Location is really good, nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The TVs are good, but that's about it on the positive side.
Everyone should be clear, that this is not a hotel, but an apartment. Apartments in De Amber are owned by different people and the quality will be very different from room to room. I had a long pubic hair on the desk beside my bed. The kitchen was disgusting and everything all in all felt unclean. The pillows are awful and everything is equipped with the cheapest stuff possible.

Nice and quiet. Room is clean and has comfortable space for 2 people.
Distant from convenient stores and food.
Bathroom shower is a but troublesome. Water temperature is not consistent. Hot then cold then hot...☹️
