We are on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for bike rides, morning walks or nightly strolls. We have an expansive south facing lanai that provides views of both beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You can swim in the saltwater pool or soak in the hot tub. Two bedrooms have king sized beds, one bedroom has two twin beds. Both bathrooms have large walk-in / walk through showers and the master bath has large soaking bathtub. The kitchen has all the comforts of home including a large pantry, deep stainless steel sink, dishwasher, convection oven, and wine fridge. There are granite counter tops, a large island that seats four with room for more, and is connected to the dining room that seats six. You'll find a large living room with a fireplace and 60" smart TV. The living room has large sliding glass walls that fully retract opening to the lanai so you can enjoy the full effect of indoor outdoor living. Our home has three other TVs including one on the lanai so you can sit outside in the Florida warmth and watch your favorite show. You'll also find a comfortable, quiet den/library with access to a printer and Wi-Fi where you can step away for a moment to read a book or update your favorite social media account with all the beautiful pictures you took during your day. There is a full size washer and dryer on site in a large laundry room with ample closet space throughout the house. We have kayaks on site that you are welcome to use. You can launch right from the backyard into the canals or you can load them on your car and be in the calm green waters of the area within minutes.
