Great location, with activity all around us.

Location was brilliant -close to all the action in the city & quiet. Place was clean & comfortable. Nick was easy to deal with and very helpful beforehand.

Nick sent a video with all the instructions to find the keys- but google had us in the wrong street. Kitchen was extremely basic - 5 of us staying & only 4 coffee cups. Family was very critical of the showers - old mold around the bases, in both showers. It was a bit hard to find somewhere to unpack the car - for taking the bags up. 2nd bedroom was too small to open your suitcase. My husband uses a sleep apnea machine, and there was a power point for him to plug his machine into - on the side of the bed he normally sleeps - in the smaller room

Great location

It would have been more convenient to have parking at site and not down the road. Plus we had to use the help service to get into the carpark. But that wasn't really too much of an issue.

Great spot but not up to our expectations

Great spot. Very close to great restaurants and shops. Very secure building. Excellent cafe downstairs “Let’s Brunch”

Wasn’t up to our standards of cleanliness. Very ordinary selection of old dry tea bags, old lolly wrappers inside the washing machine, dusty and unable to connect to wifi.

The apartment was very central to everything. A few minor. quick improvements would make it excellen

Location was great. Very central to everything. Apartment was secure and only accessible via a pass key. Whilst small the apartment had all the amenities for a stay.

The bathrooms were tired and in need of a refurbishment. grouting needs help; joins where wall meets floor were mouldy and some of the tiles were chipped.

2BR enjoyable stay for 4 adults, would/will stay there again without hesitation.

Location excellent. Regular phone Communication with NICK was really appreciated making sure eveything was ok - before we even arrived in Adelaide. 2 minor issues with room were happily fixed immediately.

lengthy process to gain access to keys, park the car and access the unit, all in different locations. unit was not clean to expectations.

not a very pleasant experience at all

the apartment was filthy we had to get cleaner to come back. one thing you should be able to unpack your cloths when you arrive but this was not the case what it felt like was cheap backpackers accommodation NOT top price as we feel we paid.

Unit in a very good location if you want to stay in the city.

In a central location. It was clean and adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable. Nick answered my calls promptly and was very helpful with directions to the car park.

The bathrooms really could do with an update and the parking was a quite difficult, especially as we had suitcases. There seems to be parking under the building so not sure why there isn’t a car park there for that unit.

nice apartment, awfully difficult to get into

the unit was fine. Clean and spacious.

the parking offsite was a nightmare, we had luggage for the 10 days to drag around across and down the street. I have a disability, and this was really not safe and we damaged my suitcase wheels on the uneven pavement and road. This should have been explicit when booking.

Spacious CBD apartment in a great location

The location was excellent. Very central. Good sized place and both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Nice to have a balcony too.

The owner has made it as easy as possible to find the keys carpark and unit. We still found it a little confusing as don't know the area but owner helped us when we messed up the car parking.

This does not present an acceptable standard for Adelaide.

The location is very good and central . Initially very hard to find.

The place needs a complete refurbishment. Bathrooms especially. Kitchen adequate, bedrooms cramped.

Great spot in Adelaide CBD close to Rundell Mall. Easy to access Trams to get around the city. Comfortable apartment.

Needs a few minor repairs - toilet seat lids, curtains closing, cupboard door hinge tightening

memorable and relaxing

we didn't have breakfast but went out for lunch. The location was great close to everything in the city and very handy. Transport nearby, lots of restaurants and China town too, shopping and much more

Due to having cancer and a heart condition I struggled with the parking, even though was only located a short walk down the road and we found it difficult to find keys. But the host Nick was super kind and did assist us over the telephone & most people would be fine with this. We still recommend this apartment for sure

A perfect location to launch a weekend to enjoy Adelaide in all its glory

The property was in a fantastic position right in the centre of the city walking distance to everything that we were seeking to do and see. Access upon check in and check out or simple and straightforward as we will provided detailed instructions.

Lovely spacious apartment

Loved the location and the size of apartment. Beds were very comfortable and loved that there were 2 bathrooms (which we actually didn't realise when booking) Apartment was very modern and well kept. Balcony was nice, with a view of beautiful trees.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Stay was fine, apartment is smaller then it looks so be mindful of how many people you have.

The apartment was close to the mall

Parking was difficult, key didn't work so we ended up paying for parking. The keys for the apartment are awkward to get if driving in as there is no parking, the apartment is actually smaller then it looks. We had 6 people staying and only enough cups ect for 2.

Great Central Location

Excellent central location. Easy to access but secure. Great coffee shop/cafe out the front. Quick response from Nick the owner to any questions.

Disappointing

Location of property was awesome. Short walk to Rundle mall. Many good food options near by.

Apartment isn’t well maintained as seen in photos. Kitchen/ bathroom Facilities were clean enough but there is mould growing on damaged skirting boards in main bedroom possible health hazard for guests staying for long periods of time.

stay was ok hard work getting in collect keys from lock box then go to car park which wasn’t at location. then lug bags

Great place to stay

Fantastic stay in a fabulous, clean, modern apartment. Plenty of room and the location was ideal. Loved the clear instructions on video to help locate the keys. We would definitely love to stay again.
