Nestled in Bolton Landing, this attractive house for R 8,228 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. A beautiful year round home in a quiet setting just 2 miles from downtown Bolton Landing. It is a relaxing retreat while being close to the beaches, amusement parks, boat rentals, hiking, parasailing, restaurants, shopping and many attractions including Bolton Veteran’s Memorial Park Beach, Great Escape, Adirondack Extreme, Gore and West Mountain. We have included information on our favorite attractions and restaurants in our welcome book that we will share with you. A signed rental agreement must be received to grant access to the home. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The bedrooms include a queen bed in the master, queen bed in the second, two single beds in the third, and two single beds in the fourth bedroom. Additionally, the master bedroom semi-private sitting area has two twin beds. The outdoor space includes a large deck with a patio table, bbq grill and an outdoor fire pit with bench seating. Amenities in the home include kitchen stocked with basic essentials such as dishes, silverware, cups, pots, pans, griddle, serving dishes, cooking utensils, grill utensils, spices; bedrooms include fresh bed linens; bathrooms include fresh hand towels and soap; living room has WiFi and streaming tv including Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Amazon Prime. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. For families a pack n play, bed rail and folding high chair are available for use. This was our first time to Bolton Landing and Lake George - the property and location was perfect for our family. I'm a bit of a neat freak and appreciated the cleanliness of the home. There was plenty of room for seven adults to spread out and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Spending time with my grown kids was important, so we made good use of the eating spaces and family room. Roy was exceptionally responsive to any questions and really went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our trip. We'll be back for sure. Thank you, Roy!

This is a great house conveniently located close to Bolton Landing. It's quiet and the interior is spacious. More than enough room for 10 people. We would would stay there again. The property owner was also great at communicating; promptly responded to queries.

Lovely home in the woods with large deck, grill & firepit, approx 2 miles from Downtown Bolton Landing. There were 9 adults in our party, Nana, 3 sisters & niece / nephews with 3 vehicles. Plenty of room to park and room for all of us inside. We had an amazing week!

The house is set back from the road and sits in the middle of tall pine trees. It was beautiful! Very prettying setting!

Place was great and very clean! Matched the description perfectly! Big snow storm night before we arrive and the driveway and entry was plowed and shoveled! Upstairs bedroom was perfect for family.

The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. for us to cook breakfast and dinner. There is a propane grill which we used for dinner and then enjoyed a relaxing evening around the firepit.
Roy and Stacy provided a very informative Welcome Book with all the instructions and great suggestions of things to do, restaurants, emergency facilities, etc.
The house was clean with towels and linens for all. The two rooms on the first level have twin beds and are the smaller bedrooms. The rooms upstairs are plenty big and the beds are comfortable. There is a full bath on the first floor and the second floor. The kitchen is open to the dining table which is really nice when preparing dinner and being able to talk with everyone. We had a puzzle in progress on the table and had appetizers on the peninsula counter which worked out perfectly. There is a wrap around porch with a patio table, which you would probably use more in the summer.
Roy was very responsive with our questions and helpful with suggestions about where to purchase firewood and other food items.
Only wish is more side tables in the bedrooms to place your phone, book, glasses, etc. But certainly this was not a deal breaker.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the home had everything we needed. Thank you Roy!

Great getaway
The house was as advertised. There were 4 adults and 6 kids in our party and everyone had a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking tools we needed. Location is very quiet but also close enough to town for a quick night out. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Close to Golf, close to Bolton Landing, close to the lake. House was clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable and the fire pit was awesome. Highly recommend this property.

The homeowner was 30 minutes late sending me the code to enter the home. The homeowner situated the gas grill against the kitchen window. The logical inference I’ve come to is the excessive heat in such close proximity to the window cracked the glass. Also, we emptied the home of all our belongings before 1100 am. At approximately 1115 a rude cleaning person arrived and needed to be reminded that the home was empty, clean, available to them and we were delayed by 30 minutes in gaining access to the home upon arrival. The homeowner now advised that we broke the window and intends to charge me approximately $450 dollars.Not true. My lawyer will will handle this situation moving forward. Thank you

this is a great spot in a quiet part of bolton but only a very short drive to town and the lake. great outdoor firepit and grill. we had a unforeseeable issue that was resolved immediately by the owner...exactly the kind of service you want to know is available if the need arises. id highly recommend it and will be back

Great for a small group. We were a group of 6 ages 15-60.
Comfortable seating in living room and dining room table for 6.
Has beds for more but seating a little limited unless visiting in summer and then you have use of deck. Fireplace was lovely.

Relaxing Weekend Away
My girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Very roomy and welcoming environment. The house was close to Lake George and the cute shops. We took advantage of the beautiful Fall weather on the nice deck.

Better than advertised
Nice spot for the family. The property even had toys for my 2 yr old grandson. Mattresses could be better but overall nice, clean, convenient place for grandparents, adult children and their children. Would stay there again.

Perfect getaway home!
This place was the perfect little getaway for my daughter's 1 year old birthday family vacation! 8 adults and 2 toddlers slept comfortably in this home (which already came with a pack and play, high chair, and children's toys!). There were plenty of extra supplies that we were welcome to use (i.e. bug spray, kitchen supplies, towels, toiletries, and much more). It is only 2 miles away from 2 very clean, not crowded, and family friendly beaches (Rogers Memorial Beach and Veterans Memorial Park). Plus, it is only 25 minute away from the more popular Million Dollar Beach near Lake George Village. We loved using the firepit at night and grilling on the deck. We look forward to booking here again in the future!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The property was perfect for our family's needs. It was a short drive to Bolton Landing shopping and dinning. The drive to Lake George was about 20 min.

Giving the grandchildren memories
First the negative ( LOL) We were cooking when the propane gas ran emptied; laughing we had to wait a whopping 10 minutes before the project manger came over and restored everything......10 MINUTES - can any of us ever recall service that first?
My daughter's family joined us and had a spectacular time!
I highly recommend this location to anyone: young family to witness the stars at night, a couple to witness the beauty of forest, closeness to the town...
