheard of! Would definitely recommend.

Outside it didn't look great, but don't let that put you off.

The Hotel to Stay At While in Petra

I'm really glad I chose this hotel. The hotel room was comfortable and the service was excellent. The hotel allowed me to leave my bags when I arrived in the morning to explore Petra and even picked me up from the Petra Visitor Center to go back to the hotel. Ali ensured that I was comfortable and also made arrangements for me to go to Wadi Rum by bus the next morning. He also waited with me to make sure that I got on the right bus and to make sure everything went smoothly. They will take care of you.

A very welcoming, well located mid range hotel

The location is great, as it is near all the amenities you need like ATMs, restaurants and shops. Staying close to Petra may be convenient for sightseeing but less so if you need to organise other things. Plus Town Season has an on demand shuttle in both directions, which is super helpful. The rooms are very clean and with AC/heating. The breakfast is the most extensive I have seen in Jordan and you will find many things to like. Finally and most importantly, the staff are super friendly and helpful. They are welcoming and have many suggestions. They also organised my ticket for the early shuttle to Petra.

There is nothing much to dislike. I think this is the best place to stay. The only small thing is that I could hear some weird noise like a tap going on and off a lot of the night. It didn’t bother me too much as I was tired after walking all day.
