About this condo rental
This beautiful second floor condo is your ideal beach vacation spot. With a beautiful coastal theme throughout, you’ll be able to settle into beachside living no matter how long you stay. The living room is tastefully decorated and has plenty of seating for the whole family. The spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped to prepare your favorite home cooked meals and comes with both a drip coffee pot and a drip coffee as well as a stackable washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a brand new as of Spring 2021 king size bed as well as a newly renovated master bathroom with a walk in shower! The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest,” has three built in twin beds, bunk bed style! All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

We had a wonderful time in unit 2205. It is beautifully remodeled and decorated. Everything feels, light, bright, and clean. We loved the location and the proximity to the pool and beach. The elevators made the second floor with toddlers not bad at all & the views of the ocean were definitely worth it! We will definitely be back next summer!

Unfortunately this condo did not live up to the pictures. It was very run down and all the furniture was stained and sagging. There was mold in the caulk in the bathrooms. Not sure the last time it was deep cleaned. Also, the exterior of the complex was not very maintained. For example, there was a huge hole in the wall in the stairwell that hadn't been patched.
On the plus side the beach was great and the pool was good. Check in and check out were easy with minimal check out chores. I would say just set your expectations accordingly when coming to stay here.

Perfect family getaway. Close to everything without being in the craziness of the tourist traps. Easy walk to a gorgeous beach. Kids loved the indoor pool.
The only thing that was inconvenient is there were no paper towels or Dishsoap and we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper and two trash bags, which is a little tough with seven people.
We would stay here again but would definitely buy necessities before we got there as it was inconvenient to have to go buy that stuff when we wanted to relax.
Overall top notch though, and we stay at a lot of vacation rentals. This was a really great one.

This was a very nice unit with a very generous sized patio with a great beach view and directly overlooking the pool. Has a nice sized living room and kitchen with great walk in pantry with a full sized washer and dryer. The beds were all comfortable and the place is pretty well appointed and updated. Very cute place. Would stay there again.

The apartment was not really clean, especially the coffee maker and the kitchen utensils. The doormats are very worn out, makes for a bad impression. In general the maintenance of the apartment was poor. In short, bad impression would not return to that specific apartment and lost faith in VRBO

My grandparents brought me here as a little girl and now I am bringing my own family to Colony Reef. We have been coming for many years. Its just not summertime until our blissful week at Colony Reef. The buildings, pools and amenities are always in pristine order. The staff in the office is Top Notch (Natalie and Grace). If you ever encounter a problem they are on it to make sure it is corrected. You will not be dissapointed in your stay should you choose to vacation here.

Mostly good...but they knew there were 7 of us and there was a total of 6 forks! The shower curtain was moldy, and the oven took a long time. Other than that, it was great; the beach was beautiful, the pool was cold but nice, the kids loved it, the condo was beautifully decorated, washer and dryer worked great. Plenty to do near by.

The view from the room was great,! accommodations were clean & tidy, however, the noise from the pool & area after 10 pm was pretty loud. we had family staying at another condo complex and found the parking pass situation limiting.

Pros- Beautiful weather- Great location - close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops- Beach was terrific. Sand so soft. Access was very close. Pool at condo was awesome! Very large and clean.- Condo itself was very clean as well. Furniture was in nice shape too.Cons- No hairdryer in unit. Went to front desk and they provided one. Not a big deal.- No keurig as noted in the listing. Front desk changed listing when I notified them. Again not a big deal.- The third bedroom with the 3 small bunks was literally an 8 x 8 room. There was a small closet, but it could not be used as it was locked for the owner's use. There were two tiny drawers to use. No where to hang clothes. That was a big dissapointment. No closet or dresser should have been mentioned.- Our last day there, a nice cockroach decided to visit us and die in our kitchen.- The electric grill that was on our patio was gross. It was rusted out and needed to be thrown away. Very funny that they threatened to charge $50 if you did not clean it. It was too disgusting to even touch let alone cook food on for consumption.- Providing beach chairs is a must. Renting them was very expensive. Charge a little extra and have that nicety in the condo. There were some that the owners had left there, but were too mildewy to even put your towel on. Staff needs to throw them away as it leaves a very bad impression.

Entire process to reserve condo and make payments was a breeze. Able to check in early and very satisfied. One issue was the closure of the pool area. I realize the pool was being drained for maintenance but would have appreciated the ability to sit at the deck chairs and use the hot tub. Contacted phone number on paperwork and left message but no one returned my call either Monday or Tuesday. The temperatures were beautiful thanksgiving weekend and would have like to enjoy the pool area with chairs. Will visit again. Great location and space for family gathering

My family fell in love with the property and the condo immediately. It was perfect for our family and for our quick getaway. We wanted to stay longer but our lives demanded us to leave paradise. The condo was very clean, well-maintained, beautifully decorated,and it had the perfect view for breakfast and dinner from the balcony. The property was clean, beautifully landscaped, quiet and guests were very respectful to each other. It was the perfect location for all our chosen activities. The tennis courts were a bonus for my two tennis playing teens. We fell in love with the property and cannot wait to return in the future. I cannot brag enough on the exceptional customer service!! The ladies were so helpful, polite, and professional. We would not have been able to stay if it had not been for the quick and efficient assistance from the ladies in the office. We love the property, staff and the condo!!

The whole experience was great! The condo was beautiful and clean. The parking was convenient. The grounds were well maintained and lovely. I could sit in the balcony and watch my grandchildren play in the grassy area and swim in the pool. We still spent a lot of time on the beautiful and breezy beach.

Kind of disappointed
The condo was nice and enough space for us, BUT neither bathroom doors are wide enough for a wheelchair to get through and the grill which is a George Foreman was very rusty and not useable. The location was great but the bathroom doors for me is a major no

Perfect Condo
Loved this condo! Beautiful upgrades and comfortable furniture. Condo overlooks the beautiful pool and courtyard. Easy ocean access. Only thing could’ve used extra would’ve been bath towels.

Awesome condo!
We had an amazing time in this condo !! Great location, access to the beach and access / proximity to downtown. Very clean with lots of helpful items in the kitchen. Only down side was we did not have enough bath towels /wash cloths. We probably could of called front desk, but we made do. As far as space - we had 5 adults and 1 child and were very comfortable. Even the bunk beds in the “crows nest” slept an adult comfortably ! We would highly consider returning to this very condo in the future!
