About this house rental
Welcome to "Sunny Vacations Villa” where the views of the Atlantic and Kure Beach Pier are right outside your door. This unique corner unit has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with an open living area to comfortably accommodate a family group of 15 and your sweet pups! It's just a short walk to get some great food and to enjoy the local things Kure Beach has to offer. This is a vacation spot that will make you want to come back. The ground floor has a neat bedroom at the back end of the garage with its own bathroom, TV, and an entry and exit that face Fort Fisher Blvd. There is a Twin and a pyramid bunk in the ground floor bedroom that has a Double bed with a Twin trundle underneath and a Twin bunk on top. As you go up to the first floor, you have a nice, updated kitchen with an open living area that has a dining area, two couches (one is a sleeper), and a door that leads out to the deck to show you its view. At the other end is a Queen bedroom with a connected bath. As you walk up to the top floor, you are greeted by a hallway that splits in three directions. Straight ahead is the laundry room; to the left is a King bedroom and a connecting bath that includes a stand-up shower as well as a tub. To the right leads to the open space and vaulted ceilings of the primary bedroom. The attached bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a stand-up shower, the open floor plan holds a King-sized bed and there is also a sleeper sofa. Don't forget to walk out on your own personal deck to enjoy your mornings! Just steps out the front door is a pool for your use. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. You can’t be much closer to the pier. The New Years Eve fireworks were right outside the front door. We never did get the tv’s in the bedrooms to work? Maybe we’re not tech savvy enough.

So the location was absolutely beautiful. We could walk across to the beach. We could see the beach from the balconies. So in short wonderful.
There was 2 garbage cans. One was breeding nets which wouldnt be such a problem but the kids bedroom is off the garage. So all the nets and flies got into that room. Even more nets and flies were in that room due to someone leaving a sandwich bag of deli meat behind the mini fridge in that room. The smell was awful. Furthermore, the ring inside the toilet suggested that it had not been cleaned.
Then there was the random guy that showed up to change out the air filters. I dont understand why that couldnt be done in between occupancy. No one wants a random person showing up to do work that can wait.
The unit also needs updating.
All in all, the location is unbestable, but the price is ridiculous. I wouldve rather had nicer accommodations amd stayed a little further from the water than to deal with all those bugs.

We enjoyed the location of the home and the space. The bedrooms were large, beds comfortable, and great dining space. The home was not as clean as we expected, but we are pretty particular. Checking in was a bit of a hiccup but was resolved within 15-30 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and just appreciated the space.

We enjoyed our stay. But there seemed to be an over abundance of bugs and spiders. We did get a prompt response to our complaint, and the unit was sprayed. Overall excellent location and prompt service, easy checkin and checkout

Our rental was clean and beautiful and was even better than expected! It was stocked with everything we needed and check-in was easy. Bryant Rental were great to work with...very professional and so easy. The town house was has not been kept up as far as furnishings and needs a real thorough cleaning. The room in the garage was not usable. Between the average temperature of 60 degrees, the bed was not stable and it was not appropriate for children to be that far away from us. The location and the view is wonderful! The pool was really nice to. One of the kids said that they saw online that it was for sale and that would explain it all. We would definitely try another home in that complex.

Great Accomodations
We loved the house and the location. Cross the street and you are on the beach. The ONLY reason I gave a four rating was due to the inadequate cooking supplies. There were not enough larger sized pots available to cook for a group like ours.

Enjoyed the place we stayed, but it needs alot of TLC / improvements !!!! The refrigerator was broke when we got there. Called the maintanence guy to come out Saturday night. He seemed annoyed that he had to come, but we had a lot of food in refrig that could go bad and needed refrig fixed. He didn’t really check out anything in refrig and said we would have to wait until the next day. We had to keep all food on ice until middle of next day. Very aggravating !!!! It was finally fixed on Sunday at noon. Washing machine would not spin out the water, so every time we washed, we would have to go mess with it to get the water to spin out !! Aggravation ! Need some blankets in the condo for the beds. Needs more supplies and utensils in the kitchen !!!!! Needs storage bowls, mixing bowls and smaller bowls to eat from. Also needs some variety of casserole type dishes to cook in. This condo just needs some TLC from owner, .... if he cares about his renters !

Rental is the perfect location. Steps to the pool, just a skip to the beach then a skip and a hop to the center of town and pier. Home was comfortable for 10 except guest on the lowest level had to come up to shower. Washing machine only worked on delicate but repairman came right out to check it. We just had to wash small loads. Everything else was in working condition. Overall it was a great place!

We stayed for one week in early Aug. Location of the unit was that allowed easy access to the beach and loved being able to come back to the pool to get a break from beach. We did have the dryer, dishwasher and A/C unit all break while we were there. The responded to our calls quickly but were unable to fix the dryer and dishwasher which led to a lot of dirty clothes and hand washing of dishes for the week. Not fun with 3 little ones running around. The A/C was fixed in within a couple of hours. Overall good trip but the inconvenience of the dishwasher and dryer breaking was a pain for the week.

Overall, this place was great! We booked it last minute for a short weekend. We were able to book for 2 nights, which was a huge bonus. The location in Kure could not be better. Super convenient to all of the restaurants and just across the street from the beach. Cons - The trash cans for the entire complex are just outside the front door. Getting into the townhouse without letting flies in is impossible. Plus, it really stinks. The stench makes the use of the lower deck impossible. We didn't try to use the upper deck, so I can't comment on that. The dishwasher isn't locked down, so every time you open it, the whole thing falls forward. The pros definitely outweighed the cons, but I am sure the other units in this complex are more desirable since they aren't right by the trash cans.

We we were so pleased with this home. It was decorated very classy and all the rooms were huge. Everything was clean and comfortable. The views from deck were amazing. I do think they should explain a little better about the bottom bunk room. It was sort of surprise you had to enter it from garage. Our teenagers didn’t seem to mind the separation. My only complaint was we had to bring our own grill and there was not many pots and serving bowls to make dinners. The location is great being a block from pier and restaurants. We walked around town every night. You are steps to the ocean and pool. We would definitely return to Kure beach and this home!!!

I had a family of 10 with 2 small children. We loved the location it made it easy for us to access the beach, restaurants and the pier. I would recommend putting a shower in the lower bedroom that joins the garage. With only a toiler & basin it made it very inconvenient for the couple to come upstairs every time they needed to take a shower. Over all we had a great vacation really enjoyed the townhouse.

Loved the having the beach at the front door! Walking distance to boardwalk. Overall, was great house, location = a great vacation. One of the AC Units went out during our stay, they had someone at the house & it was fixed in under 2 hours. Highly recommend.
