Villa Illiria is a splendid three-story historical villa. It sleeps 27 people. From Villa Illiria you will have a characteristic view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Illiria is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It features two private swimming pools and a private Jacuzzi pool, a private patio, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 5.7 km (3.5 miles) from Città di Castello, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles) and the bus stop a few meters (feet) away. You will reach Villa Illiria from the parking area without having to climb any steps. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Illiria. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please kindly note. Swimming Pool 1 The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find a heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of September. Swimming Pool 2 The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, from 20 centimeters (8 inches) to 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is open from the end of April until the end of September. Patio The patio is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a partial view of the swimming pool. Bottom FloorLiving Room 1 The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a leather sofa and four armchairs. In this room you will find a grand piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is a big and age-old fireplace. The three dining tables can accommodate 20 guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle.
