Main house: (note there is a small fishing cabin on property - its not occupied) Property is Lake Front Lake view from the kitchen, living room, and upstairs bedrooms Accommodations for up to 12 people No garage 2,000 S/F 6 bedrooms – Linens provided 4 queen beds (upstairs) 1 double bed (main floor) 2 twin beds (main floor) 3 full bathrooms - two upstairs Jack/Jill between the four bedrooms – one on the main floor – towels and linens provided Kitchen – stocked with basic household utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. bring your own food Refer Side-By-Side Ice/Water in door (plus full freezer in basement) Washer and Dryer in basement; detergent provided Patio with BBQ (spring /summer/fall only) Forced air heating – no fireplace No air conditioning internet and Wi-Fi One (1) TV main room with Charter streaming and basic TV channels One (1) 32" DVD screen/player for movies No Pets - Strictly Enforced Other: Baby Crib/Mattress, baby gate and booster seat Picnic area: down by the lake Two picnic tables 2nd small fishing cabin on the property - not occupied Pier: Private When the water is high boat access at the pier When drought conditions exist no boat access, although we often have a beach Buoy Rental (separate rental agreement must be signed): Two buoys for rent Full summer lease or Guest can lease for duration of stay Parking: Winter –Parking for Three (3) cars in driveway (4 if very small) in the winter (snow removal provided when over four inches deep); shovels and snow melt at house Summer – parking for up to six cars – boat trailer storage NOTE: No events, parties or large gatherings of any kind - rental limited to those in your rental party. 11:00 pm good neighbor policy – quiet and respectful. Placer County enforced if noise or nuisance is reported. Possible Fines for non-compliance. Amenities close by: Grocery store, restaurants, café, hardware store, gas/diesel Activities close by: Swimming, fishing, boat rental, jet ski, parasail, paddle board, kayak, hiking, public beach, mountain biking, spa, massage, golf, miniature golf, tennis, river rafting, charter boat tours, snow skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, snow mobile rental, and casinos. Payment: agree to terms and conditions and credit card payment. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Check in time is after 3:00 pm and check out time is by 10:00 am Cancelation policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in they will get 50%, otherwise they will not get a refund. Renter must be 25 years or older No events, parties or large gatherings of any kind - rental limited to those in your rental party. 10:00 pm good neighbor policy – quiet and respectful. We loved our time at this property! Easy access to all necessities and being right on the lake was a dream! We will definitely be returning. The owners were amazing and responsive!

Good place very spacious

The property is perfectly appointed so that the dock gets full sun for most of the day. There are sandy coves and rocky walls that are perfect for finding crawdads. Funny enough, fishing for crawdads was the main attraction for our group! The house is very well laid out and comfortable. You aren't on top of eachother so if you need to duck into you room for a nice nap or rest you can do so without the noises of the whole house reaching you. The kitchen had everything we needed to makes snacks and dinners and was a lovely central gathering place. We had such a fantastic time and can't wait to come back very soon!

Our group of eight adults stayed for five days and had a wonderful time. From the beginning through our last day, the host, Lisa, was prompt in responding to our questions and very accommodating to our requests. Throughout the process, she responded to texts and messages within 24 hours. The house was plenty big enough for all 8 of us. The best aspect of the property was the lake access, and specifically, the dock. We spent every morning and every evening together there. As the house is very close to a fairly busy road, I was worried about road noise. This was not an issue at all. I never heard the road while in the house. There's a large back yard leading to the lake and dock, so we felt like we had our own isolated, quiet piece of paradise while on the dock or in the water. The house and host helped make our summer family vacation a fantastic experience.

Fantastic location on the lake and close to a lot of restaurants, grocery store and beach. Was the perfect size for 3 families to stay together. Kitchen had everything we needed!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years. This house rates at the top. Location and views are wonderful. Beautiful dock on the lake. And the house is in great shape and incredibly stocked with everything u would want. Amenities were top notch

This was a very well stocked house and Lisa was such a great host. She was so responsive and helpful!
Tip: house is older so walls are a bit thin. Noise travels. So ear plugs are helpful if you’re a light sleeper
But regardless was a great stay!

The house is big and spacious with 2 bedrooms on the first floor (queen and two single beds) and 1 bathroom + 4 more bedrooms (queen size) and 2 more bathrooms on the second floor. You have lake Tahoe view from from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms upstairs and a private pier access. The kitchen is incredible well stocked. We stayed during winter months and the central heating system does a great.
Smooth and easy check-in and communication with property owner/manager.
We would definitely return. Highly recommend.

My family enjoyed the property tremendously. The pictures are accurate! The location is amazing and the amenities are all you could hope for on a property on the lake. My nieces and nephews ( ages 10-17) swam, used the floaties. My sister and I used the kayaks and paddle board. And the kitchen is great! One of the better appointed kitchens I’ve stayed in as far as VRBO. And we like to cook. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of space and the private dock / lake access was so nice! Lisa was very easy to coordinate check in / check out and quickly followed up when we had questions about our stay. Definitely recommend this rental for any groups looking for a comfortable stay while enjoying the lake!

Perfect getaway!
This was our second time renting this property, and it was fantastic again! Lisa is super responsive and makes checking-in and out very easy. The place is absolutely beautiful on the water. We want to go back next year!

The kitchen was well stocked. We liked the Jack and Jill bathrooms upstairs. The rooms were spacious (except for the twin room on the first floor). I also recommend stopping at Trader Joe’s in Reno since there are more food options and the food is less expensive. The house is close enough to moon dunes beach that you can easily walk over for a beach day. We explored emerald bay, south Tahoe, rented bikes and biked the new trail from incline village to sand harbor, hiked, and played golf and disc golf. There are many things to do and the house is well located.

4 night stay
The house and property were great. The house had all the amenities/supplies, even ones I didn’t think would be supplied. Good cooking utensils, a lot of extra water toys/vests/floats, a ton of towels, two dryers were clutch. The dock and water view were amazing, including the private beach area.
The only thing that could be improved, and this is getting nit picky, is with a full house the trash builds up pretty quick. Not even sure if a second bear trash bin could be placed…..
Other than that all thumbs up! No one in the group had any complaints.

This home is exactly as listed. It is very well-maintained and clean. The location is right on Lake Tahoe and beautiful. Next to Safeway and restaurants and not too far from ski resorts. The home is stocked with everything you might need for your stay, especially in the kitchen. We had such a great time at Lisa's place! My mom/sisters/I + families reunited after COVID for a week in Lake Tahoe. We'd originally planned this trip in 2020 but ended up canceling due to the pandemic and were excited to make the trip in 2021. We had kids ranging from 1-13 + 8 adults. The location was great - it was on a busy street close to Kings Beach (.6 miles from Safeway) but you couldn't hear it in the main room or outside. We loved sunrise/evenings on the dock, once you walked past a few rocks there were long stretches of shallow water which was great for the kids to play in. The mornings were generally calmer and great for kayaking/paddleboarding/sand play/etc. In the afternoons my 9 year old niece and 11 year old daughter enjoyed playing in the waves and said "this is EPIC". We used the boat buoy which worked well - the nearby Marina let us do dropoffs/pickups on their dock so only the driver needed to paddle out. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was comfortable seating in the living room (though my niece remarked "this house is almost all bedrooms") but given the size of our party we typically ate at the picnic tables and enjoyed the "outdoor living room" vibe by the water. Location was good - great views and short drives north to hiking, east to the Tahoe shore trail, and west to float the Truckee River. We also enjoyed ice cream, mini golf, and a brewery in Kings Beach. Lisa touched based several times and ensured we had everything we needed. A wonderful trip!

This is a beautiful home on an amazing property. The lake views are even better than the pictures!
