the most uncomfortable stay I ever had.

no water in tabs, no utensils in kitchen ,No Towels provided, No tissue papers in bathroom and kitchen ,All Air-conditions we’re having problem and Bed Room AC was leaking. the Appartment were of monthly rental I do not know how Booking. com have approved it. the standard of booking. com have gone very low?

The best thing about the room was the bathroom!

The closet was very dusty, the bedding was dirty; the walls were filthy; the air conditioner leaked water into the room and there was also a leak, right above the bed, from the ceiling! Maybe from the air conditioner or the bathroom of the room above mine! The water leaked onto the bed and stained the headboard, pillow and the sheets! Above all of this; the price for 2 nights was above 425SR in total!They charged me 85SR because I checked in at 7:00am! The room wasn't worth that much! I tried to leave and find another room, but there were no hotels that would allow me to check in early!

Everything was good especially the staff (abdulhadi) he was helpful
