This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Extremely limited parking, one vehicle per “lodge” and you have people with pickups and trailers who take up too much space. The windows inside and out haven’t been cleaned in quite a while. The broom and dustpan were filthy. The bathroom ceiling apparently had an infestation of tiny flies and someone sprayed them with bug spray, therefore the ceiling was covered in little black specks. We closed the curtains and the dust was thick. The wall furnace is covered in rust. I opened the medicine cabinet hoping to store toiletries and it is covered in rust. There was mold along the caulking around the kitchen sink. There is no office so good luck getting help.

The cabin was great! It was clean, warm, and it had everything that me and my family needed. We did however lose a half a day of skiing, on our last day there, waiting on an employee who parked directly behind us and left. We had to wait for them to come back before we could leave. No one even apologized for the inconvenience they caused us or the fact that we had paid for full day ski tickets but only got a half day because of the employee blocking my car in.

The cabin was great! It was clean, warm, and it had everything that me and my family needed. We had a wonderful stay. Cabin was clean. Heater a bit noisy but kept it warm. Would stay again

The rental process was easy but to many emails. I wish I could have more access to a person to ask questions to I was hoping to be able to change cabins and get one with a wood burning stove. It was a nice place for the price.

Everything was just as expected except there was no coffee to make in the coffee maker and I just didn’t think to bring some.

The place is conveniently located. Its a must visit city to go. Its a beautiful city and so many things to see and do around.

We liked the cabin feel of the room, with a full kitchen complete with coffee maker (no coffee), plenty of dishes and cookware and a small microwave (with the numbers rubbed off). Plenty of towels, but a small toilet. What I didn't like was that Priceline didn't mention that the hot tubs were closed due to COVID. I was sooo looking forward to sitting in one after driving 11 hours to get there. The room is slightly worn with age and dog claw marks on the doors. The lodge is right off the highway. So if your GPS sends you up a rugged mountain road like ours did, you're going the wrong way.

We had a nice stay here. It was nice quiet and comfortable. Everything was great. Love the full kitchen super helpful. Had no problems whatsoever. This was our second stay here.

Small place, but it served its purpose well enough. Heat is only provided in the main living space/kitchen and the bathroom. If you close the doors, the heat does not get into the bedrooms. It would have been nice to know what kitchen equipment was onsite. Thankfully the friends who met us there left the next morning, so they were able to bring the additional items that were not onsite (baking pan, etc.) Instructions on access were great, good location right off 160, and the place served the purpose of our visit well. Definitely would use again, just be even more prepared with additional items.

Had a great time, used the property as a home base for a ski weekend. Location was great, amenities in the cabin were good, and it worked well for a group of 4 adults!

This sleeps 6, but it only needed to sleep 2 and a dog
Ok, this was the perfect spot, its all about location, location, location.
First its about an hour away from the Pagosa Hot Springs and about an hour from the Great Sand Dunes.
Second, it's only an hour away from the Great Sand Dunes.
I'd stay here a trillion times if I live that long. Comfortable Cabin, fair priced, great location.

The cabin was exactly rustic enough to make it adorable. We had plenty of linens, and cooking utensils. Very lovely!!!

Awesome!
Lodge 9 was clean and had everything needed for our stay. The only thing that was missing was an iron and ironing board, which not a big deal if you are staying for outdoor adventures. So if you are staying for a wedding or some special event, which we were. Then you will need to bring your own. Other than that our stay was a good one. Sidenote: If you are a guitarist, Lodge 9 has a guitar wall mount hanger waiting for you outside the front door of this room. Thumbs up!

Great Stay!
This little cabin was Spic and Span clean. It was supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The linens and towels were fresh and crisp. The beds were so very comfy we all slept like rocks!

Good Lodge
Spacious and allows pets, we have a pitbull. Having the kitchen space to cook is great when staying for a long visit. The pull out couch bed was dirty tho so we didnt use it. We were disappointed that the hot tub and jet pool were closed or out of order as part of the reason we chose this lodge was because it had a hot tub. We also found out there is no central air in the lodge. We were only provided one large floor fan which was extremely dirty. Needless to say we went out and bought a new one we could use during the trip. Overall it was good lodge for the price and a longer stay, just had some small issues.

Just ok
The cabin was ok but there were a few issues. The kitchen faucet leaked and the bathtub drain didn’t hold water well for baths. And there was a dirty sock under one of the beds when we got there that must have been missed during the cleaning before we arrived. I also found the kitchen to be a little under stocked...no pans for cooking things in the oven, etc. But overall it served its purpose for a decent price.

We would definitely come back if our travels bring us back to the area. Great place to stay to fish, sight see, we enjoyed it. Place was clean and comfortable.

Nice little cabin/hotel
Nice little cabin/hotel. Only complaint is that the property owners, Vacasa vacation rentals, would not respond quickly online and their hold time for phone calls were over an hour.

A little outdated but perfect for a ski trip. Very affordable and had all the amenities you needed. Close to wolf creek. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great customer service
Needed an extra room last minute and was hooked up with a room within 5 minutes of calling. Great inexpensive place to stay in while skiing at wolf creek!
