Excellent place to stay, Family of 4 and 18 month old. Supplied a pack&play for the grand daughter worked out well. The wedding was within walking distance and the extra parking came in handy. Went to seadog and caddy's good times at both. The place was clean and comfortable furnished well. The few kinks we ran into, couldn't get the grill to start so just used charcoal instead in the smoker, would have swept up more but couldn't find a broom and dustpan, and maybe a first aid kit would have come in handy for a bandage. Very small things to deal with, overall everything went well and would stay again, thank you treasure Island house!!!!

Great communication, easy check-in, convenient location, clean house. Had some issue with cleanness of plates/pans, the host made great efforts to address it. The host is super!

Loved the view and dock! House was clean and plenty of space. 2 min walk to the beach.

The house was very nicely updated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable! The house has a big back yard with a great view of the intracoastal. Amazing location directly across the street from the beach with a lot of things to do in the area. We will be back! :)

We arrived in town early and were able to get access a bit early, which helped us. Home was comfortable, the location was great. We couldn’t get the front door to open and they sent someone quickly who replaced the door knob and was very nice.
If we travel to the area again we would definitely stay again. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.

This place has a great water view and you just have to cross the street for beach access. Great place to stay.

The property was nice . It did have a musty smell.
There was only 2 rolls of tolite paper, no coffee filters, unusable lawn chairs
No salt or pepper or any condiments . The traffic was very busy and kinda scary walking on the sidewalk to get across street to beach. But absolutely loved the beach

My friends and family had a great stay at this property. The dock was a plus for our group because we love to fish and enjoyed hanging out on the dock. House was perfect for our group but would have liked a second bathroom but we made it work. Great stay!!

Nice place, view of bay, walking across street to beach.

The house/property are exactly as shown on the listing. Beautiful view from the back overlooking the bay. Plenty of room inside for a family of 5. Great location with a very short walk across the street to a nice beach. Close to restaurants but not in a very crowded area. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Would stay here again next time we are in the area.

Property was clean and photos accurately reflected the property. Owner was very quick to respond when contacted. Location is short walk to great beach, grocery store and restaurants.

It’s an older house but nicely updated. The dock was a relaxing place to enjoy a drink or do some fishing and the house and beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival there was an issue with the CD player and cable TV authorization but the management company responded to an early morning call and quickly resolved the problem. The location was superb with easy beach access across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place and very clean. Very responsive to questions. Public beach access is about 60 second walk. Very big dock out back where we saw dolphins swimming. Would stay again.

We have previously stayed at this house in Treasure Island about 1 1/2 years ago. As some of the previous reviews point out, the location is fantastic but the house needed some updating. We saw that the house had been updated, so we decided to come back.
The remodeled home is so cute and comfortable! All new bathroom with industrial flush toilet, updated kitchen appliances, kitchen cabinets with new granite countertops, new tile floors, painted throughout, new cozy furniture and comfortable beds.
The front porch has been updated and there is a large deck off the back of the house with great views of the intracoastal. There is a large back yard with private dock that is perfect for boating. Walk across the street and you're on the beach! Plenty of fun bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The location of this house is still amazing and the house is now cute and comfortable with all the amenities.
We will be back!

The location was great but the house needs a loot improvement. The Ac wasn’t working on bedrooms and mattress was very old not comfortable. Very dusty and old smell.

I recently stayed here with family and friends for a mini bachelorette getaway after postponing our wedding twice due to covid. The property is in a great location but definitely needed some upgrades (the twin beds were rough/old/sunken in, some broken knobs on doors, and unorganized kitchen with minimal kitchenware)… a few tweaks and this place would be an absolute gem. Overall it served its purpose and we loved the patio!

Weekend was a bit of a damper due to the red tide but the house and accommodations were great

The location of this house is amazing, right across the street from us was beach access, and we had a dock we could jump off of right in the back yard. We loved being right down the road from some amazing restaurants (just a 15 minute walk) Ricky T’s was our favorite and had amazing service and food. (Try the pork nachos) Kids enjoyed the playground outside and I loved the outside shower. It was hidden off in the corner and also had all kinds of sand toys for the kids to use and beach chairs provided. Based on the reviews I was expecting no trash bags, toilet paper or beach towels at the property but when we arrived they had plenty of everything, so we left what we bought for the next family. The beds were ok could use new mattresses but other then that we had a great stay and no troubles with anything.

There were a few cleaning issues when we first arrived. But, when we notified the management company, they rectified the situation immediately. They went over and above to make our stay all we hoped it would be.

Treasure Island House
This property was in a great location. The property management was easy to contact and responded quickly when the door lock wouldn't work and one of the beds was broken. The house was a great place for our group to spend time together. Loved the outside deck and dock. Very clean.

House needs updating
House is rundown. On arrival freezer was leaking on floor. Unfortunately the last 2 mornings resulted in rats in kitchen. They were living in surrounding trees next to house. The dock was awesome though, Location good

Great location, a little worn, but overall a nice spot
This has a tremendous location on Treasure Island, with a lovely dock and backyard for kids to play and parking safely off the busy road, and across the street from the beach. Additionally, it's only 1/4 mile from Publix grocery, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed fishing off the back dock everyday, catching mangrove snapper, pinfish, and a even a few grouper! The house is well equipped to sleep up to 10 or so, particularly if you have kids. The kitchen is small, and lacks a few staple kitchen items in the way of utensils/dishes/etc, but overall it's manageable. The beds aren't the most comfortable you've ever slept on- the mattresses are soft and the kids beds lack a box springs.
Overall, I would recommend this property for it's location, knowing that it may not be the most "posh" place you've stayed before, but you'll have your own space, safe parking, a great back deck, and ease of getting anywhere you'd like to go.

Blissful Stay
Overall, we had a great stay at this house. The pictures are accurate to the property. The house is very comfortable and conveniently located across the street from the beach, the public entrance is just a 3 minute walk from the house. The 2 only negatives, the home was extremely dusty, the curtains appear to have not been touched in months. Also, the view from the master could be amazing, but there is a huge tree with branches that cover the entire view, but with a nice tree trimming could be fixed. I personally was looking forward enjoying the view from that balcony. Other than that, all was great, very peaceful sleep!

Awesome location but needs updating
The location of this home can’t be beat! Right on the bay and across the street from the beach. Nice dock and several nice decks. However, it needs some serious upgrading. The twin beds have spring popping through them. The freezer doesn’t work and spoiled our frozen food. There were exactly two teaspoons in the kitchen and cookware was disgusting. They did come and bring some spoons and two small pans telling me to throw out the one pan I was trying to use. Upon checking, the property manager was told of the leaking and dripping tub faucet. It was quite loud at night and they suggested we put a towel in tub to soften the noise. Someone came every day for four days in a row and it wasn’t fixed till the fourth day. The workers that came that day did not wear masks inside the home. We did enjoy all the space of the home and the games and books available! Btw I also reported that the front window to the basement was all smashed and broken but no one seemed to do anything about that.

Great location!
This little bungalow is nestled in the best part of Treasure Island. The beach is so close and fishing off the pier in the backyard was amazing. The house had some issues during our stay, but the property manager was quick to respond and fix them!

Great family vacation spot
Plenty of beds and space to accommodate a large family get together. Just a simple walk across the street to the beautiful beach. Great fishing off of the dock. Grocery store within walking distance. Didn’t really have a reason to venture far from the house.

Beautiful view
The house was clean and the view off the back of the house was perfect. The beds were horrible though. Owner should invest in cheap beds or encourage people to bring air mattresses as they would have been better. We ended up leaving early because we just couldn’t bare another night! Unfortunate because other than that it met all our needs.

Perfect location
It’s a cute beach house in a perfect location. The boat dock is great. We put in at the boat ramp located just a stone’s throw south on 100th Ave. It’s also a wonderful place to watch the sunrise!
There’s plenty of seating in the living and dining room areas. The upstairs bedroom is comfortable with plenty of privacy. There is enough parking space in the back yard for several vehicles.
The management staff is very quick to respond to questions or issues and is professional and friendly.
Just a few things that would make it even better: more comfortable beds in downstairs bedrooms, updated cookware and kitchen items in general.
We would certainly stay again in the future. Thanks for having us!

Overall the house was lovely! The beds were extremely comfortable and access to the beach was great. We had so much fun fishing off of the dock on the back of the house. The best surprise where the games for the family to play when it was raining and the toys for our little one. The only thing that was confusing were the light switches and the dryer took longer to dry the clothes. I would love to stay here again.

Loved it!
The house was very clean and beautiful! The kids really enjoyed the games and playground. We enjoyed fishing off of the back dock (caught a shark!!). The location is perfect and close to everything. We walked to restaurants and across the street to the beach! We will definitely be looking to book this house again next year! Thank you!

Great Location
We knew it was a small location, but it's setup perfect for boating. We wanted to take out our boat out for the weekend and we had the ability to do so. Dock availability and launch area near by. Looking forward to go again soon.

Great location and home was very comfortable. The boat dock and location on the water was convenient to get out to the gulf. Would recommend.

Beachy, comfortable, clean style home.
Lots of sleeping space with one king bed, two sets of first floor twin beds, two smaller beds one in the living room and one as part of a den on the second floor, and a full-size couch in the living room, all with plenty of bed and bathroom linens. Plenty of chairs to sit in, and eating spaces for a much larger group than the four of us, but we did fill one of the tables with a 1000 piece puzzle from Barnes & Noble (11 minutes, 5 miles away by car) and when the weather was warm enough, we were happy to eat at the deck table. The very useable kitchen is long with lots of cabinet and counter space and a full-size washer and dryer. On the warmer days we ate dinner on the deck, but did not use the grill or the smoker. On the dock we read and got caught up-to-date on our electronics while catching sun-rays and watching the local birds. Loved seeing the light-up Treasure Island holiday boat parade as the boating crews shouted Merry Christmas to those of us on the shore on December 24. Found a great book shelf with many excellent books for various ages and games for younger kids on the second floor with a few toys in a first floor gulf-side bedroom closet. Our adult children shared the first floor full bath. My husband & I used the second floor bath with shower. The second floor master bedroom had a king sized bed with lots of closet space and hangers, but the best thing to my husband and I was the sliding door onto the deck looking straight out at the back yard and the bay channel beyond. The Island Inn is a nice large landmark on the Gulf-side of the road to help find the 2-story blue house on the bay-intercoastal side with a great path to the gulf beach. Appreciated the outside shower and post-beach foot washer to remove sand. For supplies the Publix Supermarket is about a half mile away and Walgreens is just beyond the Publix. On arrival night we had some great pizza at Vito & Michael’s, prepared multiple fish meals with seafood from Key West Shrimp Company, and found a good selection of alcohol at the ABC store. Appreciated ITrip and Xplor!’s “Free Fun Program” for which we called to receive one free ticket to the Salvador Dali museum. Yay to our happy beach experience.

Quaint house for a short weekend
We didn't really spend too much time in the house while we were exploring Tampa Bay and Treasure Island, but it was nice to have a comfortable to return to after a long day, and the dock was nice to relax in the mornings watching the sunrise and Pelicans fly by. The light switches took some getting used to in order to understand which ones were in working order and those that illuminated parts if the house.
