Sehr gut und gute Lage

Отель находится в 50 м от склона. Персонал говорит на Итальянском, Немецком, Английском. Убирали каждый день. В отеле есть сауна, хаммам. Правда работают они всего 2.5 часа в день. Но там во время нашего пребывания никого не было из гостей отеля, что большой плюс.

Очень скудный завтрак. Кормят настолько плохо и мало, что хочется плакать… От шведского стола только название…

breakfast was average but acceptable

Family run business ,found the lady owner a bit rude and abrupt, she needs a bit more patience and possibility needs to go and find training in customer relations , she seems to forget that the customer is paying to stay there , i dont think its the right industry for her , maybe a change in career would be better for her .... felt a bit uncomfortable to ask for anything , they should be more friendly ...otherwise all was acceptable.

Good location

Very rude lady who is running the hotel (daughter of the owners) creating very tense atmosphere which is ruining the holiday mood. Facilites are quite old, very poor WiFi, very basic breakfast

The room was clean and big, the breakfast was good

The service was very bad. The employees wasn't nice atoll

Very comfortable, well located in the centre, close to facilities, very clean, excellent breakfast, nice staff.
