Weekly rates include ALL linens, so if you're comparing properties, please consider that most beach rentals do no provide bed linens and towels. We do! 4 bedrooms including 2 'masters' with comfortable beds and water views. 2 additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, one of the 'twin' rooms also has a water view. (Please note: The fourth bedroom is a wonderfully fun room, we call the Hideaway. It has a bit of a funky step leading into it and is perfect for agile adults and older kids, but probably not ideal for 'little ones'. The other 3 bedrooms are ideal for any age). We realize many travelers don't want the hassle of bringing their own bed linens, bath & beach towels, so we provide quality linens for you! Your beds will be made and towels will be left for you in each room. A service many rentals do not offer. The screened-in porch, wraps around 2 sides of the house, and offers additional living space, gorgeous water, sunrise and sunset views and is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is also a second outdoor eating area with plenty of chairs and an umbrella for sunny days. The private beach is only 30 steps away and is shared by only a few families and is literally just steps away from your cottage. You can hear the sound of the ocean from every room in the house! We are taking extra precautions at this time due to Covid with our cleaning between guests. Our cleaning crew is using CDC guidelines during each cleaning. The measures we are using to protect our guests include using disinfectants registered by the environmental protection agency, all linens washed at the highest heat setting, emptying vacuum cleaner after every cleaning, lining each trash and disposing of cleaning supplies between each quest. We have self check in to assist in social distancing by having a key lockbox. Our top priority is to ensure our guests have a safe and amazing stay!
