Situated in Arnolds Park, this lovely cottage for R 5,526 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautiful views of West Lake Okoboji! The Olivia Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage located in the heart of Okoboji. 5 minutes to the public beach, The Emporium, The Green Space, Arnolds Park, and downtown bars and restaurants. Bedroom one has one queen bed, twin bunk bed, and a makeup counter with mirror and blow dryer. Bedroom two has one queen bed and closet area. Bedroom three has a queen bed a closet and makeup counter. The living room has one queen sofa sleeper and an arm chair. The cottage has A/C in all bedrooms. The cottage also has a kitchen with full size fridge, two burner hot plate, microwave, griddle, toaster, outdoor gas grill, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes/utensils, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and dish rags all provided. Shower towels and linens are also provided. Large deck with chairs overlooking West Lake. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, and mirror. We are located in all the action just across the street from public dock access to West Lake Okoboji and fun things to do all within walking distance.

We weren't able to park near the cabin when we got there Friday night. The light was burned out for the outside light. There were bugs in the bathroom. The sheets on the beds looked like they hadn't been changed in months. It was a disappointment for what was an emotional weekend for our family. Our mom had been a vendor at the Clay County Fair for over 10 years and had passed away at Christmas. This was our final time coming to the fair and was already an emotional time, this didn't help

The location is great! The cabin itself was older and has a few issues, but it was great for a what we needed. The Internet wouldn't connect to the tv and there is no cable or satellite, so essentially you couldn't watch any television. The shower water pressure was VERY low, so it was hard to rinse after you washed. Overall, it's a great central location for the Arnold's Parks area.

The cottage is overall good. Great location. Nice deck and grill. The beds are good. Really the only downside of the place is the bathroom. I have never seen a sink that tiny. The shower has such poor water pressure that it forever to rinse my hair.

Had a great time at this location! I think the owners thought of everything before going VRBO. We had everything from extra towels, charging station to Cookies Seasoning in the kitchen. Very convenient with a great location!

Great location and nice cabins!
Stayed in the Mariah and Olivia cabins and found them to be clean, inviting and had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Would recommend!

Great Little Cabin!
This little cabin is great! Three bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. Amazing location in Arnold's Park. Owners are very responsive and manage the property very well. I certainly recommend staying here and plan to stay here again!

Unacceptable
Unacceptable for the ridiculous price. The first thing we did was wipe down cobwebs. No television except Netflix (no local news stations etc). Paid for four nights. One couple stayed only two nites. Second couple stayed three nights. Possum IN CABIN roamed throughout the nite. Way too dangerous.

Excellent location, cute cabin.
Cute, cozy, clean little cabin. It worked great for 5 of us to stay while attending a wedding. We weren't there very much but the beds were comfortable enough with newer sheets and comforters. The location was excellent, close to everything.

This cabin has the absolute best location! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The cabin itself was wonderful and just as pictured. Very comfortable, clean, and accommodating!

We had a great time staying at this location!
The renters were very easy to contact with questions and always responded quickly. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere that we wanted to go. There isn’t a whole lot of room for yard games but we were out doing things all weekend so it wasn’t a problem. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to get away for the weekend!

Amazing
The girls and I celebrated a bachelorette party and the location is withing 3 minutes of Arnold's Park (walking), beaches, sand volleyball, boating and multiple stores, bars and restaurants. When we had any questions we contacted the owners and they were more then helpful and allowed us to have a comforting place to stay for the weekend. Very cozy and friendly neighborhood and right down party alley. We appreciated everything the house had to offer us, highly recommended to all our friends !

Location, location, location!
Great location! My family searched for a place within walking distance to everything and this is it! Very clean and had everything we needed. Bummed we could not have a fire but seems to be the norm in the area nowadays.

Cute and Cozy
Five of my friends and I had a great time in this cute and cozy cottage. We felt secluded enough where we had some privacy, but yet very close to all the action. It was great to sit and relax on the deck and have all the fridge and freezer space so we could make our own meals. Most everything we could think of was provided from phone chargers, ladder golf, decks of cards, towels, dishes, games, wifi, etc. We did bring a couple lawn chairs and put them inside the living room area for more seating. There are about 4 seating spaces in the room. Also, the beds are not the comfiest. Beware that if you are making meals, there is not much counter space to work with. It was also a very tiny bathroom space. However, those are very minor details, overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again!
