Zeus Gardens is a beautiful and contemporary Mediterranean-inspired luxury-equipped two-bedroom villa situated in Kato Paphos (the part of Paphos nearest the harbour and seafront), Paphos. Every luxury has been thought of and the villa is spacious and beautifully furnished, sleeping up to 6 with large bedrooms, huge floor to ceiling wardrobes (to easily store all your holiday luggage), a fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous shared swimming pool set in pretty courtyard gardens - just steps from your terrace - and every extra thought of. It is ideally placed being situated in a peaceful area around 10-15 minutes pleasant level stroll from the famous harbour and seafront with its blue flag beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Everything can be reached easily on foot so a car really isn't necessary unless you wish to travel further afield. There is a local cafe and shops just round the corner for all day-to-day needs and plenty of lovely restaurants and bars all the way down to the seafront. The property is very well equipped for 6 including such things as hairdryer, beach towels, picnicware, games and books etc and is furnished and finished to a high standard with plenty of space, plenty of storage, granite worktops, microwave, washing machine, good quality furniture, a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool with table and chairs for al fresco dining and balconies both front and rear (so you can always have sun or shade!) - off each bedroom, complete with tables and chairs to relax with a book or drink. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible and we can provide airport transfers, welcome packs and linen changes if required for a small charge. There are lovely ceiling fans in all main areas as well as optional air conditioning (£5 per day) in the bedrooms. We also offer flexible arrival/departure times and days (this being our main bugbear with package holidays!) so you can usually stay in the property right up to your flight time. Optional TV & Wi Fi is available for a small weekly charge (pro rata for part weeks) with numerous channels and catch up TV available via a set top box). Zeus Gardens is our home away from home - we aim to make it yours too.

What a beautiful villa near shop, bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean inside and out with everything you could possibly need! Such a welcoming place to stay, nothing was too much trouble for Heather. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Heather's house- it was spacious, clean, well equipped and in a great central location, with a fantastic pool right outside the patio door. There's a supermarket 2 mins walk away which serves as a great landmark to be picked up by tour groups. Heather was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, arranging access for WiFi (whilst she was abroad on her own holiday), and allowing us to check out later for free, as she had a day in between guests. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for 2 weeks (4 adults) the villa was just perfect! Had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. There are 3 shops all within just a couple of minutes walk and bigger supermarkets if needed that just take 5-10 mins in a taxi. Beach and harbour also about a 15 min walk away. Coral bay is beautiful and only 15 mins drive away. Highly recommend Pamis Diner just around the corner past the farm shop - fantastic food and service! Heather is a great host and very easily contactable. Thank you for a lovely relaxing holiday - will definitely be recommending you back at home!!

Had all the amenities that one could require when on holiday. Location within easy walking distance of both the seafront and the old town

Location was excellent with bars, restaurants and supermarkets within minutes walk
Apartment was very clean and everything we needed was there
Check in process was extremely easy
Heather was great and organised us a taxi from the airport which we also used to get back

Lovely apartment in a quiet residential area. The property is really well equipped & the pool was fabulous. The owners are super helpful & very easy to communicate with, would totally recommend if you are looking for a nice quiet, relaxing week.

Great 2 week stay in this lovely villa. It’s in a perfect location - just a short walk from
the harbour with all its bars, restaurants and shops/. If peace and quiet is more your thing then there is a lovely little taverna just round the corner from the villa. We will definitely be booking again.

Spacious, quiet haven
Honest & accurate communication with the owners who were very responsive. The apartment was clean & spacious with everything we could possibly need in terms of equipment and information. The complex was quiet and other visitors were friendly. The location is in a residential area not far from the harbour area, walkable and public transport easy to access. I would recommend staying at Zeus.

The fantastic pool was lovely and always nice and quiet. Lovely and friendly neighbours. We had a small problem with the internet while there. We contacted Heather and she got it sorted within 30 mins. Heather made everything easy from start to finish. We would highly recommend this property and can't wait until we return again.

Only downside is that the single beds are not great for adults - I'm sure they would be fine for children.

Lovely property in friendly complex
Lovely property in a really friendly complex with a great pool, especially for kids. Really convenient for the multitude of Kato Paphos bars and restaurants. Supermarket at the end of the road (3mins walk) stocks everything plus there's a lovely friendly local bar/restaurant a further 2mins walk. Try their lamb chops - they are fantastic! :)

Spacious, comfortable apartment in Paphos
We stayed here for ten days in August 2018. The layout of the apartment was ideal for two adults and two teenage daughters. It was very clean and tidy and as per the description. There were lots of extras in the apartment which gave it a homely feel such as books, games, maps of the area etc. The reviews in the the visitors and comments books were very useful indeed.
The pool was excellent, lovely and warm and despite being August more often than not we had the pool to ourselves. The patio area was a lovely relief from the midday heat. Parking was conveniently right next to the apartment.
It took approx 15 mins to walk to the harbour area with numerous good restaurants and shops.
Heather provided excellent service from the moment we inquired about the apartment and we wouldn't hesitate to book through her again.

Fabulous Villa
We booked this villa to stay when visiting for a week for my sisters wedding. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want from a holiday rental . The pool was great, the kids were in it every day and we virtually had it to ourselves the whole week. There is a small supermarket round the corner and lovely restaurant 5 mins walk away. The beach and harbour are also within walking distance. I would recommend this villa to anyone. If visiting Paphos again we would definitely book this property again.

Simply Perfect
Had a lovely two week stay here on our family holiday. The house is very well equipped, well laid out, and was spotlessly clean. A part shaded patio area was well used for breakfasts and lunchtime snacks. The pool area is just a few metres down from the patio area, and while always busy never seemed crowded, and there was never any problem placing sun loungers in the positions we wanted. There seem to be a lot of owner occupiers in this small complex who were very friendly and always keen to give advice about places to go, and places to eat, etc. There was a genuinely friendly atmosphere around the place. On this note, the owner has a Review book in the house where guests are invited to add cards and reviews from restaurants they have visited, this was very useful. The house is situated in the Universal area of Pepos and is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the main tourist and harbour areas. We walked in and back most evenings. There are two mini markets about a 5min walk down the road which we found stocked everything we needed for our stay. All in all we had a super time here and would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Every thing you need for a great holiday
Stayed 4 August 2017 for 10 days
The villa was great, well equipped with many extras, for example, in one of the cupboards in the living room we found a footpump ( for inflatables) a selection of hats (needed in the strong sun) books, beach towels, games and leaflets with info on things to do in area. The pool was great and was cleaned regularly. As we visited in August many of the villas were occupied but we found everybody to be friendly and the pool was never crowded. We decided to hire a car as wanted to see more of the place and drove up into the mountains, the roads were quiet and the views were stunning. We stumbled across a village called Polis which was charming. Visited a few beaches but liked Coral bay the best. Lots of good places to eat out we liked Pambis which is very close to the villa. There is plenty to do in the area boat trips, Tomb of Kings, the Harbour, markets, shopping open top bus ride etc. We had two 16 year old boys with us and they found plenty to amuse themselves. Heather was brilliant to deal with and was very accommodating to our many requests ie if there was a bus from the airport ( there is but in the heat with baggage get a taxi). Heather arranged for us to be collected at the airport.
Would defiantly recommend this villa and would like to return some day.

Great house with all the equipment you need. We had the pool practically to ourselves nice and quite only about 10 minute walk to the harbour which is lively if you want that every night. We found a great walk along the coast. Would defiantly go again

lovely & quiet
we booked through Heather who was very helpful but we stayed in the property ID201075 which is adjacent to the property shown. It was lovely and clean, everything we needed towels, bedding, kitchen equipment, free wifi and it was very quiet (just what we wanted.)
Kath (who owns the house we rented) was very kind and helped at all opportunities even booking our taxi to and from the airport. The property is about 20 minutes walk from everywhere which was good for us as we were out of the hustle and bustle but could go to it if we wanted.
We would rent the house from Kath again!

Lovely holiday home, with everything just a short distance away.
We were very happy with the accommodation, space enough for a family of three. We were a little disappointed that there was no TV, but in the end it didn't affect our holiday experience. The property was clean and tidy, the shared pool never got busy or noisy, unlike some holiday properties. The comments book was very useful to help us find our way around and saved lots of time trying to navigate ourselves. Everything we needed was a 15 minute walk or less away, so we couldn't be happier with the location.
The owner was very prompt in inserting any questions prior to and during the holiday, always polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend the owner and the property.

Property nice but not as advertised
Received an e-mail from the owner the day before travelling to advise there were problems with the fridge/freezer and an offer to stay at an apartment not far away but no wifi available. We advised we wanted to go with the original booking. Upon arrival these problems had been ongoing since August so were not new. There was also an issue with the shower, however after a phone call the shower was repaired and a new fridge delivered.
We had been considering this property advertised with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and another in a neighbouring complex which was considerably cheaper with only 1 bathroom but opted for this as we had 2 16 year old girls who like to take their time showering! extremely disappointed to find we had paid the premium price for a cloakroom containing a WC and sink - no shower/bath.
Excepting this it was a lovely peaceful holiday, good location however you do have to pay for a linen change? Would definately return to this area again but perhaps not this acommodation.

Lovely
Very nice house, in a quiet yet very central location.
We did everything on foot to the beach, restaurants, attractions and shopping.
Because we were a little later in the season we had often the pool to ourselves.
Everything you need is in the house.

Lovely property. All as it says on the review. Property clean and very informative information. Definitely recommend to friends. Lovely restaurants without paying a fortune. Very tasty Food. Everyone catered for.
