Wonderful lodging, very friendly staff perfect place for my family all the amenities nearby. Our host was easy to reach and very accommodating.

The only thing would be a softer mattress. I think in Mexico beds are quite firm😉

no air conditioning

great location. Nice pool area. Nice open space by balcony - better for view.

air conditioner was weak. Room got too humid/warm and had trouble sleeping at night (Late Oct). Bed itself is very comfy. Owner is aware of the air conditioning issue. Light coming from nearby property, and the shades are not blackout - which means the room doesn't get dark. Blackout shades would reduce heat buildup during day. Security asks you to wear a wrist band. Long ways to walk to get to room through hot interior corridor. Perhaps fans could be installed in this area.
