Nestled in Rockland, this lovely condo for R 4,316 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The Loft is a charming, bright and sunny oceanfront one bedroom apartment located on the ocean in Glen Cove, Rockport, Maine with magnificent water views, onsite ocean access, onsite parking right outside your door. A brand new remodel in 2017 with Wi-Fi and two TV’s. The maximum of people we permit is two adults and no children. There is one assigned private parking space for one car, no street parking please. The Loft is a walk in, corner two story apartment with a full kitchen, dual function coffee maker, tea kettle, air fryer, breakfast bar, sitting area with a television, love seat and ottomans for extra comfort. Ottomans are stored in the downstairs closet under the stairs. The patio door leads to the outdoor deck with two comfortable swivel chairs and access to the water and small sandy beach at Glen Cove. One can comb the beach for sea-glass lots of hidden treasures and more. Upstairs large king bedroom with magnificent ocean-views, television, bathroom walk in tiled shower and lots of closet space, shelving and climate control machine with heat and air conditioning. One can enjoy the amazing ocean-views over morning coffee on the deck or just relaxing with a good book. This rental is located on Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine, 2 miles north of downtown Rockland, 5 miles south of downtown Camden and One mile from the Samoset Resort and Country Club Golf Course. One bedroom waterfront rental, with spectacular views of Penobscot Bay, beautiful sunrises, moonlit nights and the Islands beyond. Loft has two stories. Upstairs large king bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and a television. (NFL.Network,HBO & Showtime) Downstairs full kitchen, dual function coffee maker, tea kettleair fryer, granite counter tops, sitting area with a love-seat, two ottomans and a second television. The ottomans are stored in the closet under the stairs. Also the king bedroom has a climate control machine and a white noise machine. The outdoor deck has two comfortable swivel chairs with cushions, small round top table, gas grill with a side burner and a lobster pot. Perfect for a nice cozy dining on the ocean. Beach/Anti-Gravity Chairs are available upon request. One can take them down to the water to sit or lounge while watching sailboats passing and the world go by or just lounge and relax in the sun on the back lawn. Please let us when you arrive if you will need some chairs. Panoramic views with glass patio door leading to the deck with overlooking the Cove and Islands beyond. Wake up to an amazing sunrise and fantastic views while enjoying your morning coffee on the deck. Swim in the ocean or take a walk on the Cove. Onsite access to the sea, take a walk on the small sandy beach or go treasure hunting for sea-glass when the tide is out. We are located in mid-coast Maine midway between Portland and Bar Harbor. 2 miles north of Rockland, 5 miles south of Camden and 3.5 miles from Rockport village. No parties or large gatherings allowed. We do not accept pets or animals. Pets or animals are not allowed anywhere on the property, inside, the deck, backyard or anywhere on the property grounds. All our properties are strictly non-smoking no vaping, and no e-cigarettes. No smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes are permitted close to the building, on the deck. or in the backyard.

A big thank you to Alex and Siobhan for a beautiful place to visit on our vacation to Maine. Was on my "bucket list" for years, and did not disappoint. The Loft turned out to be the perfect place for our eight day stay, with great views and the private beach was perfect for beachcombing. The loft had everything we needed, was very clean and tidy. Short drives for restaurants and sight seeing. We definitely recommend the loft.

Most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Beautiful sunrise views from bedroom on the 2nd floor. The kitchen had everything we needed. It isn't really a place to hang out and look at the ocean since the view at porch level is partially obscured by shrubs, but it is a quick ride into Rockland and Camden.
Remember to bring soap for the shower.

My husband and I just loved this cute rental with an amazing view of the ocean from the first and second levels. Walking along the private beach and looking at all of the interesting rocks was a bonus, as we are both rock lovers. This place is a real gem!

The view is amazing! Best place we could have picked for our 1st trip to Maine. Alex was so sweet and recommended great places to eat. Such a cute townhouse and we saw the biggest seashells. Just perfect.

Amazing panoramic views of the bay as soon as you walk in. As you make your way up the stairs you get an even better view; right from your bed. To wake up to this biew and hearing the waves crash was exactly the soul reset we both needed. The property owner's were so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Thank you for being such gracious hosts! The loft was immaculately clean, and the mattress one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. The view from the glorious wall of windows and the deck was breathtaking, and both sunset and sunrise were spectacular. Even though there was some road noise, we could still hear the waves, and the hosts did their best to help counteract the road noise by providing a noise machine (which we didn’t have to use) and an a/c unit so we didn’t have to sleep with the windows open. This loft is perfect for crashing in-between outings and eating out (just beware that most restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). Thank you for providing a comfortable home base for all of our Maine exploring!

We stayed at the loft in Glen Cove for 4 nights. Was perfect for me and my husband. Gorgeous view with morning coffee, perfect location in between Rockport and Rockland. Quiet, except for some traffic on hey 1. This did not bother us as loft area is in back of house. Took some relaxing strolls down on the beach. Just an all around great place to stay.

If you want a lovely place to near Rockland and Camden then look no further. This delightful duplex is very well appointed and has everything you need to for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is spacious and has huge windows overlooking Clam Cove. The owners are very attentive and it's noticeable that they've been in the hospitality business for many years for their professionalism, attention to detail and helpfulness. If we're ever back in this area, this will be our port of call. Thanks for everything.

We were so impressed with the loft. Everything felt brand new, pristine condition, and just well thought out. You can tell the hosts used to own a hotel! We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Lovely spot a short drive from Rockland. Had everything we needed, and very friendly and pleasant host. Incredible ocean views from the upper level bedroom, though from the bed itself the view is really of the neighbor’s yard. The reason for four stars instead of five is that there wasn’t a very comfortable spot from which to take in the ocean view. The seating area downstairs is small and not very cozy, and since the deck is tiny, the siding obstructs the view when sitting outside. No big deal since we were mostly out and about, but I had hoped that we would have a nicer place to sit and take in the ocean on the tail ends of the day.

We had a great time exploring the area and this was the perfect home base. Alex brought my wife some decaf pods and he brought us 2 antigravity chairs so that we could enjoy the cove. I had a nice nap in the chair while my wife read and soaked in the nature. Highly recommend this listing for your vacation pleasure.

Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were wonderful and checked in on us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything . The unit was clean and well stocked with everything. We sat on the beach and deck to soak in the beautiful views , read our books and relax. Easy drive to the restaurants in Camden. We would certainly come back!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Glen Cove loft. It was exactly as advertised and was very clean. Nice size for a couple. The downstairs area with small kitchen and sitting area was fine for us, as we spent most of our time out and about exploring the area. The king size bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and large. The views of Glen Cove were spectacular. Location of the loft is ideal if you want to check out nearby midcoast towns or lighthouses as we did. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect place to lay your head at night and watch beautiful sunrises in the morning. It has a great shower, too. The downstairs living space is very compact but functional. The back porch is nice for breakfast and watching the water. If you plan to be out visiting the area all day and mainly just sleeping here, it’s a highly suitable space close to Rockland and Camden. It is one part of a divided house, so we were aware of neighbors if they were on the back porch at the same time as us. We couldn’t see them, only hear them. In the house, we didn’t notice them at all. The one thing I missed was a comfortable sitting area for relaxing inside. There is a small couch in what I would describe as a “nook” downstairs and there are two stools upstairs, but nowhere to put your feet up. For a short stay with lots of sightseeing, it still served as a perfect base for us.

This was the 2nd year we stayed up in Rockland and we rent this part of the house along with a bigger part to fit us all. This one bedroom is great for if you need decompressing time or need to get away for a little. The house is central to everything we wanted to do. So we could easily leave during the day and come back at night. The owners were very helpful and responsive when it came to question and checked in on us to see how things were going. 10-10 recommend if you plan on visiting the Rockland/Rockport area.

What a wonderful place to stay!
The loft is cute, clean and peaceful with a amazing view of Glen Cove. The view of sunrise from wall to wall bedroom window upstairs is a special treat. It is also a very convenient spot to all areas along Maine Mid-coast.
Siobhan and Alex are excellent hosts, welcomed us when we checked in and checked to see if everything went well in the middle of our stay. They made themselves available when you need them and kept everything perfect. A true five star and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the sunrise in the morning, which you can see from anywhere in the house. After a long day of exploring we relaxed by walking down to the beach with our hot chocolate. Great place.

This was the absolute perfect place to spend our 25th wedding anniversary! The loft was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. To be able to wake up to an beautiful view every morning just put it over the top. Alex and Siobhan are so very nice and thoughtful. They even checked on us after a couple days to make sure we had everything we needed. I can honestly say I have never experienced such amazing hosts!

We had a wonderful stay. The loft is cute as a button. Everything was just as advertised. The view was spectacular, the accommodations neat and new! Everything was there that you could ever need. We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved the wall to wall windows with a view of the cove from the second floor bedroom, and also enjoyed sitting on the small deck and walking on the cove. It was convenient to Camden, Rockport, and Rockland, and we had a short drive to several lighthouses. The only drawback was noise from the road, but overall the view and location were excellent.

WOW what a place to stay!!! The views!!! Breathtaking. Cleanliness was impeccable. We couldn’t wait to end each day by coming back to the view on the deck. The wall of windows up stairs was amazing overlooking the coast. Waking up to that every morning was a dream. DON’T forget to catch the sunrise off the deck or down on the shore!!!
