We loved staying at #307! The amenities were just what we needed, the place was clean and well layed out. The access to the beach was great and the beach itself was clean with lots of great little shells. Beach chairs provided were very helpful and the umbrella and beach toys in the condo were also helpful. We loved the quiet atmosphere, we were close enough to quickly drive to food and entertainment, but far enough away from the busiest areas to make our stay relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this resort. Beautiful grounds and beach, lots of lounge seating at the beach. Everyone is very friendly. Only complaint is unit 307 has some form of mold issue. Not sure if in carpet or air conditioning. When we were inside unit, all congested. Once outside no issues. Once back home I was fine. When we opened unit up, it smelled musty!

The location of the property was great. Disappointed that we shared our patio with our neighbors. They had small children and we weren't able to use it much.The rug needed to be cleaned well as the living room furniture and the patio furniture needs updating. The beach is terrific!!!

We had a fabulous time and didn't want to leave. The unit was the perfect size for my husband and myself. I especially loved the patio to soak up the sun and look at the beautiful ocean (partial view). When we arrived there was a terrible smell coming from the unit, we aired out the unit and it was much better. I would recommend a good Febreeze on the blue chair in the LR. There is a laundry room there free of charge, but the day we used it was a busy day. It's a laid back resort, not a lot to do there but enjoy the weather, pool and beach but being from the Midwest that was perfect for us. They do have pickle ball courts and shuffleboard also. I would recommend better paper towels, the ones we received were very cheap. Glad there was a Publix near by we could drive to. I would recommend this resort and I would happily come back.

The proximity to the beach was awesome with this property however it was posted as sleeping six in this condo there’s no way you could sleep six the bedroom with the two twin beds in it was very small and for two adult women in a room like that it was pretty crowded. It would’ve been nice to have a a few more towels and tissues and toiletries.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week. The condo looked exactly as advertised and had all the amenities needed for a short stay- including linens, towels and soap in the bathroom and beach towels for the beach/pool. We found the shower in the master bath very tricky to figure out and use, but it was nice once we got it going. Easy walk to the pool and beach and other amenities around like shuffleboard and tennis/pickleball. Laundry is by the front office.
The place is not especially close to good restaurants so we did grocery shop and make most of our meals at home. Highly recommend Crab and Fin one night for dinner in St. Armand's circle.

The location was about a half mile from Anna Maria night life. you need a car to get around. the supermarket was close by as well. the Beach was great, they provide chairs and umbrellas for guests at no charge. The sunsets were beautiful. The kids had a great time.

Sand Cay #307 was SO comfortable! It's the best compliment that I can pay! The kitchen, living room and dining area are very open and a bonus, by staying on the 3rd floor, was vaulted ceilings! The master bedroom with bath is good size and having the second bathroom (full) was very convenient! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also used the tennis court a few days! The pool area is spotless and well attended to. Plenty of seating, lounges and umbrellas. Since we are from New England, eating breakfast every morning out on the balcony was wonderful!!! Overall...excellent stay!!! Thanks!

Sand Cay unit 307 was a great stay. The unit is clean and well maintained. It does not have an in-unit W/D so that would be an added benefit. The floors could use a bit of scrubbing as the grout is fairly dirty.

Reaching anyone on telephone at the office ahead of our check in was met only with voicemail and no return calls. Even our email inquiring about after-hours check in wasn't returned. It ended up not being an issue since, like so many other places, they leave keys and check in instructions near the office, but it's still unnerving to travel so far with blind hopes that you've got a way into your bedroom for the night. I still give the place 5 stars and would return, just offering some heads up that communication is a factor, but if you don't need anything, then it won't be a problem :-)
