Great location at top of escalators into Old Town. Not noisy despite being so central. Apartment had everything we could need, beach towels, adaptor, iron, hair dryer, fan, etc...it was perfect for us. So comfortable and spacious for the price. A gem. Easy free parking in the area too.
Pool area a bit dated but we did not really use as its so close to the beach

Perfect place to stay in Albufeira. It's around 4 minutes walk from the beach and around 7 minutes from all the noisy streets with clubs, etc. It's really quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable, new-looking and really, really more than perfect. I can't imagine better place to stay, really. Francesco is a perfect host and a great guy. It was the best place I've stayed ever and that made my holiday in Albufeira even more perfect.
In some of the comments is stated that "stairway is a bit of a problem". It's not my role to tell everybody is it or is not, but for me- when I'm not perfectly fit it wasn't a problem at all. For people in their 80's maybe it can be (but also, depends on health of legs) but I think for most people it won't be a problem.

The property is an ideal location, very quiet but yet close enough to walk the Old Town (about 5-7 minutes) with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, plus an amazing sandy beach. Everything you might need on arrival is only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment - supermarket, pharmacy, ATM etc as well as a few restaurants/bars. My flight had been delayed so my arrival was much later than planned. However, Francisco was waiting to welcome me and show me around the apartment. He also had very kindly left a most welcomed chilled bottle of wine plus juice and water in the fridge. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are planning a trip to Albufeira and I hope to return again very soon.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in a great location, close to beach and old town. The owner communicated really well and collecting the key went very smoothly. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay (and a good supply of toilet roll, toiletries etc), and a nice added touch of beer, pepsi and water in the fridge. It was quite cold (as we were there in February) but the heaters kept us warm. Restaurant across the road was also really good. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool but I imagine it would be lovely for a cool down in summer. Highly recommend.

The owner met us with the keys to the property and had some homemade buns for us. The beers in the fridge were welcome as well 😊

Excellent facilities cooker fridge freezer washing machine dishwasher microwave toaster. Bottle of water juice beer and wine in fridge.

Exceptional apartment. Very spacious, with a nice view (watch the sunrise from the balcony), close to the beach, and sparkling clean. Everything you need for a perfect vacation, a nice pool with clean water and a quiet building and area. Also the host was very nice, Francisco did everything to make us to feel like home.

This was a great property to stay in and great location, so close. I had moved from a different apartmentos and I really appreciated the little touches here in this apartment Tio papel. Things like salt and tea bags being provided, the things you don't want to have to go out and but on a short stay. Also ice trays and sponges and washing up liquid in the kitchen. It was a fab well kitted out kitchen and very bright and pretty apartment overall.
The pool is a little small and quiet but maybe that is what you want and if not the beautiful beach and old town is super close, walking distance.
The lack of an elevator really is not a problem as it is only the 3rd floor and you are walking very little to get to the Old town so people should get over that.

The Apartment was perfect for a couple or family that is ok with stairs as there is a lot. But that didnt bother us. Lovely apartment. Great location in Old Town Albufeira. Close to shop with freshly bake paisteries and lovely cafe near McDonald's. Escalators at bottom of hill leaving the grocery shop Pharmacy across the road. All in all I enjoyed my holiday and apartment.
We had a shared balcony. This was ok as the people next door weren't there and then new people came, But you don't know who could be beside you, we had 4 lovely girls but did here them come in on our last night, only noisy when coming in then we left that morning. Sun was gone off balcony by 12 noon and gone from pool about 4pm. Pool very deep at one end and not that shallow at the other end, so not for non swimmers. Only 2 sun beds for the room, there are others but don't take the beds with numbers.

Ideal location close to all of the action, beach, shops but a nice distance away so that it’s peaceful and not crowded.
The apartment was bright, airy and super clean. Nice and spacious with every facility/household appliance you could need. So well equipped.
The owner is such a lovely man and brought us fresh cherries. There was water and wine in the fridge when we arrived.
I could not fault the apartment in any way. The photos on the website do not do it justice at all.
I had no issue with the hill up to the apartment and the three flights of stairs but it wouldn’t be suitable for someone with mobility issues, unfortunately.
One of the neighbours shouted at us for lying on his sun loungers so just pay attention to the numbers written on the sides of the pool furniture so you use the correct stuff.

The apartment was very clean and about a 5 minute walk to oldtown. A spar shop at bottom of street. 5 minutes from escalator to beech. Not too noisy at night. Has English TV channels. Yes you have to climb to 3rd floor but it will help you burn your holiday calories and keep you fit. Francisco the owner was so nice and helpful. He even collected my son from the Airport.

The apartment is really well equipped and presented, its modern and clean.
Ideally located as near enough to beach and town but far enough away so its not noisy.
The steps and hill by the apartment mean you must be mobile and active. It was fine for us though.

lots of space, really good sized rooms. bathroom and kitchen very modern. very clean and it absolutely has everything you could need in every room, including a modern smart tv which was just great!
the number of steps to get suitcases up and down. although we knew it was on the third floor, we didn’t anticipate the number of steps, it’s like two flights of stairs per floor. we’re a younger couple so although many steps to get suitcases up and down wasn’t as much of a struggle as it may be for someone a little older. could maybe include something around that in the description.

Great location only 5 minutes from the escalators to the old town bars and restaurants. Good restaurants in the immediate area too
May not be suitable for people with walking difficulties as on hill , great views from the balcony though.

Beautiful apartment with lots of “extras”, even a couple of free tasty beers!
Itts a top floor apartment and no lift. Not a problem for me but those with mobility problems may find it difficult.

- a lot of privacy because it is on the top floor, nice view over the town
- appartment has everything you need and Fracisco is always very helpful
- Everything was veeeeery clean, a lot of storage room
- located in short walking distance to the beach and city centre, even with open-air escalators to the beach
- supermarket, various beach shops and restaurants around the corner
