La proximité (relative) du centre-ville, la décoration sobre et moderne de la chambre, l'équipement bien complet de la cuisine, le parking gratuit à proximité. Les petites brochures informatives sur la ville. Le petit sms de bienvenue et d’au revoir.
La situation en RDC. Le salon donne directement sur une route passante et bruyante, le lit est très ferme et trop petit pour un couple, les fenêtres de la chambre étaient particulièrement sales. La télé dans le salon est très petite et il y avait une petite odeur désagréable (indéfinissable) dans l'appartement. Une seule des 3 fenêtres de l’appartement a une vue intéressante (sur un petit ruisseau). Une fenêtre de la chambre donne sur un mur et celle du salon est rendue en partie opaque pour ne pas voir la route.
Beaucoup de moustiques dues à la présence d’une petite rivière qui passe sous les fenêtres de la chambre.

Nice little apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable and clean. Great location near the town center and just a brief walk to a supermarket. The owners communicated well. Would certainly choose to stay here again. Recommended.

Full of character, very quiet, ideally placed. Easy entry via a key pad and the apartment was very well equipped.
The stairs were steep and we were on the third floor., although it wasn’t really a problem for us.

Location was great and communication was perfect. The apartment was nice and big.
The sofa/couch was not really usable as a couch as it was so uncomfortable. I tended to sit on the ground.

Be aware this is a third floor walk up.
And no parking assigned. Only across the street or at the library next door till ten am.
For some, this could be a hassle.

The location of the apartment was so central to the area we chose. Pont Aven in Bretagne is a very popular tourist attraction because of its wide range of Bretton artists displaying their works in their studios and the famously photographed river Avon that delightfully runs through the village. Yann and Valerie our hosts left nothing to detail in their lovely apartment which had everything to accommodate myself and my daughter, so cosy and comfortable.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Great communication from the start, very clean, tastefully decorated and a really comfortable place to chill. There is also a very well equipped kitchen if you want to cook in at night. The washing machine and table top ironing board came in handy, as did the chance to have a family member stay on the sofa bed for the night of the wedding we were attending.
Pont Aven itself is beautiful and the flat is really central. We had a small camper van with us but managed to find free parking close by despite the town being very busy that weekend.
It wasn't a problem for us and we knew about it beforehand but there are three flights of stairs so not suitable for everyone.

The location was fantastic. We loved Pont-Aven and the apartment was perfect for our visit.
It seems a pity to mention the final flight of stairs, which were sometimes a bit of a struggle. And a more comfortable chair than the sofa bed would have been nice. They really didn't detract from our enjoying the apartment however.

Excellent location for exploring the town. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped with a comfy bed.
There was a strong smell of cooking spices in the apartment which was a bit unpleasant. We found a parking space but I think this would be harder to find during peak season.

Beautiful character filled renovated apartment with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Spacious and with some lovely touches. We loved the fact that the original old wooden staircase leading up to this 2nd floor apartment had been lovingly restored! Lucky enough to meet Yann and Valérie - delightful couple, very quick to respond to any questions. Pont Aven itself is a beautiful small town well worth visiting. An art lover’s paradise with so many art galleries! We would definitely love to stay here again! Parking easy on the roadside opposite the apartment block in front of the Talisman crêperie

very comfortable apartment, nicely furnished. We booked at the last minute and it was super easy. Our hosts were very helpful and gave us a way to contact them if we needed anything. I would really recommend this flat.
I am English - so I would have liked some bigger mugs for tea - but the cups provided were fine

The apartment was just perfect, fully furnished and super clean.
Friendly landlord, great bang for your bucks. Absolutely recommend this flat to anyone who visit Pont Aven area.
