Comfortable and entertainment for the kids within the resort was awesome 👍

Just the load shedding was an issue but not at the fault of the resort

the sea view is amazing

the shower door didn’t close, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, there were items missing like a chopping board. unfortunately for the money I paid, it was a little disappointing. perhaps a few personal touches may make it more inviting.

The scenery was good with reasonable proximity to shops

The venue was just fogged and was kept closed not letting fresh air in. The whole family suffered sinus irritations and headaches due to CoVid fogging for the whole period of stay. We had to spend most of the time outdoors, but didn't have a choice at night

The noise from the pumping facilities drove us crazy, looked forward to load shedding every evening, but the rest was 100%

The view and the cleanliness of the appartment

The bedroom balcony door does not lock and the water coming out of the taps were brown

It was a self catering unit, very neat, good location, peaceful

There was no dish cloth in the kitchen and would have been nicer if there was wifi

Very dirty. Drug abuse on property. Overall cleanliness was horrific

No one could assist us with the blocked basins in the bathroom

The view, the fact that the complex was quiet, the unit was very neat and had a big smart tv.

the beds were hard and the linen needs an upgrade. The water in the bath was brown and dirty and left sand in the bath we had to shower.

Easy access to the beach.

Apartment is extremely basic. Stuck in the 70s. Desperately needs a revamp and some decorating. The fish painting in the main bedroom needs to be returned to the little mermaids house. The spare bedroom linen needs to be revamped in a hurry. Don’t know many adults who would be happy with a princess duvet cover. Mattress protector in the main bedroom is plastic and cheap. A slightly more pricey linen one would have been much better. Gas braai needs a manual. Nearly lost all the hair on my arm trying to light it manually as there was no battery in the starter. The rules are heavy to say the least. These almost make you not want to stay there as you constantly tread on eggshells so as not to upset the apple cart. Wooden Stacking doors no longer work properly and some doors don’t lock creating a safety issue. The property has been left to run its course and deteriorate. The constant smell of feces in the parking area is a little heavy to bare. This is a cash cow for the owners, not a long term investment and it is very clear to see this in its appearance and the way it is managed. Last little gripe, the glue that they use to stick a access card onto your window takes some serious elbow grease and a blade to remove. Surely there’s a better way of doing this.

The ensuite bathroom needs a new basin plug

Staff greeted us friendly upon arrival following Covid protocol, our mob broke but after going to town we had a brand new mob ready at the door, even the managers office delivered my grandsons shoes to our door that he left for 3 days at the play room. The view was fantastic, we saw dolphins early morning while enjoying our coffee on the balcony. Our grandson was safe and had so much fun with all the facilities. The DSTV was so comfortable we didn't need to take our own card with. We truly enjoyed everything and also the shower door went off the railing, it was not even 10 minutes and they came to fix it and had no problems afterwards. The service the luxury apartment really went beyond our expectations. Bondi will be our first choice from now on.

The only thing that we did not like is that we could not stay forever. We were saddened to leave.
