Great stay, clean, modern. Breakfast to be avoided

Excellent memories, wonderful location, caring and efficient staff.

The staff were excellent, especially Maria and Levan at the front desk. Very friendly. I did pay a deposit to booking.com and was told I would see it refunded since I paid ion full for the seven days when I arrived, but I can't fin the credit.

TV reception Power plugs were not conveniently located

great place, perfect location, very friendly staff, but it has its price.

the location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast outside was great!

the pool was disappointing. missed A sshower curtain in the shower , kike that a lot of the floor got wet, when you went back to the toilet after got wet feet ( socks) again.

Very good

amazing location and great staff

not many facilities. No gym or Spa which you might expect in a 5 store hotel. Noise from the street outside was quite loud at night until the bars closed

Superb

Staff are wonderful, especially breakfast team under Paul's supervision. Reception staff also couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location excellent, right in the middle of Valletta and handy for buses and boats out of town, as well as many restaurants and strolls around the harbour walls.

Pool very disappointing as it's tiny, not big enough to swim in and no space to sit around it; sunloungers are in another area. It's basically just a large bath! Probably OK for a quick dunk on a hot day. No more than 4 people allowed in it at once. We'd picked this hotel as we wanted a pool.

incredible hotel experience in a beautiful city

Location great for exploring the old city, museums, and is walking distance of all the important sites. Staff is phenomenal, food outstanding and the rooms beautiful. I would recommend with no hesitation

We picked Malta to celebrate my 50th birthday the hotel was great , luxurious and Romantic.

We found some great little restaurants and cafe's in the centre of Malta. to get a variety of experiences .

Very welcoming. Helpful and attentive staff. Scrupulously clean and stylish room.

The location, the building an dthe staff were fantastic

The breakfast was limited. Given the space, I would suggest providing more variety such as omelette with more thna just an egg. Housekeeping was also not ideal; we'd often run out of tissues / toilet paper / water and had to cal for towels that they didnt replace.

The Hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly and location is great.

I felt like I was staying in a hotel that was under-construction/ opening phase. Facility wasn't amazing - for example, the swimming pool looked great in picture, but it looks NOTHING like that, in real life. There is also absolutely no pool service, the pool bar was closed & dusty, as if it has never been used before. The room size is good - however, the room I stayed in was way too dark. The shower had no curtains, which got the bathroom super wet after the shower. Breakfast was ok - not great, and not many options either.

They have exceeded our expectations!!!

Breakfast was superb with a great variety of choices, however, kitchen was in slow motion. Lunch and dinner choices were rather limited but very tasty and service was excellent and all personnel very friendly.

The slow motion of the kitchen to prepare breakfast or any other meal, be it lunch or dinner. Given the current safety measures on the pandemic, they have taken all the necessary measures to safeguard our health and safety.

Disapointment

Location was very good. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. The design of the hotel is beautiful.

The rooms were lacking. The room was cramped and small. The floor is bare of carpet.and it give a cold feeling. The windows were not sealed enough, and the noise from the street disturbing.

Ideal location in Valletta

This hotel is in a great spot in Valletta - a short walk to the cathedral and many restaurants. It is a new hotel with some quirky rooms but good facilities and above all fantastic staff. Any requests from the room were dealt via What’s app which was very quick. Everyone was extremely helpful especially the breakfast staff who were very friendly ensuring you had a good start to the day. If you feel like a treat the Michelin star restaurant is a must but book before arrival.

We visited out of season and the bar and hotel restaurant were not manned but drinks could be ordered with no problem. This hotel has a sister one a couple of blocks away (Saint Joan) and so used the bar there, as their residents had breakfast with us.

Great stay at Rosselli

Extremely clean, tidy and well looked after hotel. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, loccitane products in the bathroom were a real treat. New glass bottled water given daily during the turn down service. Staff were friendly and responded to any problems in good time.

The bathroom is a wet room and our shower leaked into our bedroom the first time we used it. The staff attempted to resolve the problem and thought that they had but after that point we concluded not to have the shower on full power because whenever we tried, the water was creeping towards the bedroom. The restaurant is extremely busy on random days and cannot cater for the amount of guests that are staying and have pre paid for breakfast included, we had to wait in the lobby on a couple of occasions for 10-15 mins until there was a table free, it’s not a big deal but just something worth mentioning.
