Lovely flat that offers good accomodation for a family stay. We stayed with a 3 y.o. and found it had most things we needed. Flat is clean and very artisticaly decorated, although in places looking a little bit tired. The location is exelent, a 5 min walk from the beach, right accross from the sea garden. The flat has 2 bedrooms- a double bed one and 2xsingle bunk beds so would be suitable for people with children. There is a bathroom with a shower thay is spacious to wash the kids in. There was always enough warm water for us all to have a wash, although the shower curtain is a bit annoying. There is a tv, and a kitchen with stove and hobs. Pots pans, plates and utencils are provided. Dishwasher,microwave, kettle and pod coffee machine (would have been nice to have a couple of pods provided until we could get some from the shop). Please have in mind that flat is on first floor and you need to ger up 1 flight of stairs. Wasn't a problem for us, but don't think it was noted on the description. The owners were kind and accomodating, we were happy with our stay overall.

The flat is clean but a little bit tired, some bits need updating. The toilet is wobly, the sofa could do with replacing as its quite lumpy on spots, I wouldn't sleep on it. The blinds in the children's room don't close all the way. The birds in the park are very noisy, so if you're bothered by nature sounds, maybe not the place for you or bring earplugs. Its all small things that could make the flat be a bit more pollished, but it didn't matter to us, we had a lovely and very comfy stay in the wonderful location.

Nice owner who was super friendly and helpful.

Can't beat this location; it's where all the summer action is. Our host was kind and very responsive, and provided everything one would need for a relaxing weekend. She went out of her way to make sure we were all taken care of.

Parking is paid, but this was not a surprise; the listing mentioned no parking was provided. Green Zone street parking is moderately priced and one could prepay for the entire day, if going to the (cheaper overall) Gurko parking lot is too much of a hassle :-)

Very nice location, close to the sea garden and beach, friendly host. Good for children - nice room with a satellite TV and toys. Well equipped kitchen, AC.

No parking spot, however there is a cheap parking (5levs a day), in a 5mins walking distance. I wish the couch in the livingroom was more comfortable for sleeping or the size of the bed in the bedroom was larger.

We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was very clean and is well maintained. The host was lovely and very accommodating. The location is perfect for going to the beach and the park as well as walking into town.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

The apartment is centrally located, it was very clean and supplied with all necessary amenities. Hosts were hospitable and eager to help.

The building has a specific communal feel which does not relate to privately rented apartments. On several occasions, neighbours stopped us to question our intentions. This made us feel unwelcome and under surveillance.
