It is a cute apartment with a beautiful view.The beds are comfortable and a lot of space in the livingroom.

Are 3 bathrooms, but only in 2 was liquid soap. -no slippers -no shampoo -i forgot a dress there and i called the guy to help me with to get my dress back and he told me that housekeeper didn t find it...:( - the key retrieval system is difficult - even we had 2 set of keys, only one we could use...one key has a problem,but nobody told us

The location was fantastic and the building is architecturally interesting.

The apartment was tired, smelt stale and was dirty. Blinds were ripped and didn't work. There were exposed plug sockets, which is dangerous for small children. At over 400 euros / night, even in peak season, it wasn't even close to expectation. What was shocking was the attitude of our host. My wife called him to explain and was told that 'I don't care', 'If you keep complaining, I will throw you onto the streets in the morning' and he hung up on her repeatedly. She was verbally abused and felt threatened. We had previously had a Covid scare and the host had dealt with the query amicably. I have no idea why he was so aggressive. It is fine to disagree about the condition of a flat but shocking to threaten your guests in this way.

The picture is accurate, but you can only see the beach from this angle - there is a 5+ story block directly in front of the apartment. The key collecting office is only a couple of streets away but there is a one way system. There is an allocated parking space if you book it. I would say this is essential - but you will struggle to fit in a large car. We had a Nissan Qashqai - which was fairly tight but ok. There is plenty of space - 3 good sized bedrooms and a second sitting room. There are 2 kitchenettes, with a microwave and a 2 ring cooker - fine for breakfast and lunches. 2 fridges. To be honest you are likely to eat out. The beach is basically across the road and lovely - clean pink/gold sand. Location is about 30 min walk from the funicular and about 20 min from the aquarium. The old town is about 10 mins away. We would book again-location 10/10.

There a 3 bathrooms - 2 need attention - the shower head needs to be screwed tight - at the moment they just flop down so they need to be hand held. The key to the outside door is a little finicky - don't panic it does work! Otherwise, great - the main living room is lovely.
