Antipathic reception staff, unfortunately...

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights. The location and room in itself were quite good.

I was surprised when I arrived by the absence of waiting space, and the coldness of the ladies at reception. I felt really embarrassed to ask them a few practical questions as I first landed in Japan (how to pay for the subway, and how to buy a train ticket) because they clearly didn't want to do much efforts to answer. I had suppositions instead of answers. The same day, I found out that Ueno train station was indeed just an 11-minute walk straight down the road. I am pretty sure they knew it... That felt strange. We arrived at the hotel at 7:30 am, and the check in was at 3pm. We went to buy our train ticket, we had lunch, we walked around a good while, but at 12:30, I felt dizzy and completely exhausted after more than 40 hours traveling and a night spent in the airport, and it was 5 degrees outside and we didn't have access to our warmer clothes and no space to change (they didn't look happy when I asked them to take something I forgot in my luggage which was in the small room near the reception desk). So at 12:30 we went back to the hotel to ask politely if they could let us know in case the room was ready before 3pm, so we could have a rest. Instead of accepting, they said that the room is ready but the rule in Japan is that check in is at 3pm, so if we want it any time earlier, we have to pay extra. If I asked for early check in at 7:30 am when we arrived, I would understand, but in our present case, they just made my 10-year old and I wait on the only two chairs in front of the tiny reception desk until 3pm whereas our room was empty and cleaned already. That logics was quite hard to swallow... Maybe we are not used to rules that are so strict, usually reception staff let people in if the room is ready early... I tried to ask the manager (the other girl was really antipathic), but the rule is the rule. We didn't want to have a cultural clash...

Don’t come here as a family but as a single or couple it is fine

The location is great and central

Tiny room advertised as a double room One queen bed for a reservation of a family of 2 adults and 2 children, we had to pay extra for a room with a king bed that could be separated (the room was as small as the previous one) Breakfasts are advertised as included but only for adults, children must pay and it isn’t cheap compared to meals in Japan but relatively cheap when coming from a western country The room was extremely tiny and didn’t deserve the title double room

Samller room than expected

Superb location south of Ueno. Fully equipped room, as usual in Tokyo.

The room is certainly smaller than described on booking.com. The breakfast area is too small, closer to a "closet" than to a "room".

La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario, la ubicación es muy buena, cerca de varios metros y sitios de interés.

Me pareció caro en comparación con los APA, siendo las habitaciones casi iguales y creo que el desayuno no merece la pena.

Last minute reservation after unexpected layover. Price was good. Staff was very nice.

They weren't a lot of things open for breakfast in the area on January 3rd. Maybe it was the holiday though.

Good cospa and location but need improvement

Large and comfortable bed and good pillows, towels are ok and it has a good location

Check in was a kind of a mixed bag, stayed there a couple of times and stuff, though not unfriendly needs to work a bit on their welcome attitude.Room cleanliness was horrible, carpet feels gross and dirty, didn’t wanted to touch, found old plastic, long hair on it as well as in the bathroom. Water pressure weak.

Good place, good coffee, good staff, surely be back

It clean, near the main road, the staff good in english, very fluently, they have free coffee machine and menu card that was easy to scan.

It far from station, but its okay we could get a taxi. The room not spacious.

Excellent value for the money.

A fantastic accommodation, offering you clean, comfortable amenities with a very nice breakfast. The location is very convenient and the process to check-in/check-out was quick and easy. While it was on a budget side, price-wise, the experience felt quite good, and the room offered good value for the money.

Comfy and quiet hotel

The room was one of the quietest rooms we have been to. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant had a good Japanese and Western breakfast. They offer free coffee and tea at reception.

Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking floor. The restaurant was a bit small. It would have been handy if it had a washing machine.

Ubicación perfecta

Nos encantó la ubicación del hotel. Está ubicando entre la estación de JR de akihabara y Okachimachi. Las instalaciones muy bien, la limpieza también, aunque no todos los días hacen la habitación, pero dejan toallas. El personal muy agradable. Hay combinis al lado del hotel que viene muy bien.

Quizás el desayuno, es algo repetitivo y no hay apenas dulce.

Excellent location for a stay in Tokyo

Really good location close to various train stations. Staff were helpful and helped us to book a taxi and were very helpful with the luggage delivery service that we used. Near to convenience shops and restaurants. There is a selection of manga books that guests can borrow in the hotel lobby (these are all in Japanese). In particular we liked that we were able to take amenities (eg razors, hair brushes etc) as we needed them from the hotel lobby. This is a great idea to help reduce waste.

The room was very clean but the drain in our bathroom did unfortunately smell unpleasant. Room was quite small but understandable as this was expected.

Certain front desk staff need to be more friendly and welcome especially family with kids. I have a 3 and 6 year old it is hard to keep them quiet and not run around. They are kids after all. Being a little courteous can come along way.

Clean, well maintained budget hotel close to train / subway that provides good value for the price.

Room was larger than those of similarly priced budget hotels I stayed at in Japan, and they had extras in the room like instant coffee (others had just instant tea) and they had a rack of toiletries in the lobby in case you ran out of something or forget to pack,

The lobby area was very small ... could easily get over-crowed with even a small number of people.

La chambre double que nous avons eu était très spacieuse (possible d’ouvrir 2 grandes valises en même temps) ce qui est assez rare au Japon. Le personnel serviable et poli. Pour le petit déjeuner il y en a pour tous les goûts: continental (brioche, pain au chocolat, confiture) ou Japonais (riz, curry) Le distributeur de café gratuit est aussi un plus Je reviendrais dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour au Japon avec plaisir

아키하바라, 오카치마치, 스에히로초역의 중간에 딱 위치해 있는 갓성비 숙소

조식은 간단하지만, 나름 먹을만 했음. 오믈렛이 진짜 맛있음. 그 외에는 베이컨 정도? 나머지는 soso. 가격은 1500엔. 근처에 식당들이 있기는 하지만, 아침 식사 하는 곳까지 가려면 거리가 좀 있어서 귀찮은 분들은 이용해도 좋을 듯. 우리는 1회만 먹고, 그 뒤에는 편의점 간식들 먹으면서 아침 간단히 해결함. 숙소 바로 옆에(걸어서 10초. 10분 아니고 10초) 로손 있어서 굿굿. 아침에는 1층에서 무료 커피 타갈 수 있어서 좋음. 심심한 분들은 만화책, 보드게임 대여도 가능함(당연하지만, 만화책은 전부 일본판). 기본 화장품 세트는 250엔에 구매할 수 있음.

아쉬운 거 없음. 가격 좋고, 청결하고, 어매니티도 필요한 것만 가져갈 수 있어서 편하고, 카드키 찍어야 엘리베이터 이용 가능해서 보안도 확실함. 유일하게 단점이라면 직원분들 중 한국어를 하실 수 있는 분은 없었다는 점인데, 나는 일본어 가능해서 그냥 일본어로 소통함.

秋叶原驿西北500米，太美麗了家人们，二刺猿的家

很符合期望的连锁酒店！现代化的装修。同价位很难买到这样的双床房！免费的冰水咕噜咕噜（东京太需要啦）。隔壁就是罗森，噗叽啪噗叽啪。有一位前台姐姐是中国人的。

两个人住还是有点挤啦，不过是在意料之中的。

Almost Perfect

Free water and coffee at the lobby. Room is quite bigger than average in Tokyo. Location is perfect for us, we can easily walk to Akihabara and Okachimachi area. Staffs are friendly especially foreigner staffs. Cleanliness is OK, a bit dust in the room.

AC is too confused to use, slow to react when adjusting. Smoking Area is not so convenient for smokers, It's better put at Emergency stairs outside of each floor.

L’odeur de la chambre.

L’eau et le café gratuit à l’entrée. La chambre à un grand bureau.

L’odeur de la chambre. Elle sentait le renfermé ou bien les chaussettes sales. La chambre a l’air d’être jamais aérée ni nettoyée. Il y avait une bouteille en plastique sous le lit. Les matelas et couettes sont beiges comme si elles étaient très vieilles. L’odeur ne partait jamais. J’ai fait beaucoup d’hôtel au Japon, c’est la chambre la plus odorante que j’ai eu.
