A good central location with secure parking. A decent continental breakfast. Air conditioning worked fine, rooms were clean and quiet and the price was good. The WiFi worked good as well.

Decor was old and tired, bedroom had sham chest of drawers complete with graffiti engraving. Lots of noise from other rooms until 2.30am and then woken again at 5.30am. Adequate breakfast but not luxurious

Well already, the hotel feels really old. The fourniture and the feeling of the place makes you feel that you're in some place that wasn't renovated in years. But that was not the worst thing. What happened for me is absurd. I arrive normally at the hotel, I park my car in the underground parking lot, I do the checkin, everything goes normal. Then tomorrow, when I tried to checkout, I found a paper on the car, asking me to go the reception. A receptionist came after me and told me that the parking lot is paid. So it turns out that the parking lot is paid for. I have never seen this anywhere. The worst is that this information, is no where in the booking page, and no where in the email. The two receptionists (one was nice, the other was so aweful with me), searched for 15 minutes without finding it anywhere. Still, they showed that it is present in their internal system, and it is present somewhere very hidden in the spanish version of the booking page. And I, when searching for a lodging, I chose the hotel specifically because it's mentioned that there is a Parking included. So basically they made me pay around 12€ for a parking spot, without me knowing about it. Will never stay again in the place.
