We enjoyed immensely our stay at Corso. Good location. Large, nicely warm designed room. Good breakfast. Clean everywhere. Fantastic small beautiful designed wellness area with so good showers, the saunas the best and the massage professionel top notch. We will be back. Thank you for a memorable time.

Fint hotell som har ett perfekt centralt läge. Bra moderna rum. Litet trevligt spa finns på hotellet. Det finns även en skönhetssalong som erbjuder olika behandlingar, tyvärr fick jag ej tillfälle att testa.
Frukosten var mindre bra. Skulle önska att man kunde pressa sin juice själv. Apelsinjuicen till frukost var inte god. Kaffeautomaten funkade endast första dagen vi var där

Terribly rude staff. We asked at the reception for slippers for the spa, the nasty old man yelled at us that he had registered other visitors and would only be able to give us slippers in 30 minutes. Seriously? The cleaning ladies didn't put slippers in our room and now we have to wait half an hour for them? Terrible service! The spa is very small! It is designed for 8 people!!! You come to the spa and you don’t even have a place to put your things, because all the loungers are occupied! In the photo everything looks better and bigger than in life. In reality, everything is very sad. I do not recommend this hotel!

Toll gelegen, viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe (Palacky!), riesiges Zimmer, hübscher, jedoch kleiner Spa-Bereich. Frühstück ist ok, das Personal dort sehr freundlich.
Bei Ankunft hatten wir keine Handtücher im Zimmer, es lag noch ein schmutziges da.

Za mou osobu bylo vše super. Snídaně byla výborná a výběr mi stačil. Lokalita ubytování přímo kousek od Puppu na hlavní třídě (promenáda) ve Varech. Personál také výborný a moc ochotný.
Samozřejmě kdo bude chtít, tak si vždy najde nějaký nedostatek. Je to jen o lidech, ale opravdu musím říct, že za mou osobu komfort po všech stránkách a poměr cena kvalita super.
Ještě zmíním parkování. Doporučuji si předem vyhledat na stránkách KV možnosti parkování, ceny atd. U hotelu to není možné za co hotel nemůže, protože se nachází na pěší zóně 😊
Bohužel jsem nestihla wellness takže toto hodnotit nemohu což mě hodně mrzí.
Tak snad příště. Ráda se do hotelu vrátím, když budu mít tu možnost.

Прекрасное местоположение. Самый центр. Рядом несколько вкусных ресторанов и кондитерская с вкусными десертами. Бассейн и сауны отличные.
Завтрак. Самое большое разочарование. Мы ушли голодными. Омлет, самые дешевые соевые сосиски, несколько видов колбас и крайне невкусные блины. Прям плохо. А хлеб из вакуумных пакетов? Ну просто дикость для 4*. Так же очень много пятен в номере, ребята, не жадничайте. Проведите химчистку номеров. Выглядит красиво, но ни одного живого места на текстиле нет, сплошные пятна. Если кому-то тоже важно, как и нам наличие большое кровати, то здесь это две сдвинутые вместе, даже без общего топпера или матраса, матрасы объединяет только простынь. Крайне неудобно. В нашем номере не работал сейф. Не было кондиционера для волос, крема для тела. Вроде бы мелочи, но для 4* это обычные вещи. И еще, работа персонала просто поразила, к нам в 21:00 пришел сострудник отеля и стал просить войти в номер, чтобы забрать подушки из шкафов, которых там не было, но его этот вопрос не устраивал, и он еще неоднократно переспросил. Считаю это недопустимым. Парковки нет от слова совсем, придется оставить машину в 20 минутах ходьбы.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The room was spacious and stylish and the spa was lovely.
Some of the reception staff seemed very abrupt and struggled to communicate in English. This didn't make for a welcoming atmosphere and I expect a better standard of service.from a four star hotel. Also, the breakfast was nothing special, it was easily the worst orange juice I have ever tasted. The breakfast staff were very pleasant, though.

Всичко беше страхотно, получихме и халати, нищо че бяхме само за два дни. Миналата година в друг хотел, ни отказаха такива, точно заради късия ни престой. Възхитени сме от обслужването. Браво и продължавайте все така !

Sehr sauberes und neue renoviertes Hotel, direkt in Zentrum. Personal war sehr freundlich, Bei Rezeption sehr freundliches und kompetente Personal, z.b. Herr Fiser Sergiy war sehr nett und geholfen alle Probleme zu lösen ich bedanke mich sehr bei Sergiy. Spa Bereich auch sehr sauber. 30-31°C Wasser Temperatur im grossen Pool. Große Sauna für Ca. 6 Person. Gibts Aufzug für alle Etagen. Einzige was könnte bisschen besser sein ist das Frühstück, schmeckt alles super nur nicht so große Auswahl aber jeder hat seine Meinung. Sonst sehr gute Hotel klein aber fein, nur zum empfehlen, komme gerne wieder. Danke an alle.

Die Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, überall riecht es gut. Regendusche ist ein Traum!
Der kleine, aber feine Spabereich lädt zum entspannen ein. Bademantel und Co. gibt's kostenlos dazu.
Lage super, Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Hotel sehr klein, familiär und ruhig.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Parkplatz. Mit etwa 10 Euro muss zusätzlich gerechnet werden.

für das gesamte Hotel gab es im Spa-Bereich nur 6 Liegen und 2 Stühle. Das war viel zu wenig, wir haben erst nach 1h einen Platz bekommen, und das Hotel war nicht mal ausgebucht. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf!

Sehr große und moderne Zimmer, super sauber. Lage sehr zentral, alle Kolonnaden sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zimmerservice könnte besser sein. Alte Handtücher wurden genommen, aber keine neuen hingelegt. Kaffee/Tee wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Wir waren eine Woche dort! Frühstück war gut, aber nichts besonderes.

Чистый современный номер. Были халаты, тапочки, полотенца для спа, весы.
Великолепное спа, где кроме нас никого не было.
Отличное расположение в центре.
Просила номер с балконом в надежде на хороший вид, наверное стоило все-таки и про вид уточнить - дали вид на стену.
Завтрак очень слабый, ушла голодной. Персонал не успевал подносить блюда, приходилось ждать.

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein sehr angenehmer Duft strömt durch die Unterkunft. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und der Welness Bereich lädt über die Maße zum entpannen ein. Wir waren sehr zufrieden .
Ein separater Ruheraum wäre wünschenswert, sodass man nach der Sauna in Ruhe entspannen kann, während andere Gäste den Pool benutzen. Das ist allerdings meckern auf hohem Niveau, denn die Unterkunft ist insgesamt wirklich top.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und die Aussicht aus dem Hotelzimmer ist sehr schön. Das Personal war nett und das Hotel war sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, am Wochenende gab es sogar Sekt. Die Auswahl war zwar nicht besonders groß, hat aber gereicht. Es gibt einen Kaffee-Automaten mit vielen verschiedenen Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Positiv ist auch, dass das Frühstück bis 11Uhr geht.
An Weihnachten haben wir außerdem eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit erhalten.
Der Pool ist sehr sauber (kleiner Tipp: die Knöpfe um den Whirlpool und den Wasserstrahl anzumachen, befinden sich unter Wasser am Beckenrand).
Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Heizung, mit welcher man die Handtücher und Bademäntel gut trocknen kann. Die Bodenheizung gibt ebenfalls einen kleinen Pluspunkt.
Das Frühstück am 1. Weihnachtstag ließ zu wünschen übrig.
In der Beschreibung steht, dass die Sauna bis 20Uhr benutzbar ist, allerdings wurde diese an zwei Tagen in Folge bereits vor 19Uhr kühl. Sehr schade, wenn man Abends nochmal schnell in die Sauna möchte. An der Rezeption konnte man uns nur sagen, dass die Sauna automatisch gesteuert wird und man dagegen leider nichts machen kann.
Es gab nur wenige Liegen, sodass es schon mal vorkommen konnte, dass alle belegt sind. Meistens hatten wir Glück und haben welche bekommen, aber auch nicht immer.
Die Handtücher werden erst im Laufe des Tages ausgewechselt, möchte man morgens zum Pool/in die Sauna, ist es sehr schwierig frische Handtücher zu erhalten.

Es ist ein kleineres Hotel nicht mehr als 25 zimmer. Frühstück war klein aber fein für jeden etwas dabei.Der Wellnesbereich für die grösse des Hotels war super Hallenbad Sauna Damfbad Duschen Ruhebereich mit Liegen und Masagen.
Es ist in Karlsbad eigendlich bekannt das man sein Auto nicht am Hotel parken kann,und es ist auch nicht gerade preiswert.

Das Corso hat eine tolle Lage im Herzen von Karlsbad, ist schick eingerichtet und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer nach hinten raus sind - was Lärm von außen betrifft - schön ruhig. Sehr einladend ist auch der kleine Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Sauna. Das Frühstück bot eine recht kleine Auswahl, war aber in Ordnung.
Wlan war in der vierten Etage quasi nicht vorhanden, sodass man über einen eigenen Hotspot ins Internet musste. Hier sollte das Hotel unbedingt versuchen, den Empfang im gesamten Haus zu verbessern. Die Kissen haben wir als extrem unbequem empfunden, außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Schön wäre auch eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser, wie es heutzutage im vielen guten Hotels Standard ist.

EVERYTHING! Location is perfect. This hotel is a ***** resort. Breakfast is amazing. A great variety of everything fresh, especially fresh-backed pastries. Restaurant-white tablecloth, dishes, silverware, service like a ***** restaurant. We even had champaign one morning. Bedding looks so new and crisp, as sheets were just taken out of the package. Heated pool with an underwater massage, sauna, white bathrobes and sleepers-everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Staff is very-very helpful, friendly, and ready to go out of their way to please their customers. Lenka-hotel manager (I hope I didn't misspell her name) is a gem. In my opinion, this hotel is way underpriced for all the amenities it offers.
We ravel all over the world-around 40 night per year and I'm a review queen. I take writing reviews very seriously. In my humble opinion, they are very helpful. I always read them. I hope, other travelers are doing the same trying to find good accommodations and good value. I'm always very objective. When I read mediocre review online prior to my stay, I was a little hesitant; however, if I even tried really hard to find something wrong with this hotel, I would not be able to do so. Kudos to the staff and management. I hope other travelers will enjoy their stay as much as I did. I regret we were there for three nights only.

Am 2 ten Tag freuten wir uns auf das Spiegelei. Das war aber nicht mehr da. Es gab scrambled egg. Na ja. Die eine oder andere Sache einfach so belassen und immer da haben…

Frühstück sehr vielfältig. War alles super lecker. Verschiedene Wurst und Käseplatte. Immer gekochtes Ei, zusätzlich Rührei, Hash browns gab es auch! Verschiedene Tee, Kaffeevollautomat, zwei Säfte.
Leider die ganz dünne nicht mit der nackten Auge zu sehende Schicht an staub im Schlafzimmer.
Zusätzlich war ich sehr entsetzt, dass in Raum 401 die Dusche nach dem zudrehen getropft hat und der Duschvorhang leicht angeschimmelt und teilweise Gelb war. Das sind Sachen wo die Reparatur bzw. neues Vorhang nicht viel Geld kosten.
Am Tag der Abreise war ich richtig sauer. Wir sind zwar 09:45 aus dem Zimmer raus und zum Check-Out runter. Als wir uns noch im Zimmer fertig gemacht haben, kamm die Putzfrau frech rein. Man will sich am abreise Tag nicht gehetzt fühlen. Fazit: Putzkräfte haben bis zur Abreisestunde zu warten. Ich hätte es verstanden hätten wir mit den Check-Out überzogen, was aber nicht der Fall war.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the room I reserved and paid for - without a balcony and a smaller one under the roof, in the end I agreed with the offer, but it is not professional for the hotel to say that the booking system did not work for them, last but not least, I booked this room in the month of March 23, and received a written confirmation from the hotel that it was a room with a balcony.

The pool was nice and clean, the room was big and the bed was comfortable
- The room has 5 living spiders varying in size (with one right next to the bed) and 2 dead ones
- when I tried to call the reception to report the spider issue, I realized the phone didn't work
- breakfast is mediocre at best. Very poor for the price
- The sauna and steam rooms didn't really work
