Gepflegtes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Hygienisch, Küche mit gute Ausstattung. Leider etwas abgelegen. Weit und breit nichts. Runter in die Stadt kann man noch laufen (25-30 Minuten) aber zurück braucht man ein Taxi. (Taxi: 8€ / BOLT: 5€) UBER ist derzeit nicht vertreten in Funchal.

Très bonne impression. Nous aurions apprécié un fonds de cuisine un peu plus conséquent, de la documentation culturelle et touristique, un lave vaisselle, et des points de lumière plus chaude. A part ces détails, nous n'avons rien à redire, jolie maison et belles terrasses ainsi que le parking privé.

La maison est bien située dans un quartier calme de Funchal avec un accès rapide à la voie express. Elle est à proximité d'une boulangerie et d'un supermarché. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable et dispose d'une place de parking très appréciable. Très bon séjour .

We had a fabulous time. The house was immaculate. Rosa was a great host and always helpful. We did not have a car but there were plenty of bus stops near by to the marina and old town. We enjoyed the bbq area and the rose garden. We will definitely stay here again.

Tudo impecável, desde a localização, óptima para visitar os diversos pontos da ilha, até à extrema limpeza da propriedade. Sem dúvida uma óptima escolha para quem vai visitar a ilha da Madeira. Recomendo.

Casa bem localizada, a 5m de carro do centro do Funchal e do porto de cruzeiros, bem equipada e limpa. Bairro muito calmo e com fácil acesso a supermercado e cafés. proprietária muito simpática e disponível.

Das Einfamilienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Es ist gut und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin wohnt schräg gegenüber und ist sehr hilfsbereit in allen Anliegen die der Mieter hat. Es sind bequeme 20 Minuten Fussweg in die Stadt, immer bergab. Zurück kommt man mit dem Bus, Haltestelle 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen privaten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir werden dieses Haus gerne wieder mieten.

Modernes, sauberes Haus mit super Aussicht, nah am Zentrum gelegen. Ausstattung auf 6 Personen ausgelegt, alles, was man brauchte vorhanden. Sehr nette uns hilfsbereite Vermieterin mit sehr guten Englisch Kenntnissen.

We were welcomed at the property by Rosa who explained how everything worked. The villa is spotless, modern, well- equipped, and in a very good location. There is a big supermarket 5 minutes away, and you can walk into town (Tip - turn right at the little garage and follow the narrow passageway through twists and turns until you emerge in the town!). The patio area and BBQ is lovely, and there is a great view from the little terrace. We hired a large estate car - there were four adults and luggage to consider - so parking was a challenge! All in all, we could not fault the place, very good value for money.

We stayed over Christmas and the New Year and had a great time. The house was ideally located - a short walk to a cafe and bakery and a little longer walk to a big supermarket both in a lively residential area with cafes and restaurants. It was a short drive to the expressway to get easily to anywhere on the island. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and had very reliable wi-fi. Lovely barbecue and elevated viewing area for those Funchal panoramas. The owner lives nearby and was very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to the island.

Très belle maison. Logement très fonctionnel avec 2 salles de bain. De plus 2 terrasses toutes les 2 bien aménagées. Je recommande ce logement.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, sehr sauber, modern, schöne Sitzgelegenheiten außen, sehr enger Parkplatz, deshalb wenn möglich vor dem Haus parken, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Supermarkt in der Nähe mit PKW gut zu erreichen

Tolle Unterkunft. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im jugendlichen Alter) hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sauberen und perfekt ausgestatteten Haus. Auch die Lage etwas oberhalb der Stadt ist wunderschön mit Terrasse und Balkon. Immer wieder!

A Sr.ª Rosa desde o início que se mostrou disponível para nos prestar o melhor serviço possível, desde a preparação da chegada até ao momento do check out, foi uma anfitriã incrível. O alojamento é de grande qualidade, moderno e com todas as comodidades - incluindo TV por Cabo e Net, equipamentos e utensílios necessários para uma estada sem preocupações, é como estar em casa, fora de casa. A localização é muito boa. Além disto, está muito próxima dos principais acessos para quem vai explorar os diversos locais da Ilha. Sem duvida que será o alojamento de eleição quando voltar a esta ilha fantástica. Obrigada Sr.ª Rosa por toda a sua atenção, e até breve...

Nous avons déjà apprécié le faite que l'on vienne nous chercher dés l'aéroport. Ensuite la location est conforme aux descriptifs, il ne manque rien. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et de son barbecue. Et un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur sympathie, surtout après le petit souci que nous avons eus.

sehr schönes modernes Haus oberhalb von Funchal, man ist zu Fuss in ca 20 Min in der Stadt, die Vermieterin ist mit allem sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wohnt direkt gegenüber, man kann sie jederzeit erreichen, wenn was ist.

Das Haus ist neu und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist von der Aussichtsplattform sehr schön. Man hat zum Teil Meerblick und einen Ausblick auf die Berge. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Balkon, Terrasse, Grillplatz, 2 Badezimmer...…..usw. Einfach PERFEKT. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen und haben so vormittags die Insel erkundet. Die Anbindung an die oberhalb liegenden Autobahn die Funchal mit den Osten und Westen verbindet ist innerhalb von 2 min zu erreichen. Abends sind wir dann meist zu Fuß innerhalb von 20min den Hafen/Altstadt gegangen. Ein Taxi von der Altstadt zur Wohnung kostet ca. 7€. Was für den Rückweg immer eine Alternative ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe vorhanden, wobei wir immer den Weg runter in die Stadt bevorzugt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und Rosy ist eine nette, gut englisch sprechende Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La villa se trouve dans une impasse, calme, près des commerces, proche de la voie rapide qui dessert toute l'ile. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Manque juste un lave vaisselle.

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in einer Sackgasse. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten als 5-köpfinge Familie viel Platz. Besonders schön sind der Balkon, der über 2 Seiten des Hauses geht. Hinten ist noch ein kleiner Garten mit Outdoor-Grill und Waschbecken, wo man ruhig sitzen und essen kann. Geht man noch eine Wendeltreppe hoch, gelangt man zu einer kleinen Terasse mit Blick auf Funchal, die Berge und das Meer! Ein bisschen Geschick braucht es, um mit dem Auto in die Einfahrt zu kommen, die hinter dem Haus liegt. So steht das Mietauto dann aber auch auf dem Grundstück hinter einem elektrischen Tor. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt (12 Tage) dort sehr genossen und im Wesentlichen nichts vermisst, eigentlich nur eine Spülmaschine... Auch die Vermieterin, die schräg gegenüber wohnt, ist nett und spricht gut englisch. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden auch wieder dort wohnen.

This villa is a very modern house with many amenities. The Mariana and downtown Funchal is under 10 minutes away. There are two supermarkets less than 5 minutes away and two shopping malls (not including downtown) within 15 minutes. Parking is nice and behind a gate so your not on the street. Be warned like every where in Madeira space is a premium so larger cars will fit but may have issues getting in and out as the road to the gate is extremely narrow. The kitchen is brand new with a nice oven and stove as well as microwave, toaster, fridge and washing machine. The outside drying rack is nice and large as well and conveniently folds up and out of the way. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom faces Funchal and has two beds joined as one. The other two face the ocean, one is connected to the first by a balcony. One has two separate beds and the third has another two joined beds. All three have a closet with ample space and drawers. The bedroom facing Funchal also has a safe standard to a hotel room. Of the two bathrooms there is one on each floor. The upstairs bathroom by the bedrooms has a shower and toliet. The downstairs bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and a toliet, it is also slightly larger. The living room has a table for six and a coffee table near a couch with a 4KUHD Smart TV. Perfect for netflix or hooking up your own media device. There is high speed wifi at the residence (75-100Mbps up and 25 Mbps down), however, due to the construction of the building it does not reach the second floor or the back seating area in any useful capcity. Not a huge concern as you should be enjoying Madeira not your phone but noteworthy. Out front there is a small sitting area with a table and some chairs. Out back there is a small grass area with a outdoor fire place. There is a small staircase that takes you to a platform with an incredible view. This house would be very good during the fireworks between this platform and the balcony. The entire house is surrounded by a cement wall with a access door at the front which can be opened from within the house if someone rings. The gate for the parking spot also rolls out of the way to allow easier access. The house owner is very kind and lives near by in case there is an issue. Not that we had one of course. All in all a great place to enjoy your stay in Madeira.
