About this condo rental
Be our guest to enjoy our beautifully decorated downtown Ketchum condo. This spacious 2200 sq ft condo is single level living on the 2nd floor. It offers 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) with brand new living, dining, and bedroom furniture. The Gourmet Kitchen has granite counter tops with new dishes, utensils, and every possible appliance. Finely appointed in every room including a 75" smart TV with surround sound in the living room. Play your favorite music on our Sonos or use the Apple TV to airplay your movies and videos. Wake up in the large master suite with fabulous views of Baldy or take a bath in the jetted tub, or walk out onto the deck and bring in the view with a cup of coffee. Enjoy walking to some of the best restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and nightlife entertainment there is to offer in downtown Ketchum. We are located 1 Block from Atkinson's grocery store and only 1/2 Block to Main Street to catch the free public bus to either base area for skiing on Baldy. No need to rent a car when you are this close to everything. Mountain Rides is our local bus service that has regular pick-ups to and from the airport. If you do have a vehicle we have room for one car in our own private garage. (Height restrictions 6' 8") Lots of storage for skis, bikes, golf clubs etc. For your convenience we offer a computer desk with a WiFi printer/scanner so you can tackle those away from home work duties or print your boarding passes. In the winter and spring, Sun Valley has some of the best skiing in the country. In the summer and fall, you are minutes away from hiking and biking and all the beauty the surrounding area has to offer. Our condo is ideal for couples sharing a vacation together or families with older children. Stay in style in our Downtown Condo. PS. For those of you who are concerned with the Coronavirus, our unit does not have any common areas with other units such as interior hallways or elevators. We offer a private entrance with a private garage for your use only.

Hands down the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. Comfortable, clean, and incredibly supplied. Decorated beautifully and fabulous view. Super location. We were here for the Trailing of the Sheep and the weather and fall colors were amazing.

This is a large comfortable condo close to downtown Ketchum. We were wrapped in luxury and cozy with family while attending a wedding in Sun Valley. We walked to great restaurants and shopping. The weather was great for nearby hikes. Having a garage for our rental car was a great bonus. The owners have left local information that was super helpful. You can tell they love the area. It was so helpful to have communication with the owners. This is my first choice for our return trip.

This place was amazing! Right in the heart of town, easy walk to all the major shops/restaurants, and the communication with the host made our experience effortless. Can't recommend this place enough, would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

I do have to mention there is no air conditioning, it was too hot to stay in mid-day in July.

The photos for this condo do not do it justice. Everything about this home exceeded our expectations. This was our first time in Sun Valley visiting local family. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to all the amazing restaurants and shops. And the home itself was large, spacious, immaculate and furnished beautifully. We feel fortunate to have found this wonderful place and hope to return!

The pictures don't do the condo justice. It greatly exceeded our expectations in both appearance and location. It is walkable to everything in town. The condo is perfect for a family with grown children or 3 couples. If we ever return to Sun Valley I would look to stay here first.

Our group of 5 adults was thoroughly impressed by this immaculate, comfortable and well equipped condo. Its downtown location with garage parking couldn't have been more convenient. Shopping, restaurants and public transportation were just a short walk away. We give it our highest recommendation and would happily choose it again for our next visit to the area.

We loved the location, size and decorations in the condo. It was unseasonably warm when we arrived, but thankfully fans had been provided. We found the beds and bedding very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. We were in for a family wedding and loved the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful condo and loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend and definitely recommend staying here. The condo is in a great location, very walkable to everything in town and was very well equipped. It’s spacious with plenty of room for 6 adults (3 couples), clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc. 10/10

Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. Short drive to hiking and biking trails. No A/C but not a problem. It cools off at night even when days were very warm. Very nice to have a garage to park our car in. HUGE master suite. Well equipped with spices and additional items you don't expect (zip lock bags/tape/printer etc.). Note: Unit does not come with a BBQ. However, the kitchen is well equipped to cook other items or go out to eat! Oh- you might hear trash and delivery trucks early in the am- as they were there several mornings in a row. Ear plugs solved that. We would recommend staying here.

Beautiful Condo!
We rented this condo for a girls weekend. It’s beautiful, spacious and clean. It has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. It has a well-stocked kitchen. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here when visiting Ketchum again!

Could not have asked for a better stay in Sun Valley/Ketchum! We had a group of 6 and the condo was extremely spacious, comfortable, conveniently located to walk to restaurants and shopping in Ketchum, and right next to the (free) bus stop to get to the ski areas quickly. Will definitely be back!

It was on the opposite side of the condo from the guest rooms and their large bath. (Lots of privacy) In addition the powder room was perfect. I loved the large, well stocked kitchen. The view from the balcony was lovely in the mornings even with Hotel Ketchum across the street. Everything/place was easy access from the condo - bus, market, and restaurants. It was a busy wedding weekend for us but our son did ski each day and we snowshoed at the nordic center twice. I would like to return in the spring to hike, see the wildflowers, and visit the night sky.

Fantastic!
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was perfect for three couples and more spacious even then it looks in the photos. There are so many lovely touches that are above and beyond any other condos we’ve stayed in and the kitchen is fully stocked in every way. The location was perfect to walk anywhere in Ketchum and the view is beautiful! Becky was a wonderful host!

We are a family of four (parents, two adult kids) visiting Ketchum for a wedding. The property was spotless, well appointed, comfortable and located in town which makes walking to everything(!) really really easy. Instructions from owner were great. We would return for any future events, and hope to visit again…for no reason at all.
