La habitación no es lo que muestra en la página, las camas feas, el lugar antiguo, hediondo y tenía una gaviota muerta en el techo. No te entregan las llaves de la habitación cuando hay que salir a pasear. (Osea hay que confiar que ellos cuidarán nuestras cosas ya que tienen acceso a las habitaciones cuando quieren pero uno debe devolver las llaves ya que te exige una señora de muy mala gana devolverlas). es primera vez que me toca una situación así y por eso solo nos quedamos una noche. No volvere arrendar de nuevo en ese lugar y les hablaré a mis amistades para que nunca vayan al Capric. Pésima experiencia.

La verdad lo único bueno fue la ubicación del hotel

El baño tenía fugas , ofrecían wifi pero en realidad nunca hubo y nunca dieron respuestas . Al salí debías dejar la llave lo cual no encuentro que corresponda porque son mis pertenencias las que quedaban adentro . El personal eran puras señoras mayores , sin tacto para trato a clientes , una señora intentó robar mi teléfono , fue atrevida , y no cumplió con ninguna ley de consumidor . La verdad es que ha sido de las peores expreciencias que hemos tenido , no lo recomiendo para nada . Es como un motel en muy malas condiciones , con muy mal personal y disposición.

Honestly, there's nothing good to say about this hotel. I'm shocked that it is still open, but I chose it because it's actually in a good location somehow, and the pics are photoshopped.

Don't waste your time or money ! I've been to hotels around the world. The room was dark, tiny and windowless with a moldy smell. I thought "well, maybe I can take a shower at least.' The water was cold. My wife and I were so exhausted, we took a nap on their dirty bed and checked out without spending the night. At least their WiFi helped us find a normal hotel. Bye !

The location was very good

The bathrooms in all the rooms smell disgusting. When you smell It in your room it's hard to sleep. The sheets were all very old. The hot water does not work. You can't pay with a card and the receptionist was not very nice on the first night. They take you to your room don't tell us they didn't have a card machine then when we try to transfer they force my friend to come down to reception to make transfer Infront of them when easily the other person who was already there could show the transfer copy. But the worst thing is the smell and no hot water

The price

Everything felt so cozy, it was easy to feel at home. The location was exceptional, it was so close to everything in Viña del Mar. A lot of services were available close to the hotel.

some rooms were a little bit noisy, the windows didn't cover up much noise, but it was expected as the place was really close from the city centre.

Very cozy place, guy who receptioned us was super friendly, place is way bigger than it looks from the outside, good location in general.

Despite being in good condition overall, looks and feels old, however it gives it that interesting and cozy ambient. Nothing to complain about.
