Really enjoyed, reccomended

apartment perfectly located next to Lev Tolstoi underground station, the room was very cozy with an amazing view of central street, and at the same time not noisy at all, good speed of internet, small fridge also was quite handy, was a massive bed which was very comfortable too

this apartment is so nice BUT please put appropriate plates, glasses, and cups as they look very odd in totally different cheap styles which shoudnt be applicable to you

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable

We came late in the night. We were met by a helpful concierge who took us to the apartment. Slept very well on the big bed with comfy matress. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. There is a mini kitchen and all necessary supplies, high speed wi-fi was very helpful. In general, everything appeared to be the same as on the booking.com pics. Our choice of this apartment was right! And I would like to add in the end that the central location was exactly what we needed.

Comfortable stay in the very city center

Comfortable stay in the very city center. Excellent rest in a very comfortable apartment after a long flight. Big and comfy bed, helpful staff, new rennovated room and stunning view from the window on the night Kiev. It's absolutely a great choice!

Passable

It was new renovated room so really clean and nice in city center near entertainment places and shops restaurants and clubs.

First of all lift, which is used by all building, was first generation that is really scary when it operates. I cannot judge them for it but it has to be changed before it collapse. I had to use stairs . They should put a slipper, and another chair in the room. Early in the morning I woke up with a terrible deafening sound of drill from down or upstair for they were doing some renovation that was my luck. another annoying thing before check out time knocking the door was annoying. Since the place is located on the main street There is noise of cars passing by all night.

Good condition but it is not worthy for that much price.

Location Comfy Bed Good View AC was good. Wifi was good

Personal can not speak english and there is no card option. If you dont pay early, you should pay cash in the moment. There should be at least one bottle of water, i am paying treasure for this room. Elevator is so small and makes you feel you can stuck inside anytime.

Nice and clean.

I spent there only one night, and sleeping well. Great thanks to the lady staff, who waited for my check-in almost till midnight. My flight had 2 hrs delay. Thanks to her greatly.

for that amount it was not bad!

I really liked the location of apartment; Ekaterina, who met us was very nice and helpful all the time, thanks to her very much; bed was with very comfy mattress; size of room also was pretty big.

I did not expect not to find the reception, this is an apartment converted into several hotel rooms. the walls were very thin, all conversations and other sounds from other rooms could be heard. take earplugs, you will not regret. under the bed is terribly dirty. accidentally dropped coins, we were shocked how much everything there was.

Not what we expected

The location was great though. The bed was very comfortable.

Smelly bathroom, stained towels, there were issues with hot water every morning. The "kitchen" was too small for us to be able to cook anything. The doors had very poor noise isolation, so we could here every conversation, every movement in other rooms. One of the sockets was ripped out of the wall.

Cozy apartment. Recommend to travelers.

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment. Very friendly staff who can help you at any time. Cozy apartment with new furniture, Large king-size bed, comfortable mattress, so I slept well after a long flight. Also, there is an amazing view from the window. Lots of delicious restaurants just a few steps away. I was very pleased with my stay in this apartment, I will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our staying in the apartment. We were there during the winter time and there was very warm and cozy inside. Household atmosphere let us enjoy our staying in Kiev. Due to the comfortable king-size bed, we slept well. Great bonuses are YouTube and Netflix. Lovely cafe downstairs and many good restaurants nearby. We recommend this one!

So so apartment...

View and location.

Too cold in winter... Warm water several times not working... No place to put any of your stuff. No light near bed to turn it off. Bathroom smelly at timed. Bed old...too soft.
