Absolutely nothing

Horrendous , do not book here, we left after one night. Filthy is an understatement, cockroaches everywhere , blood and god knows what stains everywhere including the bed sheets and covers , advertised flat screen tv was an LCD brick which didn’t work , 4am had street cleaner band right outside window sounding like a parade of bin men and bottle collectors, we scarpered after one night and they are refusing a refund WOW, and top off you make lies about the sofa??? We arrived at 9:00 pm and stayed one night and left the next day due to how appalling the room was, how on earth could the sofa had been broken ??? And to even suggest you paid 800 euros to replace ???? You have clearly not spent 800 euros on anything in that complex. Disgraceful behaviour to even suggest sofa was broken by us in what seems like a desperate attempt to justify not refunding us for the 7 days we paid for. Yes, you offered another apartment but the state of the first gave us no confidence in attempting another.

The host (Sebastian and Eesi were providing well in advance the exact way to fetch the key form the safety boxes located on the street side of the building. Clear instructions and lots of pictures so there was really not a problem at all to locate the safety boxes and get the keys. Also they were very nice with us and accepted extra flexibility the day of departure! Also the residence has an inside yard swimming pool which is fenced so for the family with small kids this is perfect. Nevertheless we have also been every day to the beach which is is at a walking distance from the apartment. This was also a good way to consume the kids energy in the positive direction. The evenings were spent to the nearby restaurants. Supermarket (SuperDino) is located in the next building and very convenient for us as well

night life in this wonderful place is entended up to early mornings so you might need to consider if you or your family is very sensitive with the street noises...This is not the case for our family, but for other this might be an issue :)

Location was fabulous very big and spacey apartment host brilliant very attentive

It was self catering but the oven did not work the job which meant we could not cook so cost a lot more kettle didn’t work and no fan or air conditioning

Great location, good value, close to everything, beach, bars, shops etc. quiet in regards to night life. Very wholesome owners, plenty of space for a big family, two showers, so no need to fight in the morning for bathroom privileges.

If staying in the living area like I did, the cars driving by can keep you up all night, if you are a light sleeper.

Everything was top level, from our host, Sebastian, who is a very welcoming person, up to the accommodation, which was very clean and spacious and very comfortable. Also, the location is perfect, you have everything you need, from restaurants, to clubs, and also the beach, very near you.
